HubSpot is the Core of Our Marketing!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly HubSpot is. It is also easy to teach others how to use. I really like all of analytics that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
After you have used this tool for over a year, you do not really hear from the Customer Success team unless you reach out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our CRM, email marketing, automation, training, and our website. HubSpot is the core of our marketing, it helps us attract leads and turn them into customers. Our goal is to increase over revenue and HubSpot is helping us do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for small to medium size businesses that do not have a large marketing department.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and educational. I've used Hubspot for a number of clients and different companies, and I can always get what I need from it.

The ability to easilty integrate Hubspot into other platforms, like Metadata.io and Zapier, makes my job significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited by some functionality compared to other Marketing Automation Systems. You also need to be very careful about starting the Free subscription and uploading too many contacts.

The content management system is not as intuitive as I like, but I do not use that as much as I rely on the Sales dashboard.

The cleanliness of the system is entirely reliant on how well your SDRs, AEs, and Marketing Managers use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot integrates with our platform allowing our customers to easily manage leads that we generate. Setting up the integration and troubleshooting any permission problems is easy. Also, understanding the lifecysle of a lead and all its touchpoints gives our clients greater insight into how useful we are.

I can also manage our own internal webpages and workflows through Hubspot. Many of our clients don't take the ten mintues it would take to learn how to manage it, but its simplicity makes my job easy.

Basically, Hubspot makes us look good and we try to make them look good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth trying out, better than other MAS's at this cost. Stay in contact with CSMs to get the most out of the product.

Efficient and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to track which of my emails are getting received by my prospects. Additionally, Hubspot is by far the best marketing automation software I have ever used. The price is affordable, the capacity is almost unlimited, and the automation/drip campaign capabilities are easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping data clean, cross-checking, and ensuring prospects do not get double touched can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot integrates with our website. Contact form submissions go directly to our reps. As a Game Designer, I appreciate the layer of accountability HubSpot provides.

Try the free options first and you will find its super easy to use.

Hubspot is the best Spot!

What do you like best about the product?
The best piece of Hubspot for promoting is the way that you can see everything - details, messages, online journals, social, presentation pages - across the board put. Our organization is one of a kind in that we oversee numerous brands under our parent image, and Hubspot makes it simpler to have these different substances together and oversaw under one program. Planning things early, computerizing messages, making layouts, facilitating records... the rundown can continue endlessly for the quantity of accommodating highlights that I depend on consistently!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hubspot works to perfection of working with us to suit our one of a kind circumstance and number of brands, there are times that we experience issues with how it communicates with our other programming, for example, Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a wide variety of tools and options to make my job much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of having it all under one roof. To be able to post on social media, create blog posts and emails and not worry about managing all platforms separately. I also appreciate the calendar. I love the "schedule your post" option - I can create posts ahead and simply schedule for them to be posted later. Data analysis is also very helpful, you have it all there. Create the posts and then watch the results. Interesting also is the theme o topic clusters and pillar pages. I also apprieciate how easy it is to create the pop up forms. I use on in our blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a tool for keywords analysis and search within Hubspot. I also ould change the settings in the LinkedIn posts (Social) - as not every picture looks great after posting - it seems as if the format doesn't always match, even though I use the Edit picture option as well. This is a technicality. I could use more pictures to be able to add for FB posts , however it's not a very big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides an easy way to manage my tasks, to plan them ahead. This is a great way to keep everything in order. The calendar is easy to use, very intuitive dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I totally recommend it! It makes my job and life easier. Having it all in one platforms makes it easy to plan, work and have time for creativity. Also very important is the support - any time you need help via phone or email - a very professional and nice person is there to assist. This is really very important.

Amzing software - easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything all in one place, it's really easy to use and navigate through the site to find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike at this point, I am still getting used to it. Everything seems to be where I need it to be. The hard part is fully customizing the navigation from our current navigation because it was completely custom before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides a plethora of benefits - it has solved our challenges to attract users with content and also be GDPR compliant. We are able to use HubSpot for marketing automation to get into contact with our clients and nurture our leads with easy-to-use lead nurturing and drip emails.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is definitely easy to use and it is equally easy to add users with specific access. This is great if you have review processes like ours. The new email WYSIWYG is much simpler to use now and for that alone, I'd recommend this tool. My team especially likes the calendar view for scheduling Social posts. This, by itself, has allowed my team to plan and schedule social posts up to three months out. We could go further, but choose not to.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of brands with corresponding websites and social channels, it is difficult to keep that all separate. HubSpot recently added subdomain functionality that is helping us with that, but it has not been extended yet to include social channels. I also wish we had the ability to tag items with multiple campaigns because occasionally I need to track two things (the brand associated and the event or promotion). Campaigns are one of the ways I use to distinguish between brands, especially with Social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is super easy to use and their educational support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.

The fact that is easy to use allows team members of all levels to be active contributing participants without the fear of intimidation/

What do you like best about the product?
It is a plaform that allows us to do multiple different functions in one place. ie. webpages, landing pages, emails, triggers, automation, contacts, list creation, I love their knowledge academy. Learning about social media, inbound marketing, etc is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that many of the templates are extra costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass marketing, target marketing, etc in emails is possible. It is nice to segment lists to hit a specific audience that is applicable to them. The inbound marketing tutorials are amazing.

Great landing spot for clients and our implementations team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to set up and we can keep all our videos, charts, shared documents, etc. in one place. And we can customize it for each of our clients, which makes it feel so much more personal for them and their overall implementations experience. We use it strictly as a website builder so we can keep everything in one place for each of our projects/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use this as a way to keep track of all our documents - I think we use it as an implementations tool only so we can be in the loop with our sales team, so it's not useful for us on a day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team collaboration, keeping all our departments connected and on the same page at the same time, document/video sharing

We use it as a website builder tool for our implementations team. It's easy to use, simple and we love that we can customize it for both our own company as well as each individual client!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go to one place to do everything such as create automated campaigns, send email blasts, manage our website pages and create landing pages, design templates, create blog posts, promote on social media and more. Hubspot is the best marketing software, hands down. My company has posed the question about switching to a competitor of theirs in the past, and I told them I don't think there is another company out there that provides all that they do--our CMS is built right into Hubspot. We will be investing in Hubspot for quite some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really say I dislike about Hubspot is that we are a very old customer--at first when they were newer, they really "held our hand" when new modules were introduced. Now, the system is so robust that I feel like it is hard to stay on top of all of the tools and how to use them. But it is also a good thing, because they are constantly expanding their capabilities as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining a lot of traffic from improved organic search, we're converting more visits to leads as a result of hubspot training and best practices, and we are keeping our site as modern as possible with templates and resources they provide.
