What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of DecisionRules is great compared to similar software in the market. The implementation becomes fairly simple with this, leading to major time and cost savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personalization options are rather limited , which may affect the overall benefits of using this tool. I am yet to explore this part completely , but this is based on experience .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removed guesswork out of taking decisions and basically had a simple way of telling me of the SOPs used for situations.

As my work is closely related to API calls, I can manage my API calls through.decisionrules.io.
Also, its decision tree designer is robust and easy to use too. It gives enough options and tags to manage tasks.

Not used much, but customer support seems to be an issue here. Also, can use graph for a better and more interactive experience. Still better than its alternatives.

I like DesicionRules Cloud solution because it is Low Cost, so it allows you to build little by little depending on your budget and business needs

Limited interaction with this particular platform but can say it is mostly inclined to towards coding side of the work and other features are ancillary to it.
