Magical
What do you like best about the product?
Unbelievably light and truthfully something i can’t live without. It’s used daily and cuts time out of my workday regularly. Plus. they innovate rapidly. It’s unreal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. However, it can be tough to remember all of the hotmeys and i don’t totally work out of there using my corporate email. However i’ve found many ways around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triage and management.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is my go to for e-mails, period. I love the ability to quickly get through my e-mail utilizing their shortcuts, as well as the ability to set reminders. This makes managing my inbox AND follow-ups a breeze. No more worrying about following up to e-mails that haven't been replied to, as they pop right back into my inbox based on when I want them to (tomorrow, next Friday at 2pm, a month from today, etc.) which makes managing client communications so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one because there's no other e-mail tool that touches the capabilities of Superhuman in my opinion. I do think Superhuman is easier to use on a laptop/PC vs phone, but I probably just need a refresher on the mobile shortcuts, so not necessarily a con as it still easy to use, and probably more training needed on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me get through my inbox in no time using their fantastic shortcuts. It keeps my inbox clean, as well as ensures that I have reminders set for all emails that need a follow-up if no reply
Killer concept executed well, and updated frequently
What do you like best about the product?
I really apreciate that it genuinely saves me about an hour a day, genuinely helpful and makes me better at my job, and is frequently improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does cost too much, still worth it, but I know many people who haven't tried it for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails being a huge portion of most jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman takes the basic feature set of Gmail and Outlook, and bumps it up to the standard of quality and polish that I expect in an app that I will visit multiple times daily. Its interface is designed to get you in and out of emails as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Superhuman is just barely justifiable. It is one of the most expensive subscriptions that I pay for, and while I do love its feature set, I find myself regularly evaluating whether I truly want to stick with it. It has been winning that battle by a hair, but it is not like some other services that are truly well priced where I can't even imagine my life without it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of email being overwhelming.

1. Extremely fast email experience (instant load time)

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't that many customizations or integrations available as much as in Gmail. One I would like is a feature to stop emails from appearing in my inbox until I have the time block to review them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get overwhelmed with the amount of emails I receive, and responding to emails used to be a stressful process. Superhuman made email inbox management a smooth and enjoyable process. Now email is not a daily stress anymore.
The best email app, but it’s still email.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a delight to use, every intersection feels neatly crafted and makes the app joyful to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're paying a hefty price for that delight. But if you hate email, it can be worth it to make it slightly less horrible.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed kills! Superhuman is much faster than using Gmail or any other email client straight up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration options with things like Grammarly or CRMs (outside of Salesforce). It is still an early stage product an missing some of those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time writing emails, superhuman saves me some of that time.
The sexiest, simplest, super powered and also delightfully surprising email app on the planet.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Superhuman is the combination of the simple easy to navigate user interface and the speed of the app itself, not to mention once you get the hang of using the keyboard shortcuts your life will never be the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm. if i have to pick something then it would have to be the price. Not saying it's not worth it, but that is what I would pick as my dislike. So perhaps more pricing options or a reduced price for single personal use maybe>
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me manage the deluge of emails and spam that usually overwhelm me. I have noticed that i can get through my emails much quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
It truly has saved me so much time. Really helps me organize my email, follow ups, and calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't connect with all external tools (like HubSpot), but not too many other downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking follow ups, cleaning UI to work through email (not focused on read vs. unread)

What do you like best about the product?
The best emailing tool for founders by far. Love the read receipts as well as the ability to split inboxes. AI is amazing too! Love Love Love!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. It's great. Maybe just a bit pricy but then again as a company it's ok. Wouldn't pay that as an individual.

The tool for founders and sales people by far. Absolute best.
