All in one solution

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that HubSpot allows collbaration between sales, marketing, client success, etc.--- all the departments our company has. It makes news, assets, etc. easier to share. The functionality of creating a blog, editing a webpage, putting together an email, etc. is really well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like there are "permissions" for everything, which can be a roadblock many times. It might be my orgs level of being cautious, but it is stalling when I try to do something or task something out to someone on my team and realize they need access, we've got to loop in the admin, etc. before we can get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can be all over the place as far as measuring metrics, what exists content/access wise, etc. and it's nice to have an all-in-one platform that can handle the various operations of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how userfriendly the interface is. But most of all is their help section, they are AMAZING, they solve all my issues whether that is via the chat or on the phone. Any issues I have are easily solved with their help
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to use the automation features of the CMS. I often do not have full transparency of what has been sent by the sales team. Also their marketplace isnt the easiest page to view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have all our data in one area meaning our marketing can be in one place. This makes remarketing and posting on social media extremely easy and can be done a lot quicker than going to the 3rd parties sites

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the simplicity of the CMS Hub. Everything you need to deliver great content is at your fingertips. The template catalog is the bow on the package.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been very few downsides to my experience so far with the CMS Hub. Whenever I run into a challenge, customer support and the message boards usually delver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, I can create content that is killer for my audience. But I'm not a developer or coder. The CMS Hub enables me to create pages and content that looks professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop. I love it. I've used sites where everything is drag and drop, or everything is custom. Having the ability to create simple web pages quickly, but also the ability to code out more complex sites is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too much to say here. I think the ability to move a page from a webpage to a landing page would be helpful, as sometimes I want to duplicate a landing page, but would like it to exists as a web page, but that's not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of the drag and drop editor and modules is key. The fact our developer can create custom modules that I can use to create pages on my own eliminates much of the time it takes to create web pages and helps us stay ahead of the game.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can connect websites, forms, leads and data all in one place! It is also great that you can set up your domain, etc right from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more information on how to learn how to use the platform as a whole. More documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think having a more user friendly file system for everything would help. Not sure if this is actively being worked on or not.

Lots of flexibility while still being easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS hub makes it easy to manage a website and related content with lots of themes and formats to choose from. You don't have to write HTML or CSS, though those options are available to you if you are a more advanced user or have access to true web developers. The wide variety of themes and layouts means your website won't look like every other HubSpot site out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep web and other marketing assets organized. The file system is a bit cumbersome.

The interface can be buggy, and sometimes simple changes end up needing to be made in the actual code of your page; HubSpot support is generally able to help with this,. Also, different themes bring different content and format features. Depending on who developed the theme, these features may not have all the flexibility you want, and HubSpot support may not be able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS hub gives us a powerful website that a small team can manage. It allows us to create the landing pages we need and helps us keep our branding and theme the same throughout. Tracking interactions with the site and other marketing assets is easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate follow-up emails, and tasks, as well as the ability to integrate HubSpot with several other technologies and software. Also, there is lots of documentation to help carry out different automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Discrepancies in workflow capabilities and the other integrations that can be used. Things can be hard to change in the CRM if your contact/deal set up has already been established
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up tasks, Communication with our clients, tracking their information and allowing multiple staff members to communicate with our clients while being able to learn everything about the previous conversations

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its a one stop shop to Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Massive painpoint is i can't @ Linkedin users or companies through the scheduling app. Also its a bit clunky to navigate when adding copy to a website. The templates also limit design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
workflows, scheudling, general day to day marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface designed for an easy user experience with its drag-and-drop functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less themes and functionalities available as compared to other CMS platforms

It's making it easy for people with non technical background to go into the backend of the website and update, design new features in the website and be able to build new landing pages and generate leads in the CRM platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is one place. Ease of use. Lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for Safari. It's my browser of choice and there is no add on available for it like there is for chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having constant views of my sales funnel and customer contact points. And integrations with my website.
