Very complete tool for web development with CRM and SEO functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can have different types of working with a template, you can either use the default modules in a WYSIWYG mode, create your own custom modules, or you can just create a custom template with your own code in a modern-standards way (i.e. CLI tools). So is a good option for both non-programmers and advanced developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native database is only available through HubDB, which is somewhat limited, basically a CSV table, but for most purposes is enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the system for a real estate developer website, complete with a custom availability map and quotation system that integrates with the Hubspot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of switching in and out modules. Being able to drag and re-order pages is also an amazing feature. Being able to combine preset and custom templates onto webpages is really helpful and lets you be as simple or complex as you want. Also Hubspot support is truly incredible, whenever I have a question I always reach out to them. If they dont have the answer or can't figure it out in a short time they will email and keep in touch while working on the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to hubspot is that I wish there were more options when using images that show up in multiple places / the scaling of the images. For example an image I use for a featured image might look strange when another module is pulling that image through. I think more options on the basic templates would also be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of "where are all my files?". To have all the website assets in one location and easily searchable is super helpful to me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the fusion between WSYWIG editing tools for the team, and the modules that can be cloned and assembled in various ways. We are able to build anything custom that we need to and allow marketers to have a lot of control over individual pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to get the hang of at first. But, I love hubspot's support and community forums to help out with questions along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hosting our website with CMS hub, as well as sending emails. It makes us more efficient to keep everything in one place and track contacts activities across various channels. Integrating with other platforms like Shopify has worked well for us. Being able to clone modules and pages and move things around makes us a lot more nimble when it comes to launching and iterating on pages. As a growing startup working quickly, agility is huge for us.

HubSpot CMS Hub has transformed our website and our approach and capabilities for marketing. It's very user-friendly and enables us to easily add to or make changes to our site without external developer support.
Almost A Silver Bullet
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards! I love the ability to make my own custom dashboard reports. I love the drip campaigns and the integrated social component. I love the blogs, I love the templates, I love the CRM, I love the SEO...I love it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it has a good integration with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot handles a number of functions that if they weren't handled by HubSpot, would have to be handled by several different software components. I have not found a better integrated, systemwide, Silver bullet.

Don't bother with the others!

I love HubSpot CRM! It is so easy to use! Plus the training/certification that is available is amazing to help make you a super user and set you up for success!

What is there not to like from HubSpot?! I am a fan of it all!

Having everything visible, uniform and easily accessible to the team is important for success. HubSpot provides that for us. The program as a whole is clean and easy to view/use.

I felt like I had a little more control of technical SEO within WordPress - that would be cool to have in Hubspot CMS.

No problems. It has made my work much easier being able to do so much in one tool.

The dynamism of its properties in interaction with the CRM and the versatility of the information filters

Within the individual panels of contacts, companies, and deals, it is impossible to filter with properties of related elements. For example, filter contacts by associated business value

The visibility of the interactions to the leads in relation to the website and the follow-up of the sales executives

Evaluate the cost-benefit of the tool in relation to the needs and size of your company

On the backend, my company's template files are out of control, but that's really more of a company problem.

I like that it's an all-in-one solution as it packages together so many marketing products together, making all of your work more efficient and aligned.
