Can be costly compared to other crm's. Great once set up

the media library is clunky, sorting images into floders is not very easy

The CMS hub is easy to navigate and build out content to build beautiful sites. We can integrate our applications and provide customers with a UX across all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot move the modules in the left-hand toolbar.

Constant updates can be challenging to learn new stuff.

The perfect FREE CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I tried out Hubspot around Jan of 2024 and i realized this was the perfect way to input my customers information and most importantly keep track of it. Prior to Hubspot i was having to creat Microsoft Excel or the Numbers app using MAC. I had to create everything and then input, Hubspot took away one difficult step in the customer management step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to many downsides, if you are using the services in a way where you need marketing or some of the other tools it is kinda expensive, but the tools are there if your ok with paying for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot CMS is making my workflow much faster. It 100% eliminates a step i otherwise wouldnt be able to skip.

What do you like best about the product?
I have recently gain insights on integrating HubSpot CMS with Ideagen software for a personalized & automated workflows and I must say this system enhanced overall business compliances, efficiency & operational flexibility. I linked Hubspot's marketing automation for improving operational functionalities and for fostering better communication. You can also combine its marketing analytics with ideagen's reporting feature and customised dashboards as per business need. If I talk about its consistency and support services that was amazing. You can also experience the same by elevating the power of HubSpot CMS hub with any GRC softwares like Ideagen. I also like its ease of use & scalable features. Implementation process is also very good with much reliable & secured features. I have used it for the very first time but really it was a great experience as its integrated tools also comes with pre built SEO plugins so you can optimise your content's relevancy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally I found this CMS system good but one thing which I must define in its cons are its pricing plans. HubSpot CMS can be expensive for some small entities or we can say startup businesses as its advanced features involves extra costs. Although it is easy to use & comes with user friendly interface but one must required excel knowledge about CRMs & Hubs before dealing with the same. Sometimes you can experience speed slow down issue on your web pages as well but that is okay you can optimise it through SEO tools & techniques. Its Troubleshooting & development features are nit that much extensive which also I found a negative point in that CMS.

With implementing this CMS System I overcome many issues related to Marketing, engagement & website development. I also integrated it with Ideagen software and it benefitted me with enhancing compliance features, quality management & risk reduction.Now we can easily manage any websites under ine platform as it has some advanced pre built features of SEO tools & techniques plus its seamless integration with other software make it ideal for use. You can easily manage or maintain your marketing & sales pipelines & also reduce the chances of missed opportunities. Helpful in dealing with website operations & also increase productivity through automated workflows & centralised paltform. We can easily check our website's performance metrics & ensures that all compliance related issues resolved within stipulated trimeframe. Using Hubspot CMS Hub we can now easily meets every complainces requirements & improves out marketing automation skills.
