Best email experience ever
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of superhuman to me is the insane amount of time I save. I get several hundred emails a day, most of which are legit emails, and superhuman has saved me dozens of hours so far. The other thing that has been huge to me is that superhuman has improved my response time to emails since I am not getting distracted by a full inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. At first I thought paying for this would be the downside, but I will gladly keep paying as the value I get is far more than the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized. Before my inbox would regularly have 100+ emails and I would miss responding to some that were important. I do not have that problem at all whatsoever anymore.
Finally, someone who "gets" emails!
What do you like best about the product?
It's designed in such a way so my nervous system can rest assured I'm not letting any opportunity slip through the cracks. A brilliant gamification element that makes me want to see the beautiful imagery having reached 0 inbox status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app needs some further love to reach the velocity and slick experience of its desktop counterpart, but that's the limitation of the device format I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relationship management and business opportunities, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks with the ever-increasing pace and volume of email communication. It's like gmail on steroids.

What do you like best about the product?
Renewed focus, increased productivity, best execution and minimalist interface

A field of possibilities i.e. shortcuts and automations sometimes disorienting and not user-friendly for french keyboards

Convenience and speed of execution in email management that helps me provide best-in-class client service

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed and ease of use are particularly impressive, especially the way I can view my emails. It significantly enhances my understanding of my email workflow.
Life changing Email Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have saved hours, if not days, using Superhumand, and now as a result also have control of the anxiety associated with email. More time for managing, leading, and other useful tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When other platforms build similar speed keys, such as Loom, and then the programs clash. Need to find a way around this as the speed keys are such a crucial element of Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing clutter, allowing focus on key emails/comms, facilitating faster responses, and thus freeing up time.
Super Human Solved My Email Delemna
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has empowered me with the ability of responding quickly. With a little effort, and more importantly, the ability to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Superhuman is the calendar.. It's a little clunky and could be improved. For the calendar I use Cron calendar and I find this solves a problem

Responding to email, organizing email, not letting emails fall through the cracks. Building deeper relationships with clients.
Saves a ton of time and peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me follow-up effectively, reduce the keystrokes required to actually compose and send an email, and keeps me on track to have a limited number of action items to deal with in my inbox and regularly avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed with tons of emails to take action on. The idea of using hotkeys to navigate email has been executed beautifully, and the UX is neat and clean as well. Well worth the effort of learning a new way to do email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Important emails sometimes get hidden in Superhuman, since the tool thinks they belong in something other than the "Primary" tab.
Also, the search can be better in terms of accuracy of finding results.

1. Superhuman helps me keep my inbox organized with neat categorization into different buckets.
2. It helps me respond to typical types of emails quickly using Snippets.

- AI feature starting to like a lot, specially to draft emails reply.

- It should be less costly. It's a very expensive monthly fee.
- To be honest, there is not other thing that I dislike from Superhuman, is really a very useful email client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me to be more productive with my emails. Avoid having a long list of unread emails. It changed the way how I was managing my emails. It helps a lot to follow up pending emails replies from counterparts.

I wish I could change the views to be wider...or have a setting to change the size of the compose box etc.
