What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see who has opened your emails, and how often

The reminders feature, and scheduled sends
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes chokes on very large graphic heavy emails

Keeping track of many outgoing emails at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has saved my life. As an agency owner, fielding emails and making sure I answer everything in a timely fashion is crucial. The shortcuts and splits are huge time savers. The ai beta is proving to be quite powerful and understanding who is reading emails and when allows me to have extra insight into correspondance with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to name something it would be that it doesn't have something like grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I save so much time and energy with Superhuman, especially the Snippets and schedule send features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was free for educators - it would be world-changing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman allows me to easily access e-mail templates, quickly customize, and send! This has saved countless hours (and errors!)

Refuse to use any other email platform after using Superhuman

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has made me an incredibly productive emailer. I hate email and it makes it feel a little more like messaging. It's clean, easy to set reminders, and getting to inbox 0 has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the pricer side for an app but I can't live without it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an extremely cluttered inbox and Superhuman makes it easy to sort through, respond, and categorize my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI capabilities are great. It has saved me a ton of time when it comes to responding to e-mails. I also love the remind and auto-send features. It always me to keep up with a large volume of e-mails and tasks. I often get down to 0 emails in my inbox that need attention vs having over 100+ each day before
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Superhuman is the calendar features on mobile are not as good as other parts of the experience. However, It's very small feedback and all the great things highly outweigh that

Reminders that keep the "email thread" intact even as new messages are added to the thread
Really do LOVE the inbox zero pictures
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a unified inbox (all accounts that feed to one inbox) like Apple Mail
Would like the ability to send availability for times I am free per my calendar (like in Outlook)

Superhuman - Not for All, but All for Some

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman supercharges my emailing to make my productivity that much higher. The snippets reduce my thinking for many emails and just let me go. Emails are meant for communication and alignment, not for pondering over endlessly and it lets me do that. Additionally, Superhuman's save for later and bump ups help clear my mind when I need it then remind me of tasks to be done at the right time. Really supercharges my work and makes email less of a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what Superhuman is, I think it's a bit pricy. Most of the features are available on Gmail but most gmail users don't know how to set it up until Superhuman coaches them on how to do it within their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving response times, reducing wasted hours to end up replying the same thing, reducing time finding links, and clearing my head whenever I need it. With the new AI compose feature, it's also helping me write!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the shortcuts and how easy it is to use as a personal CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a combined calendar view between all inboxes and have some metrics around my usage - my snooze rate, how much time I spend on Superhuman, when I send the most emails (aka am the most productive), how long I'm spending drafting a certain email etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me quicker at responding to emails and staying on top of anything I might have missed. Plus, I'm better at focusing on email since I enjoy the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can navigate my email. Learning the commands was easier than I expected. I felt like I was already saving time on the first day. I love that I can have Superhuman remind me of emails at a later time so they don't sit in my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to mute notifications of email reminders...this may already be an option that I'm not familiar with. This is probably a personal preference!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decluttering my inbox. Organizing my inbox. Helping me process emails quicker with less thought process behind each action taken. I find going through emails less stressful and more efficient with Superhuman.
