What do you like best about the product?
- Support materials from setup to everyday use (onboarding, academy, chat support, ask the community).
- Enables our team to do real-time changes on the website without the dev team.

- Some modules have illogical limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that enables us (the marketing team) to upload and modify materials and add follow-up automations on the same platform.
Hubspot has helped our business grow and our marketing campaigns get better

It is beneficial to track and communicate with leads, follow up on all emails and meetings and make better personal campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot point one thing I do not like in the platform. The fantastic support answered everything that I disliked or needed help with.

Hubspot helped us have better-organized campaigns that bring actual results.

What do you like best about the product?
At its best Hubspot is a fast, CMS with great features which are easy to use such as A/B testing. My favourite element is cloning an existing page and amending/testing the modules for changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all modules pull through as they should, we have had issues with H1 and H2s not having the consistancy I would expect. However it is down to the build and if the build is correct the CMS is fantastic. I would reccomend having a drag and drop editor built for the footer. If you are migrating your site to Hubspot the process can be fast but can be quite slow. After 5 weeks i am still sending in requests from issues we've noticed. I was hoping this wouldnt happen after week 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a fully editable website and being able to implement our SEO strategy. Making sure the site is running fast and having greater control over a hard coded site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure every element is editable and that you can select the font, size and style of text. Realise that while they have 24/7 support they are not a personal IT department and most likely they will not be able to help you on anything particularly big. If the above meets your requirements i would recomend them.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface. The menus are laid out with easy to find options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I hide some of the SEO recommendations, they seem to come back the next time a check is run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep tabs on any SEO issues and provides helpful recommendations.
Not too sure about this CRM - compared to others!
What do you like best about the product?
It took me a while to get used to it but I do like the 3 different columns on the screen so you can do something to one part and it doesn't change the whole screen

CONSTANTLY having technical issues that I was unable to control nor resolve myself

Once I got used to it then it was quite easy to use and helps in staying organized and love the use of sequences too!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to build, customise and test all of our pages through data-driven analytics. Being able to update things easily with or without development help is a huge benefit to myself and my clients.

Nothing. The CMS allows us to do exactly what we need for our clients.

It is simple lead generation and it saves us time instead of manually adding info.

Three years of using HubSpot, so easy to use and learn new things
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot so easy to use; there are so many learning tips and lessons you can watch to learn how to do something quickly. HubSpot is constantly making changes and improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything i disklike about HubSpot. I use it for email campaigns, blogs, website pages, creating contact lists for campaigns. It suits all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily creating workflows for email campaigns, compiling lists for events, quickly creating blog posts and web pages. It saves so much time!

The ability to add a list of different industry verticals to a sequence. Very efficient and allows time to focus on the responses

the limit on how many emails you can send in one day
