What do you like best about the product?
Automation - decision rules software automates decision making processes, reducing the need for manual intervention and saving time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some decision rules can be rigid, struggling to adapt to highly dynamic or unpredictable situations that may require more flexible decision making approaches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates the decision making processes by eliminating manual intervention using predefined rules. It can handle large volume of data. Also, users can easily modify update decision rules to changing business environment.
Quite noob-friendly, I'm not into tech or finance but I was able to learn using DecisionRules.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that there is no requirement to know coding as far as building workflows goes. I'm not a direct user but I oversee my teammates who are carrying out the project where DecisionRules is playing a big part. My team says that integrations are easy to carry out with DecisionRules.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're using it to try and automate our payment collection process. I wish there were templates or guides for common use-cases like this, it would save time for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to create a payment collection workflow that streamlines all the incoming payment from website, social media, direct payment links, etc. A lot of our customers opt for installment based payment plans so sending invoices, reminders, collecting, is a lot of hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
DecisionRules helps to automate decision making in buisness operations. It helps organizations to define, manage and execute buisness rules and logic without needing more program knowlidge. I like decision rules because while its automating decisions, it lowers the chances of human errors which results in more consistent and reliable errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although DecisionRules tries to simplify the process of making rules, non-technical users may find it difficult to define/understand and manage compex buisness rules. The Cost is something I also dislike. Depending on the pricing model and the scale of usage, the cost of DecisionRules could be a consideration for buisnesses, especially small enterprises or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DecisionRules helps with complex decision-making processes that would normally require manual intervention. This really reduces time and ressources spent on making repititve and routine decisions. It also explains clear rules and logic and ensures that decisions are made consistently across the organisation, which is excellent help with maintaining quality, fairness and efficiency.
Good tool to use rules without much coding knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to manage rules without much coding knowledge and can easily be imported and exported. Customer support is also good.

Sometimes face problem with yaml files and some key functionality

DecisionRules makes decision making more efficient by automating rule based decisions, which saves time and minimizes the chances of mistakes. DecisionRules can be a tool, in streamlining the process of determining eligibility. It helps ensure that accurate and consistent determinations are made, in industries such, as finance, insurance or healthcare.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with the existing system. Most of the rules that we create in our devops team are more error free becouse of less human involve. Easy to use and understand. DecisionRules can be integrated with other 3rd party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced difficulty in using DecisionRules APIs with other software and support was not able to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created automed workflow in the Devops process to remove all the manual multiple processes. Testing the code reviews is good with DecisionRules.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very good and interactive. We can easily create our decision rules and fetch the data easily by applying various filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I dont think that this website has something that i dont like.

It is helping me in creating decision rules in very less time and fetch the data at a higher rate per minute. The cost is also very less. The user interface makes it easy to perform any tasks that i want.
