Powerfully Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Have been using DecisionRules for about 4 months now and the experience is awsome , being an project manger and organiser in an startup it's must to make decisions and cop up with the history and it's best for it , the integration and compatibility with other softwares like excel make everything super convenient and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been using it for 4 months and didn't find anything yet, maybe in future I guess but as per now I like all its features and didn't find anything disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to stand out and make a core decision regarding the project without any much inconinent involvement of anything .

cost could be a bit lower but overall the product is valuable to my organization and my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, compatible with Microsoft excel, helps my team to share and edit rules

Not sure of the security, havent used this feature yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No code rule engine helps my business in speeding everyday process specially to my clients in insurance and fintech domain
Simply superb
What do you like best about the product?
This is best when we comes to the decision process, I always used that for the company decision making. We have that history to make a better and better and better to our work. I found it very useful Saas solution till date. Using till date and simply perfect till nowww. Very easy to use, and implementation is good as always. Customer support as it best. Using it daily and integration is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I did not find anything wrong/disliked in it. How come someone dislikes it that is why question?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this while decision-making about my company and while using to make some perfect decision that makes my company best. Honestly, sometimes I am very dependable on it. While using this I found it very useful in order to maintain decision making As we all know a decision making is very hard when we find to solution almost equal then we need something which will compare in small points and give us the right one so here you can find it. I have multiple things to share here but anyone who find my review will understand the importance of this.
It is very helpfull tools in my organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to change rules and integration within very little time. also, the user interface and all the various flows that we can create using DR. It has all the necessary functions, so we can easily write rules and ratings in the DR and within minutes we have the API of those rules, It helps a lot to any organization and its very effective in terms changing any rules in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are lots of positive things regarding DecisionRule there are some areas I think DR may become better.
1. when we are making rules of many lines it becomes a tedious job to bulk copy and make duplicate rules so that we can write the rule very quickly within the interface, although if we export the rule file as an Excel file and then we can make the changes much faster but importing the rules again create a new rule with a new rule id that requires changes in our integration in backend if we are consuming this API from backend.
2. Although there is a feature to call external calls from rules the limitations are too small in terms of input and output size making the feature useless sometimes.
I've been using DR for more than 2 years and believe me I don't have any other dislikes than these two, although they provide customized plans in that plan probably they will allow large-size input/output from external classes.

In an organization, some rules may change frequently in the future, so they must require a tool like DecisionRule to make their business rules and pricing so that it can be changed anytime and within very little time. That is what DecisionRule is providing.

Creating your own rule models without any kind of codes. Collection of data like Excel and maintaining values with an variables. Utilizing skills for improving performance and efficiency by creating decision tables.

You can build test bench into decisions table designer, helps you to run your rules faster for testing and debugging without leaving interface of Decision Rules.

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to use for non-technical person. This app is quite critical to use With appearing a lot of warnings. Not much, user-friendly While using the decision table.

It helps for taking complex decisions from the decision table

The ease of use its user interface provides is outstanding. DecisionRules helps me make important decisions for my set of rules efficiently. The sample rules come in handy to set up the rules swiftly.

It is a hard challenge for beginners to use this software up to its full potential as one must have full knowledge of this product. The program must improve its processing speed for large amount of data.

I don't have high technical knowledge but with the help of DecisionRules I can make effective decisions. It helps me process complex tasks with ease and ensures those decisions are accurate.

I love that there are rules, in this way it facilitates various procedures that are carried out every day. It is an excellent platform and work tool that efficiently performs various jobs in less time.

Certain areas of the organization could probably be threatened since in this way we are automating and saving time with a single platform that has everything.

In our organization it is important to make decisions about suppliers, times, placement strategies for our product and predict the future for the best decisions.

So the first thing I want to highlight is how easy it is to setup and use , it adapts the changes easily and quickly.

Support can be better and no price tag available

What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is for tech and non technical alike. Setting up is easy and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
During presentations some information is shown that should not be like certain keys, but the software won't allow you to hide them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New hire processes are easier. You can restrict services or calls accordingly and customize them with the rules.
