Best email client I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Use it daily from almost day 1 and can't imagine going back to Gmail. Recommended it to so many people that I probably have free lifetime access now. But if I haven't, I'd be more than happy to pay the asking price as it's 10x worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such thing. I really enjoy the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going faster through multiple inboxes, I operate on dozens of gmail accounts and now they're more accessible in one place and overall I'm more productive than ever.
Supercharge your email experience
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me save time by automating the tedious part of email, reducing steps to only the necessary and making sure that I do not miss out emails again. My favourite feature that I find myself really hooked on is the come back to it later feature so I can immediately schedule follow-up tasks/ reminders without having to do additional steps like adding to CRM or putting the email into folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of an andriod app equivalent makes me unable to supercharge my entire email journey as I am only able to assess superhuman on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhumans helps me overcome the tediousness of sorting emails by automating the folders, thereby allowing me to see the emails that matter and making sure that I do not miss out a client email ever again.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is wonderful. I do emails in half the time, I can see when the other person received or saw my emails, and I can easily unsubscribe to newsletters I haven't subscribed to. It is also a very personalized service with a warm onboard meeting. I'm currently obsessed with the beautiful pictures that appear when I reach Inbox 0.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, it is 10 times better (or more) than any other email service available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, Apple Mail was the worst experience ever. I wasn't able to search my emails, so the upgrade to Superhuman did a huge impact. I can now see who received or saw my emails, schedule emails for different time zones without having to do the hours conversion by myself, and do emails in half the time. SUPERHUMAN IS THE FUTURE OF EMAIL.

What do you dislike about the product?
In general the experience is very solid and smooth, however there are some things need to be polished. For example, I can't download an email from the email client, or inbox splitting process in not very polished.

Mostly it just boost my productivity

The shortcuts are a great help to get through lots of emails on a daily. It makes it easy to get through your emails, set reminders, and the new AI features make writing emails a breeze.

Lack of integrations. Given how much we're paying it is disappointing that there is still no calendar functionality in the mobile app and very limited calendar functionality in the desktop app. This is ve

Going through and managing emails. I like the enrichment it provides on the people in your inbox which makes it easier to get to their LinkedIn, website etc. It also gives you read receipts which is helpful to see if certain time-sensitive emails have not yet been read.
User experience which sets standards
What do you like best about the product?
The smart shortcuts making managing email so quick. I tried many other email clients and I always came back to superhuman. It's so simple, elegant and fast like no other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say dislike, however I haven't been using the calendar so far. I keep using the google calendar outside of superhuman. Nothing I particular dislike to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my inbox all the time. Accelerating the inbox 0 principle. Enjoying email again. It accelerates my replies. I enjoy the most the shortcut to make a intro which automatically put the sender to bcc.

It's very intuitive and makes the job of answering email more fun

I would say it doesn't solve anything I couldn't do in gmail, however, it makes me more productive because I enjoy more answering to my emails with higher efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
An exceptional email client, capable of helping me manage emails, allowing me "Superhuman" performance. It really allows you to have not just 1 but many more gears!

Almost nothing, really every little aspect is functional

I throoughly enjoy the read status tracking and the latest sales and salesforce integration.

A different way of thinking about email
What do you like best about the product?
It took me a while to rewire my brain to the Superhuman way of working, but once I did, I don't feel like I can ever go back to other email clients. The interface is extremely clean and the interactions are flawlessly smooth. The shortcuts are a killer feature. Once you get them in your head, you can fly through emails so much faster. The snippets feature is also fantastic as you can create templates and add them to your emails with just a couple of key presses - very useful when youy find yourself sending similar emails many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is no iCloud support, or alternatively IMAP support. I currently have a redirect setup to allow me to view my icloud emails in Superhuman but it's not the ideal solution. I do understand that Superhuman is mainly aimed at business users however so iCloud support doesn't really make sense there, but as a solopreneur I like to be able to check all my emails in one place, so that would be the only improvement for me, but it's probably very specific to me.
