A User-Friendly Highly Customizable CMS Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The Drag and Drop Editor along with plenty usables modules in the Hubspot are my favorite part of hosting my site on Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to connect apex/root domain. We are limited to hosting the website on a www subdomain which pretty old fashioned. I also dislike the fact that we need to purchase a much expensive subscription to redirect the domain. But the Hubspot team provided instructions on how we can connect/redirect the apex domain manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS Hub is pretty all-inclusive. It saves time to have every feature you need, integrated into one system. Every website need forms, an editor, contact management technology, plugins and assets. The mentioned features are usually to be picked and purchased independently when using other CMS like Wordpress and etc. Luckily, everything is well integrated into the CMS Hub.
You don't need to have web coding knowledge to build your website on Hubspot but if you need to, Hubspot's Design Manager is there for your infinite customization needs.

Building a website is easy and it's even easier with Hubspot. A Starter CMS Hub subscriptions cover everything your website will need. A Professional or Enterprise subscription offers even more solutions to scale up your business.
It's easy to set up and fully customizable. And the extra mile support and customer service from Hubspot is just icing on the cake.

Easy to use CMS for in-house marking teams
What do you like best about the product?
CMS Hub is great for in-house marketing teams with a general marketing focus. We had site modules set up so the whole team could easily edit and create new pages for the site without having to know how to code. It also integrates seamlessly with our Hubspot CRM for lead capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something I could consider as a downside yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New lead generation website that can be easily managed in-house.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Hubspot content management system is its versatility and ability to track customer traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about Hubspot is that I don't know how to code custom modules. Because of this, I had to hire someone who does, which costs me more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my old CMS system, it required a bunch of plugins that sometimes would conflict with the load times on my website, making it slower. Hubspot includes all the tracking and marketing resources I need to get closer to know my visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is easy to use. It is easy to manage your funnel and track client activity. You can create dashboards to track and manage your team as well. I also like that we can integrate our website and slack into HubSpot as well as develop workflows for email campaigns. Hubspot also creats easy to manage tasks. Every day you can easily track and manage your tasks and create easy to manage follow up. You can creat and sort through filters with ease. You can link hubspot up to your website and track the activiy your clients do. Hubspot also has an easy to use cell phone app that lets you keep track of what your clients are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing about Hubspot is that you cant text out of it. It also only populates email responses when Hubspot feels it's convenient. HubSpot sometimes crashes, making my team unable to do anything. The HubSpot support is not the most efficent. Some times when hubspot crashes you have to wait a long time to reach someone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving with Hubspot is tracking the digital activity of our clients. Hubspot integrates with our website almost flawlessly and makes chatting with our clients a breeze. We can see when a client enters the website and when clients click our email links.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest discussing the different options you have for each user. Some of our Sales members have restricted access with makes our jobs challenging. I recommend giving your sales team access to create templates and create custom feilds.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is amazing! It's very friendly to use and straight to the point, whether you are new at using Hubspot or are using it again after a long time, everything is very logical and there is no complications in navigating through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely transparent, I don't have a complaint about Hubspot. It's been wonderful to use it in our company as the main CMS tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as the main CMS tool in our business, so everyone from Sales all the way to Tech Support uses it to create content in a seamless way for both internal and external purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having experience with other CMS is always a plus, regardless, Hubspot's CMS has a very friendly UI and if you ever find yourself in doubt or trouble with x project, you can reach out to Hubspot's support team since they are always eager to help you with any issue you have.
One of the Best CMS's Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I've used loads of CMS's before from WordPress to Drupal. HubSpot makes creating and editing pages SO easy. Plus they are constantly and consistently improving the capabilities of the CMS and releasing quality of life updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike is that sometimes the software can be a little bit buggy or laggy. It's rare but can certainly happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating targeted landing pages and regular web pages quickly and with ease thanks to HubSpot CMS Hub. We've recognized the speed and flexibility that the HubSpot CMS provides which makes it a cut above the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is impressive. It's very intuitive to use and allows me to accomplish all of my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the website builder to be quite slow on my computer. It often lags or causes a page freeze. I also would like to see the ability to post the first comment on an Instagram post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making updates to the website no longer takes days to wait for our development team. We can make quick updates and publish them whenever necessary. I also appreciate how all of our content is found in one place which makes it easy to find and update as needed.
