Easy to learn and use, helps the business workflow
What do you like best about the product?
They make it super easy to learn how to use. They have a set of sample rules to learn how to use everything. Test your your integrations and send them out to the cloud to see how it's working. Helps avoid any mishaps with different customer bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a tool like this, i feel like there should be more support contact methods other than just an email. Customer support answers quickly but would still like ways for immediate support.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy rule management without coding for business users. DecisionRules is an user friendly software. For the first two months, it's completely free, we don't want pay any charges. The built-in deployment integration is very helpful in testing the rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
DecisionRules software is missing some key capabilities. For non-technical users, they may find it difficult to understand the process of making rules. Here, most of the processes are automated, by the way the ease of use is more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By this software, the hiring and on boarding process can able to do very easily. By this Fast API process, the production rate gets increased. The administrator can able to track everyone's performance.

It lets me define rules for my analysis on my databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more user-friendly and easy-to-use. It takes time to understand the concept and implement it into my business.

Instead of analyzing the data and make decisions on my own, I can easily set the rules and let it analyze my database. I only need to review and make corrections on the decisions it suggests.

I had not encountered such a computationally efficient tool for decision rules until I discovered DecisionRules. It can adapt easily and quickly to changes in data. Among other features, the platform includes roles for different users, allowing the management of various permissions.

I believe the platform should have more support channels than just an email.

I use DecisionRules to develop rules that assess and ensure compliance with operational safety, industrial health, quality, and environmental regulations, making it easier for me to identify deviations and ensure that operations meet regulatory requirements.

Despite scalable costs, to get the full power of DecisionRules you need to pay for the most powerful features -- that can certainly be expensive.

For simpler decision logic, DecisionRules.io was perfectly adequate. However, for my highly nuanced use case, the lack of advanced capabilities felt like a major roadblock. I needed more powerful tools to truly model the intricate relationships and conditions within my data.
