Great backend - frustrating that things are inflexible

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use -
Can create an awesome site
CRM and other things are integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot use Cloudflare to optimize images and other aspects - a security feature blocks this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows in-house editing of pages
Because the CRM is integrated, it is unlikely to break

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-tech savvy person, I find that Hubspot CMS is very easy to use. It's fool-proof allowing you to check your choices before publishing content. Also, customer support is amazing. Always so helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about Hubspot CMS. If I had to point one out it would be that there are sometimes glitches and it takes time to refresh the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CMS is the tool I use to run my company's blog. It's very easy to use and has helped me manage our content. It helps me keep track of how each post is performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that CMS Hub allows for all notes and interactions with clients to be tracked in one place.

There is nothing that I necessarily dislike, but it is a learning curve for getting used to using the program

A current business problem CMS hub is solving is having our sales rep information accessible by necessary parties in a centralized format.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform and how it all works together.

Some clients think HubSpot will "own" their code and it may be hard to move off in the future.

Easy-to-update websites for our clients and easy-to-navigate experience for the users

What do you like best about the product?
The support you receive from HubSpot, that's only a click away through chat, makes any possible questions you have answerable when you need it most. Where many other platforms you have to wait for a response back through email, or search through forums to find your answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some plugins that WordPress has that I wish were available on HubSpot, but it's never kept me from being able to find an aceptable alternative. I have noticed that there are new apps in the marketplace all the time, which is also encouraging to that extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is that I don't need a developer to build a website. There are so many templates to start with that give such robust options that if I ever do need to involve a developer its only for very specific needs that cost me only a fraction of what I would pay them for an entire website.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and the fact I am able to empower my clients to make changes. Also, it is really easy to make changes. It also offers way more integration than other cms's like Wordpress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to build custom templates and new designs. Also the price can be a barrier for entry for some of our clients. They resent it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT is solving the problem of integrating the entire sales and marketing function and inbound strategy into the website. no other competitor does it quite like hs.

Now with the free version, companies and organizations have access to tools to grow their business.

I wish that I could update the social media image preview within Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
We've enjoyed the ability to have our teams on the same page within the Hub Spot CMS framework. Our clients are certainly cared for more intentionally and efficiently with the integrations, therein.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've certainly experienced some difficulties within the framework, but most of that can be attributed to the internal work required of our teams to log complete and sufficient data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we begun using HubSpot CMS internally, our marketing teams weren't as informed about our customers needs as they are today. With well documented data, we've gained better understanding of our customers and how they move through the sales pipeline.
