What do you dislike about the product?
Get sometime errors while using it otherwise it's upto the mark .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While getting stuck in thing or forget to do it helps me to get the reminders to do the task, easy accessible
Frustrating. Free is not free its freemium

The number of integrations it has are good. I like the zapier integration
What do you dislike about the product?
The free service is crippled to the point of uselessness. You will quickly reach the requirements to have a paid service in a few days. Also the paid service rack up charges really fast and it becomes prohibitively expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lead management platform. But it falls short of that. Unless you onyl make 1 sale a month and only have a dozen custoemrs and vendors the CRM will cost you a fortune.
Great CRM with lot's of potential
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to separate work flows into separate pipelines and manage separately helps me to achieve my goals for the day and stay organized by separating tasks I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real issue with Hubspot is its issue with tracking and logging email communications automatically. As of late I have to add the bcc list manually iin order to receive tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that HubSpot is currently solving for me is filtering out emails and assigning them in the form a ticket so I do not get bogged down with communications that are not relevant to me.
Complete Go-To-Market Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CMS is easy to use and is part of the complete HubSpot suite, meaning data flows seamlessly from the CMS to our HubSpot CRM, and into the HubSpot Marketing Hub. Our entire go-to-market team can stay aligned and united, armed with data and information in order to work as efficiently as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases there may be some functionality limitations when we're trying to do something ultra-customized, but for the most part we have not experienced any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the HubSpot CMS to host our entire front-end website and blog, along with all of our downloadable content. We love that the HubSpot CMS Hub integrates so seamlessly with our CRM and Marketing Hub.
Hubspot is a great tool as a good working CRM system.
What do you like best about the product?
We used Hubspot for our CRM tool. What i liked the most is that you can easily filter your contacts. for exmple with a few clicks you can export all your contact from one certain city
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hubspot could add more options within it's platform. Like sending out emails, sending personal messages etc. This would helpout the platform and also would increase the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benifits are really the API's you can created to get all your contacts into the system. Form leadbuilders, woocommerce stores and all sorts of platforms are available to connect. So very easy to update your contacts.
CMS for all!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS is a well expanded CMS hub that is used by most marketing teams and because of this, the training for this system was pretty easy. Very user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's hardly anything I dont like about hubspot but if I have to choose it might be the app integration with emails and tools like webengage. The reports attached to these could be better too.

well it helps me get all my content in one lace, and that helps me as a freelance agent and small business owner. it also has an easy interface and also helps me make blogs etc
Incredibly Robust Software
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in contact management, workflows, and synchronization between marketing platforms (email, social media, etc.) is all connected and work together to help potential customers go further down the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I struggle with is the options for Hubspot Modules that don't come from third party sources. I do wish out of the box there came more module options including standardized options.

We are developing a new website and CRM tool for our customers and in doing so, want to connect everything to make a frictionless environment for our website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very easy-to-use platform and it's obvious how its design is focused on customer experience and intuition. It has very well thought functions and is easy to connect integrations with other platforms. Compared to the competition, HubSpot is a complete platform when it comes to functionality and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
-One of the main drawbacks is its pricing since the platform can be quite expensive, especially for a small business.
-While it offers some customization, it's not as flexible as other CMS options available in the market.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're constantly making changes and updates about bugs and how to simplify the user experience and business-client relationship. Also, always thinking about new functions that make all processes for the marketing team easier.
A true 360 platform for sales, marketing, CS & CRM

Lots of options from the market place as add ons

No direct support from Hubspot for the apps from the marketplace

We are managing all our content via CMS Hub and connecting it with our marketing efforts (mainly email)
Worth the time it takes to understand the platform

It is an organized platform with help readily available at all times.

It can be difficult and tedious to make new website edits without help from HubSpot developers.
