What do you like best about the product?

I use Superhuman Mail for work responsibilities and it allows me to be more efficient and organized, helping me work smarter. I love the email setup and value the AI features, ability to calendar, and split inbox, which give me the power to cut my work by a significant percentage. It was very easy to set up after watching some online videos. There is nothing I dislike about the product; I love it entirely.

Superhuman Mail makes me more efficient and organized, and it significantly reduces my work time with AI features, calendaring, search, and a split inbox.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the layout of Superhuman Mail. It really facilitates processing through emails and it just becomes your favorite. I also love the snippets and how easy the initial setup was.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't find the mobile app works as well. Not well enough for me to go away from just the iPhone mail app. I just don't find it as easy to use as the Apple mail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman Mail allows me to deal with spam email quickly.

I really like the AI search function in Superhuman Mail, as it helps in triaging, searching, cross-referencing, and creating comprehensive responses. Additionally, I enjoy the AI-drafted emails feature. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, making it easy to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have issues with the search functionality, especially when it comes to older emails. My inbox goes back at least ten years, and accessing the archive in Office365 would be a helpful improvement.

I use Superhuman Mail for triaging, searching, cross-referencing, and creating comprehensive responses with AI. The AI search function helps.

What do you like best about the product?

I primarily use Superhuman Mail for managing my professional communications. It helps me keep track of important emails and respond swiftly. I also find scheduling and coordinating with my customers and networking very helpful. I love the scheduling feature, especially having a scheduling link. The ability to snooze a message and have it come back to remind me is great. Keeping things organized so that I get to my VIPs first and junk mail gets sorted out quickly is fantastic, and I don't lose a lot of messages this way. I address more of my network's needs. Superhuman's easy setup was a plus; there's not a very hard setup at all. I love using it with the MCP server because I can be working on something and have an email drafted in Claude, and it's there and ready to send using Superhuman.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are so many hot keys and so many tips and tricks. I lose track of that. It would also be great to connect Superhuman Mail to other things, like my CRM or my AI notes, so the AI drafting could have context from other sources.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Superhuman Mail for managing communications, scheduling meetings, and staying organized. It helps me reach VIPs first, reduces lost messages, and sorts junk mail efficiently. Features like message reminders and scheduling links enhance my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?

All of the seamless integrations that allow me to work from ONE window! I can setup calendar meetings, share availability, set reminders for myself, as well as reply to emails, drafts, etc all in the same place. Saves bandwidth on my computer, my desktop, and my brain!

What do you dislike about the product?

I have had some challenges integrating to Microsoft. The majority of my work and emails are through Google/GMail. I wish the Microsoft had all the same tools/accessibility.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a Freelancer. Before Superhuman - I would manage multiple email addresses, and multiple projects in different places. Now, they are all in ONE window, with sorted tabs. My project management is much stronger, as I can focus on one tab at a time, check in, set reminders for myself, send calendar invitations... all in one place. I don't worry about emails falling through the cracks because it's so organized! The calendar, news, and docs tabs that are AI generated also clear out my inbox to keep the content I actually need at the forefront, and then I can refer to those tabs to find links and files more quickly!

The hours I get back in my day and the peace of mind between projects is well worth the subscription cost of the program. While there was a learning curve at the beginning, their onboarding training and shortcut tools made it easy - that now, I find I'm using those shortcuts in other programs by behavior - and frustrated they don't work everywhere!!

I use Superhuman Mail for both my personal and work email. I love how it helps me never forget to respond or follow up on an email by treating my inbox as a 'now' or 'later' problem using the reminder features. This keeps email threads moving until the task is completed. I find the keyboard shortcuts and built-in calendar integrations particularly valuable. When I'm in Superhuman, I basically never have to use my mouse because shortcuts guide me through my entire inbox, and I can send calendar invites at the touch of a button. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile app still needs some work. It's kind of a tricky situation because of how keyboard driven the desktop app is, but the mobile app isn't always the most intuitive.

Superhuman Mail helps me remember to respond and follow up on emails, treating my inbox as a 'now' or 'later' task. The keyboard shortcuts and calendar integrations mean I never need to use my mouse, making email management efficient.

maybe the label distribution is not as clear as gmail
