Can't do without it
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has 10Xed my email productivity

I wish it could do more on the calendar side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my inbox in a way that keeps me focused on what matters.
Makes email so much easier and quicker
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and saves you time. It's built on the premise of keeping you in the zone, doing one task at a time and then moving on and it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to spend a bit of time learning the short cuts, but it's not difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managing and responding to emails so much easier and faster.
A clear inbox creates a clear mind
What do you like best about the product?
There is no quicker way to get a clear inbox and clarity of mind than using superhuman to process my email. Rather than getting stuck looking at the same emails over and over and over, I feel inspired to reply right away, or defer it to just the right moment to get the work done, and then have a blank slate again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better integrations into more CRMs or third party platforms. But, they recent released a salesforce integration that makes me hopeful more are coming soon?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman gets work out of my inbox and out of my mind. I no longer have the low persistent hum in the back of my head from wondering what I might be missing or forgetting about, because now I know everything has been handled.

Speed of getting through your inbox, and reminders on things that need your attention

Early days for the software so some features still in development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My usual inbox was slow and clunky - clicking into messages and manually archiving. Superhuman makes this proces so much quicker with the shortcut keyboard commands

What do you like best about the product?
It's miles ahead of anything. It allows you to not interrupt your train of thought. It keeps your inbox clean. It's pleasant to use. It's by far the best email client

Nothing. I just wish they also offered a calendar app.

Seamless productivity in managing emails.

I like the shortcuts feature
There have been a few times I have had like 1000 emails unready in my personal mail box and I could quickly breeze through them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tool could do better to habe more text editong and formatting features in compile.
Not very easy to structure emails with bullets and table formatting is off when receiving tables va gmail.
Calendar and event scheduling is very poor and confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
The superhuman email experience is truly life changing. My favorite features are the focus around getting to inbox zero (i've also been an inbox zero person), the way it filters emails and knows exactly which emails I need to see/focus on, the easy shortcuts to effortless manage my inbox, and the UX is super clean which leads to a lot less stress than opening up Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the cost. There are some people who will say you can do everything with Gmail that you can with Superhumen, but for me the ease of use and UX it provides are worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman reduces stress of inbox management and helps me get through all my email requests effortlessly. It also helps keep my inbox super organized and I know exactly where to find things I need to reference back to.

I've been using it over a year as my go to email. My fav thing is all the keyboard shortcuts!

I wish I could control sort order of my inbox. (desc vs asc)

I wouldn't know how to function without Superhuman!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to get through my inbox at a rapid rate. I like that I can quickly look up the shortcuts to ensure I'm using the tool to the best of my ability. I also love that I can easily toggle between my different email accounts. The conversation feature is INVALUABLE.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind. I wish that the app was as easy to use as the desktop version, but I'm appreciative that there is even an app that coincides with the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to get to inbox zero as efficiently as possible. It also helps me prioritize emails. I can create different sections of my inbox depending on the sender. This allows me to use my time properly.
Superhuman is really good at doing what they say they do, being a super fast email experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside to Superhuman is the shortcuts they provide. This makes the experience of going through ones email lightning fast. Much faster than competitors like Hey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The is a fairly large learning curve to using Superhuman. If you are not willing or able to put in the effort to memorizing all the shortcuts then Superhuman is not going to be as useful to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman basically provides an IDE type experience to an email client. The whole experience is built around the experience of using shortcuts to make emailing faster. For me being able to be more effecient at email has boosted by productivity.
