Complete Digital Marketing and Sales Software Package
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage all my inbound marketing content, create process automations, manage web pages, and contacts all in one portal. It is a single tool you can use for all of your digital marketing needs (other than paid ads).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could create workflow automation templates that could be copied to other portals. We work with niche clients and the workflows for all of them will be the same, it would save us countless hours to be able to duplicate those across accounts instead of having to reinvent the wheel for each client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't know about Inbound Marketing before HubSpot, so it is helping us to generate traffic and leads for our customers in a much more organized manner. The topic clusters and campaign strategy tools help build a framework for my campaigns and make them more effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need one solution to organize all of your efforts this is it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is convenient and easy to use! I also loved that they offered free courses on marketing so that I could learn new skills and freshen up on new skills that I already had! The teachers in the course were very nice and it was easy to follow along to their lessons. I use HubSpot nearly everyday and its a very good tool to have as a marketer in training! I am so glad that I was introduced to this awesome product! I never before used a tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would like to see from Hubspot is maybe more courses to look into! Only because they were so enjoyable. Also when I first started using HubSpot I was a little confused. I am not sure and don't remember if HubSpot offered a tour or tutorial on how to use it. My boss had to sit down with me and show me how to use the website. It is a little bit difficult to locate the learning center as well, I think it should be placed in more noticeable spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy for my coworkers and I to share our work with each other. Also HubSpot is a great tool that we use to stay organized.If I don't know where something is, my coworkers can easily show me where something is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest you try this product 10/10

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the top most CRM which i can prefer and refer to any individual website or businesses websites which can integrate with. There are lot and lots of stuff we can find in hubspot that will make ease to work, promotions of blogs,landing pages, website pages and lots more we can do with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same features which are all we used in Desktop the same features not available in Mobile Version,off course its there but tightened with admin rights. Hubspot can give access to what are the rights used from desktop access those are all permissions can be accessed in mobile sign in also.This feels very discouraging to me while i try to access hubspot in mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling Social media posts, creating content clusters on various topics, creating landing pages ,creating,assigning,adding deals and so on.

Hubspot Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The continued learning that you receive from Hubspot is fantastic. They are continually updating the lessons with the changes being put forward by the various platforms. The help centre is amazing! They are responsive and extremely helpful so that whatever issue or question that you have is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they prioritize other training updates over others. SEO certification needs to happen!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to the full extent from Sales to Marketing to Website management. I love that it is a one-stop for everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may feel overwhelming at first but take the time to go through the training and work with the system. It helps on every level.
Great CRM, needs work on Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect all the dots on a contact's activity. I like the user-friendly side of Hubspot. Also having one central location for all your contacts' activities makes it easier to retell the story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is poor and the ability to link deals and contacts need improvement. Ability to link the deals with contacts and the fact that contacts do not automatically get associated with companies is a big minus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all marketing and sales in Hubspot currently. We do have the landing pages of our website build in HS, as well as the Social Media that we run is also done in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If outbound marketing is your focus, then this tool might be problematic for you.
HubSpot is the perfect mix of a CRM with a CMS
What do you like best about the product?
That all marketing activities are on-hand in one neatly packaged platform with access to assistance as and when you need it. Your website and marketing activities are completely aligned allowing you to let your website work harder for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be slow when it gets busy and the certifications change too frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not currently experience any major problems but the benefits feel invaluable. I have been able to really dig into my customer base and sales pipeline and remove those that are no longer active and keep those who I can nurture into evangelists.
HubSpot is a marketer's dream come true!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot keeps all my marketing efforts together in one place, and helps me market smarter to my audience. I especially like the calendar, which shows a visual of all my efforts, organized by campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything that I dislike. If I ever come across a problem, their support has been great at helping me fix it/find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helped me to focus on inbound marketing. It's a great way to stay organized. I've also seen some sales as a result of the organic traffic I'm achieving through blogs and landing pages.
Manage Your Customers Easily
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Hubspot because it is really user-friendly and so easy to look up customer information/analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything about this program! The price gets high if you keep upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a full range of problems with Hubspot. Everything from writing for our site/blogs, to checking analytics. Without Hubspot we would be frozen...tracking growth would be impossible (or at least more difficult).

If you have a business of a certain size, HubSpot is an essential. Marketing automation and CRM work is so easy with HubSpot.
perfect marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Blog in evolution, web template and design tools, and email tools, I really like it, I can see everything in one place. I received my emails and also checked our paid and organic searches. It's really fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more analysis tools, although they are adding more and improving some. More useful features could be added to the A/B page testing tool. After using something as simple as MailChimp, Hubspot definitely has a bit of a learning curve. It just takes a little time and it's really not that difficult. I learn slowly sometimes when it comes to new software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email marketing and nurturing. Also for our blog and some landing pages. I mainly use it for blogs and web pages, as well as for the analysis tools. We have created successful campaigns and email campaigns with Hubspot's email automation; and I enjoy the ease of page building. Our entire team can work on blog posts, not just those with coding knowledge. Hubspot has also been easy to learn for me and other team members who were new.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is easy to use and meets most of our business needs. I, and others on my team, have experienced that Hubspot is quite easy to adopt and the support has been good.
