Great fraud protection

What do you like best about the product?
We are covered against fraudulent transactions - most of the time Riskified will block them for us, but on the occasions that they are let through we can claim the charge back from Riskified
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it blocks orders that aren't fraudulent, which can be a bad customer experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking fraudulent orders, coverage against fraud chargebacks

What do you like best about the product?
The good and fast help of the support. You can see all details of the customer's payment. Riskified is easy to handle

Some people gets blocked eventho theyre safe customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fast tool to Review the payment and the customer Service is very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the old Version was clearer and you can understand the Information very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

If an order is not found in the system, you can check very well why the order was blocked
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use the device do check if an order is a fraud but you can't tell the customer.

Riskfied was a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds. Also, it's easy to visualize why a transaction got denied.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that could be improved is the percentage of transactions that get declined. Of course, this depends on the industry but working on the travel industry we understand sometimes customers want to book things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was the fraudulent transactions in Europe. As I mentioned before Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Riskfied if your website is being targeted for fraudulent transactions. Also, Riskfied will save you time and give you peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the recently added ability to reviews flagged orders in seconds, this makes the conversation with customers a lot easier as they no longer have to wait several hours for insight into whether their order can be approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the tool were a bit more specific about the reasons for the decline, and it would be even better if there were suggested talking points for customers who are declined. It also can be frustrating when an order is declined for a customer and we submit the details and for some unknown reason should've actually been approved in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified offers us a great deal of risk reduction by identifying risky factors and in other instances allowing us to resolve issues for customers allowing them to place successful orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Fraud detection is generally very good, and the protection services are great. Most importantly the customer service team is very responsive and helps to address any issues as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submission process can be a little cumbersome when there are a large number of transactions that need to be submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses Riskified to offer fraud protection to our clients. We deal with many chargeback requests and Riskified makes it much easier to detect and receive coverage from fraudulent transactions

What do you like best about the product?
The breakdown of what is being flagged as highly fraudulent behavior, our company representatives, and receiving emails per order for easy/quick notifications on orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
On many occasions, it has marked orders as 'fraud' that we know to not be (consistent customers, employees, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing fraudulent purchases on our online retail store! While it is hypersensitive at times, it often catches fraud orders our other systems do not (e.g. Shopify)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's better to be overly sensitive when detecting fraud and then make your own evaluations from there- We have never had a fraudulent order that Riskified didn't flag!
