Make your site customizable as you need.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to use HTML, CSS, and JS to create a completely customizable website while using HBL to transform some elements into components that can be used and edited without code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside will be when or if I need to leave the HubSpot CMS and transform HBL into HMTL again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create a website that can be editable by someone that doesn't know HTML or CSS.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's CMS hub is super easy to use. The fact that there are so many module options makes personalizing each page or section simple. You have a marketplace with more options if the theme or Hubspot defaults don't have what you're looking for in a module. I've used many other site builders, and for a new one, it's on par with the veteran sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is new, having dislikes doesn't seem fair. However, there is room for improvement. I wish there were more universal features to customize, especially when it comes to using someone else's theme in the Marketplace. I don't really like they can pick and choose what we can edit (specifically, the background colors). I believe the blog needs the most work. You'll download a theme from the Marketplace and it says it has themes for the blog available. However, when you go to change the theme, it isn't there. You have to fall down a rabbit hole to find how to change it. It's annoying. However, I don't really have any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful with my SEO. It gives me more in-depth and specific resolutions per page. It also helps keep my contacts all in one place. When someone signs up for the newsletter or uses our contact form, it's all in one area rather than using several platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive and resourceful Customer and IT support team. There is a lot of effort in making the knowledge base pages informative to help users make full use of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
It personally took me time to discover how different features are useful for me. Global content and Page templates answer to our demand well, but it hasn't been always clear how you can use them to solve the specific problems we have. Some user case examples may be useful to know.
I'd like to see more features to help our content scaling. E.g. Making it easier to reuse module content on other pages (not as global content but so that I can copy the content and setting but change content per page), more consideration for localisation/translation of pages (bulk publish in different languages, bulk settings).

Allowing the Marketing team to have more autonomy in Marketing content scaling.
Localising/Translating webpage/Landing page/Blog pages without having to rebuild the page from scratch in each language.

You can do a lot with a very affordable price. The Customer Support Team will be there for you to fully utilise the platform.
Probably the best tool to build and manage your website
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot platform has many easy-to-use and relatively practical features, which allow you to build a website in an agile way. I would highly recommend it to all website creation projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation functions should be pushed further. Some tasks can be redundant if you want to create a large site with elements that can be found on several pages.

Website elaboration. Time gaining.

I would strongly recommend Hubspot CMS Hub to anyone in need of this kind of stuff because they probably are the best in their domain.
Excellent CMS - creates the perfect lead generation journey
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot CRM and using the CMS as well really creates a seamless lead generation process. Creating a website on Hubspot CMS if you're using other Hubspot features such as CRM, Marketing and Sales is really a way forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to create website and landing pages - it could be a little bit easier to use. The drag and drop features are all right but you need to know javascript, css and html if you want to create personalised modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create a website that funcions as a lead generation machine. It also helps with our SEO as it has a built-in content cluster strategy so all website, landing and blog pages can be connected.

Practical and intuitive CMS tool
What do you like best about the product?
The CMS tool is very intuitive and user friendly. Even without any knowledge about website design, you can easily put together a functional and good looking website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more blocks available and the available blocks could allow more personalisation. Some of them don't allow for much customisation, which leads to not being exactly what we want them to look like/to do without asking a developer for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had the support of an external company where we hosted the website and paid a retainer fee for any changes we wanted to do. With HubSpot CMS we manage the whole website and make the changes without having to pay that fixed and expensive fee.

What do you like best about the product?
Immediate help as from mail or chat or on call. This is the best option. As I am new on Hubspot it helps me a lot to learn and work with Hubspot. Also the Undo and Redo feature is so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call and chat option is not avaible and if i have an urgent work then it hurts me a lot .
