Total control of your business workflow
What do you like best about the product?
DecisionRules help us speed up everyday processes related to our logistics, CRM management and financial decisions. In this way, it has increased business productivity without negatively affecting our budget, thanks to its excellent cost-benefit ratio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its implementation has been slow because we did not know how to integrate some of its functions into our platform. On the other hand, our allies have needed training to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us make strategic decisions in terms of financing, payments to suppliers, budget design, annual profit estimation and weak points of the commercial chain.Thanks to this, we are increasing our expected profitability in general terms.

Easy Scripting and WorkFlow For the team and the ability to add endpoints, easy to implement and once mastered, easy to replicate

There is a big learning curve to it for beginners

Decision rules helps the team to improve consistency in or development aand operations by ensuring that we follow certain workflows, it also helps with upgrades and keeping project secured

The ease of use & implementation is great. I frequently use this product due to the number of features and the ease of integration. Great customer service

There is not much I dislike about this product. Very easy to use

This helps with making choices and taking decisions. It helps to rank and prioritize them, as well as choosing from a number of options.

DecisionRules is easy to work with and has automated many of our decision making that has helped us increase our efficiency as a company immensely.

DecisionRules has a bit of a learning curve if you have not used a rule engine before, but they do provide you with everything you need to help you get up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Decision rules has the capability to be used with a tailormade approach which i found very interesting. It is very adaptable with different cloud deployment models along with scalable approach.

Pricing seems a bit on the upper side. Not sure how to integrate with the data source. Flexibility with data processing is lacking on an enterprise level.

We thought of replacing AWS managed step functions with DecisionRules but it did not pass the use cases

It has an efficient dashboard to manage all your API processes from User to client, which can track records of all the details about date, time, and count.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet still Exploring and yet explore completely but as far as used no regret.

There is nothing to dislike at the moment. The features are absolutely value to money.
