I love using Hubspot to best communicate with our audience - through creating personalized email

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit more of an advanced software brain to think. It's not super user friendly if you're not the most tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We communicate via emails, keep record of their website visits, and customer service tickets
CMS Hub is great for forms
What do you like best about the product?
We can remove HubSpot branding even just within the Content Hub Starter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish content remix was in the starter subscription plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our website and pages out for our company.
Dynamic and Easy to Use CMS
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer I love the flexibility and functionality available within HubSpot. As a marketer, I love the drag and drop and easy of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being ablet o build upon already built templates from the marketplace, but also creating custom websites along with my developer.

Hubspot CMS is designed for all your needs in 1 central location
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need for your clients and prospects is housed in a single location. Meetings, contacts, emails, all accessible in a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other platforms (specifically Salesforce) requires full-time adjustment and monitoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website is fully housed on Hubspot and all of our content exists in hubspot for all Social platforms
CMS is simple but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of using CMS hub is its' integration with Marketing Hub. Reporting and analytics are straightforward because of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
CMS Hub is not as robust as other CMS platforms. Customization is a little more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a CMS that is able to be developed on by agencies but also able to be able to be edited by regular users. This accomplishes both.
It’s easy and fast to use.

It's really user friendly and easy to use. Short learning curve.

Sometimes it gets a little clunky or freezes

Our web and content platform. We are handcuffed to an agency to make updates or new content.

Just as the web continues to evolve, CMS Hub is always adding features to stay ahead. The AI integrations added this year have been robust and helpful for content creation and use across platforms.

Nothing, as even when there are limitations, they are addressed

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has amazing features that allows you to seamlessly meld your data and marketing workflows into one single tool. I use it daily for work and it makes everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit pricey and take time initially to set up.

Content management, customer management and landing page management.
