Fantastic software. Fast and helpful for managing multiple inboxes. Shortcut / keyboard friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a clean, minimalist design. It's typically very fast (on rare occassions it loads slowly). I have several key shortcut keys that help me fly through emails and pre-sort them to minimize management in the first place. Not so many shortcuts wher eyou feel like you have to be a coder to get the utility out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a loading hiccup on email even small inconveniences can feel big. If I have to clear my cookies/cache I have re log in on all of my accounts. For each different computer that I use I have to set up all of the different email accoutns. Mostly unavoidable items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. Ease. Email management efficiency and communication. I always hit zero inbox but being in an ad free environment helps me focus given the maount of time and comms that happens in email.

- Snippets with recipient name customization (allowing me to quickly send emails)
- ALL of the features that allow me to set remidners and organize my inbox to optimize my productivity
- The entire team (customer service is amazing and you can tell the entire team is passionate about what they're doing)
- The fact that there is no limit on how many accounts you add to your plan (super helpful for adding personal, billing, and work emails)
- new ai features

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is a bit on the pricier side but if you fully utilize the platform, it should pay for itself (even just looking at the time I save managing my inbox where I can focus on other things)
- The mobile app does have some limitations (e.g. hard to copy text from emails without opening/closing the thread) but anytime I've had issues the team has always been able to help

Productivity and reducing overwhelm. It's so nice having so many levers in the app to help me tackle even the most daunting amount of emails in a streamlined way

Really fast, intuitive, easy to use and boosts how much I can do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman has changed my email experience. It has a fast interface and a goos search that have cut down the time I spend managing my inbox.
The priority inbox feature has been a nice for dealing with email overload, allowing me to focus on big things. The calendar booking system and reminders make sure I never miss an important email or meeting, which I like. Superhuman has made my email less of a chore which is awesome.

Transformational & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman was a transformational tool in my effort to optimize on my overall efficiency and organization, Snippets are a great organizational tool, seamless way to manage my calendar and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
A wider page would be a welcome addition to Superhuman.
Some emails might not properly open in Superhuman if they are part of a bigger thread.

Time management, calendar and tasks allocation, split inboxes
Best email ever - I cannot live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love every thing about Superhuman. The look, design, the shortcuts are amazing. I have been a user for the past year and I can estimate I save at least 3 hours a week with this tool. I also never forget any emails and can reach out inbox zero much more often!

Absolutely nothing.

What do you like best about the product?
Email gave me a lot of stress before I had Superhuman! Superhuman has really taken all the stress out of email on a daily basis and I feel more secure about never missing client emails! Also, I LOVE the beautiful curated images when you get to 0 inbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit costly considering Gmail is free but for me it's been worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is like a swiss-knife. It just works. It's literally a practical and powerful (which is also nice looking) tool against your inbox clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is still long even with good onboarding process. You just have to get used to all the shortcuts in order to get the best value from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clutter inbox? Ton of people you have to followup at the right timing? Then Superhuman is for you. For me, personally, I get a lot of compliments of people that say: "Oh wow, you didn't forget about me!" / "That was the fastest response I have ever got" / "I like that I don't have to write you follow up emails as with others"
A tool that makes you love email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman gives you email superpowers with features like keyboard shortcuts, speed, snippets, snooze, and (now) AI. I went from loathing email to preferring it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things change fast at Superhuman (the company) so some features take longer to transition from desktop to mobile, which isn't as ideal. Need more email variables for snippets as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes email volume a non issue. It also allows you to get more done in your inbox, not just responding to emails (that's too simplistic). I can find a thread, use a snippet to instantly write an intro email or loop in my support team on a problem. It solves the micro-frictions that previously existed, making email a productivity tool again.

Superhuman makes my inbox look clean and manageable! It's simple and easy to use

I wish I could create macros/prompts for similar email responses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my action emails in the same inbox instead of having to "mark as unread" to keep it at the top. Also, helps with threads and keeping them organized.
Amazing email product
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts and other tools to easily organize and manage emails make life so much easier. The remind feature is probably my most used feature alongside email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is pretty expensive, too much for personal use. The early AI features are nice, but I find myself not using it much because it removes formatting on emails when I use it for spell check/rewrite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a lot of emails as a customer facing project manager. I am easily able to maintain my inbox, never drop the ball on email follow ups, and quickly write emails. The UX makes flying through email, tracking follow ups and managing meetings very easy. Having to go back to a different email client would drastically decrease my productivity in email. New features such as auto-drafting and auto-scheduling replies have helped me be much more efficient in some of the more menial tasks of my email workflow (nuding email, or checking calendars).
