What do you like best about the product?
Assurance, effective evaluation of orders, great customer service, chargeback insurance.

Have not found a downside yet. We love it!

Our industry has a lot of fraud attempts and we deal in high value orders. Riskied helps analyze our orders and protect us from fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
Insurance on approved orders.High approval rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No visibility into the factors that caused Riskified to approve or reject a specific order..Some orders take extra time to review and end up being sent to our fulfillment software. (We have inadvertently shipped rejected orders because of this)

Approve more orders, less charge-backs

What do you like best about the product?
I find Riskified very helpful when it comes to the way we use it to help ticket our bookings. It helps us identify fraud a lot quicker and also gives us the information that is required when we want to understand the reason behind a riskified no.

I wouldnt say there is anything i dislike about riskified

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about riskified is the fraud monitoring. With all the credit card fraud (especially internationally) having Riskified assist in flagging those free up our agents' time. Also any chargebacks/fraud that does end up by passing Riskified is covered by them! Our chargebacks are dropped significantly since implementing Riskified

No real dislikes. Everything is working well with Riskified including implementing it into 3 different country webstores

There’s no risk to take. This is a needed platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Along with Shopify, Riskified is an essential platform used to ensure that fraudulent actions are flagged. In a world where fraudsters are always ahead of the game in trying to sneak one by us, this tool helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I’m particular. Easy to use and nothing sticks out as negative at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud checks. They are quick in replying to us When secondary information is collected by an agent if order is falafel and we may want to push things through anyway.

The detail provided on declined orders is helpful in making a judgement on the order.

There are a higher number of false-positive fraud alerts (declined orders that are not fraud) than I would like.

Makes it easier to flag and review potential fraud orders.
Good API and awesome tech support
What do you like best about the product?
Their services are always up and running and the fraud detection system is pretty good. Their technical support team responds fast on every tech issue or question.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFCC Demandware cartridges need too many modifications to make them work correctly.

We migrated to Riskified and stopped using our previous fraud detection system which wasn't so good as Riskified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not expect the official SFCC cartridges to work as expected out-of-the-box. Except that, it's pretty fun to implement and everything else works as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
It seamlessly integrates with our online shopping cart so there is no extra step.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a delay on approval decisions that hold up orders, but not often. Also, occasionally we get an order denial from a customer we know and trust which is odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects our online orders from nearly all fraudulent activity. We’ve actually had a few phone orders where we have been scammed so we now run most phone orders through our online store.
Easy to integrate and super useful
What do you like best about the product?
Their APIs are pretty easy to work with. When I did the integration, their documentation covers most of the things I needed. Their onboarding process is also engineer friendly. I enjoy using their dashboard to get more information for each order.

I hope I can get more clear information about their decisions for each order.

We use Riskified to combat fraudulent orders and reduce chargeback risk. We get exactly what we hope for.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the immediate decisioning and the chargeback guarantee are critical to a growing business like ours. We don't have the resources to allocate dedicated individuals to any specific fraud fighting role, so the ability to outsource the entire decision and review process to Riskified and knowing they will cover their decisions with a chargeback guarantee was enormously helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date we have not experienced any problems with the service. One recommendation, however, would be to create a user guide explaining how to integrate the Riskified Decider to Magento 2 which we found quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a consumer electronics focused online retailer, we experience a disproportionately high rate of fraudulent transactions on a product line with an extremely low margin. Every cent counts and any chargeback is a major impact to the bottom line.
In the early days, we were experiencing almost one in every 20 orders to be fraudulent and we had a rudimentary review process which was fraught with poor assumptions, clumsy, time-consuming and introduced a large amount of friction to the sale process.
Since implementing the Riskified solution all that pain has gone away and the fees charged are easily absorbed in the savings experienced by a complete elimination of fraud while not impacting the good orders.
