Superhuman has helped me stop hating email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman encourages best practices around filtering and processing email with a clutter free interface and keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Superhuman can be a tough sell for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to email in a timely manner and keeping track of threads that take awhile to resolve.
Surely the best UX in the industry!
What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts, of course. No need for using mouse makes email work super productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supporting more email services like yahoo, aol would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox gets easily messy and it's really exhausing work to clean them all.
but superhuman makes email work experiences so much better - I even enjoy mailing now. I really love what superhuman gives to users with its UX design.
I would say shortcuts are the best feature, but it's not the only thing that makes superhuman the best email client.

Tamed my email nightmare
What do you like best about the product?
I used to allocate 2-3 hours a day to stay on top of my email. Superhuman has got that down to less than an hour. The keyboard shortcuts are easy to learn and make email scrubbing a breeze. I am at inbox zero everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Before they had an android app, I wanted that. It is faster on the desktop, but I like the android app versus gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage my email much faster than gmail. I able to scrub my emails quickly, snooze them, and get to inbox zero fast.
I will never go back to regular email.
What do you like best about the product?
this is just so incredible. I absolutely LOVE superhuman, and talk it up all the time. The things I find most useful are:
- turning my inbox into a to-do list
- using the key commands to speed up my experience
- using the remind me later function to cleverly remind myself to follow up on projects
- scheduling calendar events right inside the email client

What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit expensive, but I have been paying that much for nearly 2 years and it has been worth it every single month. I have cancelled streaming services before even considering cancelling superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best Email App
What do you like best about the product?
one of the best email app i have ever tried, UI/UX is so unreal and team is always working on dropping new features
What do you dislike about the product?
if the pricing will be a little less that will surely help

can check my email so quickly because of those keyboard shortcuts
Amazing the difference. Very few things I buy online exceed my expectations, Superhuman does.
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me manage the pain of always being so far behind on email. It is like hanging on for your life... I can actually keep the camp from being over run by all the things that are coming at me!

I don't dislike Superhuman.. I love the dang thing! Most of life is oversold... software hopes to fade into the I pay for it and forget it... because I don't use the dang thing land... Superhuman makes you a Super Human at email and the onslaught..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the feeling of drowning in emails that are 90% junk and 10% what I want... I don't know where the 10% is in the pile! It gave me the tool to charge hell with a squirt bottle!
Best Email Client
What do you like best about the product?
At first, I thought I did not get enough emails to justify using a separate email program, but the program is so intuitive and helpful. I love the look and feel of the program, especially on my iPhone. The shortcuts are so helpful, and I actually donʻt put off going through my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is it does take a little bit (if you are not in the tech industries) to pick up on using the keyboard shortcuts, but it eventually becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to dread going through all my emails, and I really hated having to open Gmail, but Superhuman made the experience of reading and responding to some mundane emails so much easier and with less dread. I especially like that you can snooze a email to show back up on a laptop/desktop. I also LOVE the spell checks and AI integration.
Superhuman has changed email for me
What do you like best about the product?
My inbox is clean and clear every single day. I am now the person who never misses a follow up due to their great "remind me feature" I have been at Inbox 0 every week since I started using it (145 straight weeks)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Superhuman is the price. It's still a price I happily pay, but I would love if it were cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily set reminders to come back to potential clients or emails that don't need a response today. Before I found Superhuman I tried client after client, and Superhuman was the one that finally clicked for me.
FAST FAST FAST
What do you like best about the product?
If there is one word to describe Superhuman, it is FAST. And it makes email go by FAST for three reasons: Speed, Support, and Innovation.
SPEED --- Email was consistently becoming the biggest burden on my time. My work requires open hours for creative thought, and clearing out emails was increasingly cutting into this time that I need to achieve my work goals (in addition to taking precious time away from family). Superhuman helped me build a set of Split Inboxes and triage strategy, plus consistent encouragement to use time-saving keystroke shorcuts. All of this has added up to reducing the amount of time I spend on email by many hours each week.
SUPPORT ---- Second, the support team at Superhuman has worked with me consistently to find new ways of improving my Superhuman experience. They have worked hard behind the scenes to improve my experience with Split Inboxes and solve any problems that come up. This is a level of customer service that I am unused to and I am thankful that they have invested in such a stellar support team, saving me precious time from tinkering with the software, instead knowing there is someone (a real human) who can solve any issue quickly.
INNOVATION --- Finally, with Superhuman, I feel that I am the cutting edge. Superhuman is far ahead of its peers in incorprating AI for email response. It is clear that Superhuman will stop at nothing in terms of reducing time spent on email.

There are some features I am eager to see, like AI-based filtering of emails. I am sure the team is hard at work developing features like this due to their relentless pursuit of a better email experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is reducing how much time I spend on email. These are the hours of they day I used to enjoy the least, but now that I am on top of email with Superhuman, I find that email not only takes less time, it is a less stressful experience.
