What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and consistency. My assistant builds pages and posts with the quality of international brands. But she does it in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more website blocks and functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing and ranking. We solve with consistent success.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot centralized so many different softwares and costs for us. streamlining our operations and reducing costs!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some modernization. As could the mobile apps. But overall still very usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking at a new website and a new task manager system and a new email marketing solution. HubSpot solved all these problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand what you need for features so you can choose the right plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and integration. HubSpot Marketing is already lighting fast and replaced our old CRM in a way we wished we'd done years before.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CMS is very, very powerful. There is a learning curve, so we hired a consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was the ongoing grief of managing a WordPress site. WordPress has always been a Frankenstein monster to get working properly and then security & maintenance are always (always) problematic. I word start most every day reviewing & updating add-ons and sometimes get stuck when one widget or another updated and crushed our website. Then, the widget march continued if we wanted any form of CRM integration. All that is gone with HubSpot CRM & CMS (all and honestly ALL is gone.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a recommendation from HubSpot on two or three partners to help develop & launch your site. There are too many opportunities to open doors for later use if you just treat it as a web hosting platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing customer support to present the goal and ideas I have and then develop a plan for utilizing HubSpot CMS to make it happen. The support representatives I work with always have creative ways to make things happen and are always willing to jump in and present multiple options on solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I do wonder if there would be a way to have an account manager who is more present in the support process. There is a lot of context I have to provide each time I speak with a new support person. I wonder if we could have more regular contact with an account manager who can help us with long term development.

Clean layout, plus is a fairly robust platform

Sometimes not intuitive and as user-friendly

It isn't always easy to run the reports, nor to find the specific info I need. The website CMS leaves a bit to be desired.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely user-friendly, very easy to use and navigate, and has the best functionality compared with other provider. Lead gen forms, landing pages, general KPI metrics, and integrations are all easy to manage. The forms/landing pages are completely customizable and can be made to look very neat and polished, giving you a much greater chance of converting visitors into leads. I have used many competitors but none can match HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used HubSpot for more than four years now and cannot find anything to fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating landing pages with lead generation forms is a major issue we were having. WordPress pages and our old provider could not create landing pages and forms which looked as good as HubSpot. Since switching, we have seen an increase in conversions. Integrating with Salesforce was also an issue; switching to HubSpot has made the integration functionality far easier and smoother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't recommend HubSpot enough; you will not be disappointed!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of the system makes it easy to use. You don't need to spend a lot of time familiarizing yourself with the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is scope to increase features available in different plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues managing our database of clients and prospects and reaching out to them with timely/personalized messaging. Additionally, our website was standalone that didn't integrate with our Sales/Marketing platforms.
With Hubspot we have consolidated all of these elements within a single platform. Furthermore, it has made creating omnichannel marketing campaigns much easier.

Lead capture and nurture are very much possible. This helps to increase the number and quality of inbound leads.
