ARENA is professional and user-friendly PLM system.
What do you like best about the product?
Very use to be adminstartor .
As adminstrator I could customized lamost everything in a very simple way.

The exports related to compliance BOM and suppliers items .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the main tool for configuration control of all tecnical data of the product .

What do you like best about the product?
Arena has been an absolute lifesaver for us. Their system has so many deatailed ways of structuring it to fit how you do business.
Quite easy to intergrate into whatever type of businees you're in.
We're able to track & maintain records of every aspect of our R&D process.
We've set up an approval process for finalization as well as any changes or devations that arise.
Arena is a tool we use in our day to day process.
It's fairly intuitive, but you can get some basic training depending on how complex your requirements are.
The outside vendor access is such a timesaver. Their customer support is handled by very friendly & knowledgable individuals.

The only thing I wish was an option would be the ability to set custom color schemes.

Arena provides us with a single source repository for every step from design to release.
We can trace back any and everything that was done on a project and see exactky how we got there.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create a Bill of Materials, Items, Suppliers, Supplier Items, and Change Orders
What do you dislike about the product?
The Working Revision can be affected even if the Change Order is not approved.

The ease of use is great, peers can be brought up failrly quickly in PLM & QMS

It would be great if the system could use hyperlinks that could direct you to certain items.

Helping with our tracebility, generating and creating the source of the truth in the system

PERFECT APP WITH CATIA INTEGRATION
What do you like best about the product?
The issue management particularly tracking of ECR AND ECO lifecycle is at ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Server down time particularly during working days atleast once in 3 months. This results in postponing of tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automobile manufacturing Industry- It helps us in sorting out all the issues through DFMEA and DVP. Drawing update is also made easier
Platforms for PLM and QMS are straigh forward to use and Customer Service is excellent.

It meets ISO standards and allows for integration with our suppliers information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times i wish it was more flexible in terms of customization.

They are developing a process to review documents in Arena and eliminate the need for document updating outside of the Arena platform.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Arena PLM & QMS is extremely user friendly and easy to use. It helps simplify customer support. It's also incredibly easy to integrate into your businesses day to day needs. It's very easy to train people on and easy to implement into other softwares. We use it every day in my company and it has a ton of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena PLM & OLS solves a lot of problems for my company. It benefits me as a user because it's so simple to use and really helps to streamline things. It makes my daily productivity so much easier to maintain and helps me achieve my goals. It solved the problem of introducing new products to the market while also ensuraing compliance. My company dealt with an issue regarding a product that resulted in a lot of money lost and Arena helps prevent issues like that from occurring again.

Is pretty simple to search for items and clean interface

it could be easier the way to select approvers or delete items in some sections
