Hubspot CMS works flawlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Its possibility to sync with other apps and services you have everything in one place. You can get the reports in one place and have an overview of your marketing and sales operations on one user-friendly interface. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I haven't seen anything I would complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub is solving problems of other CMS like lack of security, distributed reporting, no plugins needed to run, having very nice user-friendly interface.
The automation and all in one package make it easy for a small team to stay on top of everything

Automation of emails, forms and website pages makes follow ups simple

An automated Export of form submissions would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small team the CMS hub does time consuming work that would usually require an extra employee. Speeds up our response time
Great CMS and Marketing Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how agile and flexible HubSpot is with all our requirements. We can adjust the platform to meet the needs of our company, and their support team is always around to help and advise if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I could complain about. The AB testing functionality in the Marketing Hub could be somewhat improved to let you run multiple tests on the same page without any issues.
The CMS, however, runs smoothly and there's nothing I could think of as its improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all our sales and marketing data in one place, which lets us easily track the users' journeys and run custom and highly targeted campaigns for them.
On the CMS side, I love how easy it is to navigate the website's content, make changes and see them implemented on the website in literally seconds after hitting the Update button.

HubSpot CMS is great, but has room for improvements, especially for developers
What do you like best about the product?
The CMS is very understandable and easy to use. The HubSpot has a lot of services but the navigation is properly organized that I didn't get lost or get confused using the CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
For developers, currently HubSpot doesnt have a solid version control such as Git or SVN. Accidents may happen if multiple developers are working on the website e.g. developers may replace the other developers code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well as a developer, the great thing about HubSpot is I can reuse modules into multiple pages. I can make a module local / global. The HTML and CSS are very customizable. The documentation site is very helpful.

HubSpot CMS makes it easy to track and measure user activity, giving me the insights and control I need to craft successful and effective nurture campaigns and optimise my website performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be difficult to locate, with a surprising number of features I would expect to be able to find or amend within a dashboard or template being found in HubSpots' core settings

HubSpot gives me a clear picture of the activity and intent of our customers, supporting me to create a conversion funnel that identifies and targets the right leads for our business.
Simple, easy and aesthetic

It's very easy to figure out how to work Hubspot once you've tinkered with it for a while.

It can initially be difficult to find what you're looking for quickly.

HubSpot CMS is an easy tool for content management system.
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is really a great tool as a starting point and Hubspot customer support service is one of the best compared to other intelligence tools. Our website is currently with wix and Hubspot integrates very easily with Wix so it's make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general Hubspot basic tool are okay but in order to access the full features and be able to track visitors, create additional pages, access the advanced SEO tools, or even create dynamic content. This can be quite pricey and not sustainable for small businesses. As a small enterprise, we often have to think outside the box and despite the fact that Hubspot CMS allows us to combine all of these great features all in one place, we have to be mindful of costs and access these features through our other subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For marketers, we can tailor and personalise the customer experience better. Nowadays, customers value that their individual needs are met and it's definitely increases customer loyalty.
If you want a CRM powered CMS-- HubSpot CMS is for you
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot CMS can truly be powered by HubSpot CRM. You can basically have a targeted sales page per persona for each product, based on their industry, title, etc. The drag and drop features are my favorite as I am not an amazing designer or developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that editing in design manager as a little easier and that headers and footers could be easily created as mega nav headers. I wish there were classes on coding in specifically HubSpot lingo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a site that our team can control and can do quick changes to. We didn't have good reporting in our other CMS and the data didn't flow into HubSpot the best but now we can see so much more.. it basically is built like a mini intent cms engine.
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
you can create tabs to make your life simpler when using hubspot and it saves your work as you are busy updating it so you don't lose everyhting.
What do you dislike about the product?
none I love using it and I enjoy it it is mazing to use and its user friendly

they check for ways to improve HubSpot to make it friendly and easier to use.
