Helps us scale and provide a good customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Clear ability to define specific roles for the people helping us across sales, content creation, and website design. I'd say the all-in-one approach helps us manage the CMS process in a confident way. We are still navigating how best to distribute video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always clear what features are part of our tier. Almost only want to see links to items we can use. Given their history in the category, it feels a little tricky to leave. Even though we are pleased overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main goal was a tool to manage our website design, pages, and navigation. Second goal was to have a somewhat organized way to track the customer funnel. Given we don't have dedicated people to each part of the outbound, inbound, and content distribution processes, it helps to have a tool assist.
So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other drag and drop platforms before that have just left me feeling disappointed. But that's not the case with HubSpot CMS, not even close. All of the formatting turns out just as displayed in the builders, and the responsiveness is flawless. It also gives you the option to tweak the code, should you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's super simple and easy-to-use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using Wix, which didn't have as easy of any interface to use, and it was also limited on integrations for payment processing. We also have very limted resources in the way of front-end development, so having such a user friendly system to build on with limited coding knowledge made a world of different.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small start company, and the CMS tool and free support from HunSpot has helped us immensely with all our needs!

Only downside is the availability of modules in the free version, but we have since upgraded and don't regret it at all

Great Platform with Lots of Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a platform with lots of possibilities and great integration between teams. I personally use it for marketing purposes but having that seamless integration between us and sales is a fantastic thing and it makes life easier. I appreciate their in-browser design tools because its nice to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a platform that gives back what you put in. I wouldn't say its entirely new user friendly unless you have someone there to help you. If you don't go out of your way to learn the systems there could be tools that you have access to but don't even know exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, the connection between teams is done really well and its something I've grown to appreciate immensely. Having contacts and being able to see which ones need to be reached out to without a full email conversation is very helpful.

It is learned to use very quickly and all kinds of designs can be made.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of HubSpot is that it integrates the information when you have to track the news, it is straightforward, and when you have to call someone, it also has a feature to have an integrated phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a member, I work under my organization; it is ok that they can limit the performance and the options that we have, but there are lots of features that can help to work more efficiently, but they are locked, and we cannot access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating all the information creates a unified database, which allows us to manage and work with the data in the best way, generating analysis and standardizing some processes.
Intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. Even if I am doing something for the first time, it is easy to learn how to do it.

Occasionally the tool stop working or doesn't do what it is intended to do.

HubSpot serves as a great marketing automation tool for communicating with customers and I can easily track the communication that is going out.

The CMS is very friendly so we dont need a developer for our website

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a background where I do know how hard it can be to set up a website without a easy-to-use CMS, but from scratch AND trying to onboard colleagues, I really value how easy-to-use HubSpot CMS is. People without coding background find it pretty intuitive and I don't have to bother about writing endless documentations, as most of it is done by the HubSpot community and team already.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, there are some things that can't be achieved as easy with HubSpot (some limitations e.g. for forms regarding data upload formats etc.).
However, there are workarounds and I'm sure HubSpot will make this possible soon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues can populate the CMS without me having to sit next to them and explain how it works - this makes our workflows so much leaner and we can do changes fairly quickly.
All in one marketing solution at one platform
What do you like best about the product?
While using HubSpot, you can manage several management tools, such as sales, marketing, and admin, at one place. The nicest thing about HubSpot is that it works well for all business models and supports several platforms, allowing you to run various operating environments that facilitate managing your company with a single software.
What do you dislike about the product?
For startups, this software can be somewhat pricey for small firms. With few features, he pressures you to purchase additional HubSpot licenses, although this is only a minor drawback.

Hubspot handles thousands of my contacts. Additionally, I manage social media platforms, track sales, and handle email marketing with high efficiency using HubSpot CRM.
