Want an easy to use + easy to optimize CMS? Go Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The CMS is very easy to update and make changes. We have a large organization and the website serves many different departments, I constantly receive requests for small changes, Hubspot makes it easy to update and is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come accross any downsides to using the CMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated and merged a handful of domains on to the Hubspot CMS to help increase the UX as well as the SEO, and both have drastically improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hire a Hubspot-approved web development company to assist in building out custom modules specific to your organization.

Great tutorials for teaching yourself to master tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The academy/training videos are very helpful for self-directed learning on how to use this powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filter conditions (e.g. opening a marketing email) might work in one place (e.g. workflows) but not another (e.g. contacts). I also get a big frustrated that certain functions, like date-centered delays, don't work in all automation types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart content makes it easy to regionalize emails, landing pages, and forms for international operations. The tool is powerful - the biggest challenge you might have is getting your whole team on board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you have a champion and plan for implementing in your organization. It's a big and powerful platform and needs someone to direct and coordinate use across departments.

Game-changing tool for small and mid-sized businesses!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot brings everything I need to one place. I can plan, execute, review, analyze, strategize, collaborate, reach customers, and more. Our inbound leads and sales operations have gone to the next level since using HubSpot. I recommend this to everyone I speak with who struggles with content management and social media posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all things, I wish I was more affordable. Getting executive sign-off, even for expensive tools, is one of the more difficult parts of my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content planning and strategy confusion has completely gone away. We run a tight schedule with advance reviews and lots of action, so a ticketing system built into my posting platform is crucial. We now have seamless communication from the C-suite all the way through the org with tracking and milestone management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to explore your options very carefully if you have more than one domain. We are having a current challenge with trying to spin up our non-profit partner and its not been a smooth process so far.

HubSpot is the best option for great companies

What do you like best about the product?
I consider that HubSpot has a friendly interface for basic users so it is fast that all the people get involved in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot has to offer better prices for customers or integrated more integrations included into packages for example with tools like Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really easy to track every contact by pipelines and also it is wonderful to integrate a lot of modules in the same place, for example, website metrics, SEO, webpages, emails, sequences and so on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that HubSpot is a great tool to organize all of the information of the potential customers, but I reckon that prices could be better or include more options that scale the cost-benefit for companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and enjoy the website vs landing page features while also being able to use for emails so everything is nicely tied together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with our programming needs but overall is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to set up all of our email campaigns cleanly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to work with. HubSpot's CMS offers a lot that WordPress does not. Great customer support. Easy to edit pages on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes by making things module-based, it can be a little tricky to make coding level changes without a web developer on staff. However this is the case for most CMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting, website editing, website optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that I am quickly able to sort and find my contacts and upload lists directly into hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I click on a contact within the list I am working in and then click "back" to try to return to my list it takes me directly back to all contacts instead of back to whatever list I'm working in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate and customize email templates and sequences has been a lifesaver!

What do you like best about the product?
The quote tool- super easy to create cohesive simple quotes, then you can simply add a signature line when the customer is ready to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing tool- way too manual compared to tools like outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CMS has allowed us to shorten our tack stack as it offers many solutions in one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up sequence in hubspot and with so many filters available you can select the targeted audience and tracking is seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
Soo many options available which sometimes makes it confusing to browse through and it gets difficult to search for option you want

Reaching out to clients has become easier using hubspot and tracking feature has helped to keep track on them without missing any update
