Have had a great experience with Hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user-friendly it is and the amount of data you have available to analyze. Additionally I really enjoy the trainings offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve had a couple experiences with features not working but otherwise don’t dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting our website and analyzing data.
My favorite marketing automation software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use (once you've gone through the training, that is - admittedly it is incredibly overwhelming as a new user, but HubSpot's training and certification program is a fantastic way to get you up to speed). I may be biased because HubSpot was the first email automation software I ever used professionally, but after being forced to use Marketo and Mailchimp afterwards I was painfully aware how much better HubSpot was!
HubSpot is great for small-ish enterprises, it's a good one-stop-shop type platform for companies interested in hosting their website, having some lead generation / content marketing, email marketing, social media, and getting all their analytics in one spot. It does get a little disorganized for larger organizations with *lots* of web pages or extremely customized/personalized marketing segments. The capability is there, but the organization structure of where all the content lives can get messy.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet peeve is not being able to customize a lead's Lifecycle Stages. HubSpot does correctly emphasize the importance of tracking a lead's lifecycle stage and comes with a lot of built-in reporting around that, but there's no flexibility to rename or adjust the default stages to match your customers' unique buying process. You're stuck with: Subscriber, Lead, Marketing Qualified Lead, Sales Qualified Lead, Opportunity, Customer, Evangelist, Other.
At the bare minimum I'm surprised you're not allowed to rename the existing stages (which wouldn't affect the data architecture), but it would be GREAT if you could add additional stages for granularity if that applied to your organization.
Back when I worked at a HubSpot partner agency this was a common complaint with our clients (especially schools). We *could* do a workaround and create a custom property, but the reporting capability isn't as robust as with the default Lifecycle Stage property.

Lead generation. In my agency days we used HubSpot as the basis for content marketing engines to drive more leads for our clients. Through building out blogs, landing pages, and nurturing emails in HubSpot we consistently saw increased site visits and leads to pass on to Sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget for it - absolutely go for it. BUT make sure you have a deliberate plan to use it (that means multiple features within HubSpot). Don't just buy it with the assumption that you'll figure it all out - make a plan ahead of time of what you want to do with it: host your website? host landing pages? host a blog? build nurturing email campaigns? manage social media? use the CRM?
Good Service!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and the design is so appealing to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I have to put in certain commands more than once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve solved most of my market problems, it makes marketing so simple!
Amazing Marketing Software: CRM, Blog, and Social Solution IF Implemented Correctly
What do you like best about the product?
Very robust offerings in an easy to use interface. Creating landing pages, leadflows, email workflows, forms, and gathering analytics on these things is incredibly easy. Their built-in analytics are great and allow you to close the loop on lead conversions to customers provided you are using the platform as a CRM with your sales department.
To get the most out of Hubspot you will need a professional developer and designer to create custom templates for you. Editing these things without coding experience is very hard. Having an enterprise-level account will save a lot of headaches.

What do you dislike about the product?
Changes to names of things (Pillar Pages = SEO) and their locations on drop-down menus change fairly often and can be frustrating to find. If your company does not keep all data in it you won't be able to close the loop on ROI and numbers can be off. It does not work if you use another CRM in addition to it without an API bridge.
Their social media solutions are slow to adapt to changes. It took quite a while for the ability to add multiple images to tweets to appear as an option after Twitter released that feature, a bit to be able to connect Instagram, etc. Social accounts also have to be re-connected often as well.
Blogs and landing pages have to be on a subdomain which is a bit annoying if you're using Google Analytics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound marketing efforts are much easier with their robust options for landing pages, forms, digital downloads, and analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are invested and prepared to spend the time and money to set up Hubspot properly. If you will be using it in tandem with another CRM think hard about database management and how that will work. It's expensive, but has wonderful potential and returns if used correctly.
Excellent marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Endless customization options and they also convert your existing website pages into reusable templates for landing pages. The prospects tool is great and undervalued, which shows you the companies of those that visit your website or view your content.
I was able to learn how to use the marketing platform within a week so there is not much of a learning curve and plenty of resources available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the layouts for emails and landing pages seem to break for no apparent reason. If you arent familiar with CSS or HTML, you'll need to learn the basics if you want to figure these things out or do any customization so your pages match your brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us replace multiple disparate marketing tools with a single platform. It has also helped us improve our content, strategy, and visibility into the performance of the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete the recommended training and brush up on basic CSS and HTML. If you're migrating data from another platform, clean it up and use the template HubSpot provides prior to importing it.
Great tool to get started on Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX of Hubspot. It's beautifully laid out and everything is easy to find. Creating Workflows is easy and the logic is easy to understand. The email builder is not overly complicated to use and the File Manager allows the user to make edits in the HTML source code. Support is amazing with Hubspot. The best in the industry, for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of using modules in the email and landing page builder. I Hubspot could make creating templates a little bit easier. I also think there is a big opportunity in the reporting area. Reporting is not that easy with Hubspot and its difficult sometimes to get the data you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All corporate emails, workflows and landing pages. We send out a lot of evites to our costumers we use emails a ton. We used to use if for social media publishing but we started using social studio.
HubSpot GSD "gets s.... done"
What do you like best about the product?
Content loading is a cinch. And the templates make it easy for everyone to keep to a consistent look and feel.
Emails are easy to set up and send to your list.
Ease of use - even non technical people can load content and use the HubSpot tools - it's so easy to onboard new people to using HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - its so much better than all the "stuff" I was using previously - at the moment I can't think of a "con".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot as our content management system for our website, our CRM and also for all the inbound marketing processes. We moved across almost exactly 12 months ago and got rid of all the PAIN(!) of WordPress, themes, CRM, mail tools and an endless selection of third party tools - all of which we were trying to integrate to do just what HubSpot already did - and a thousand times better!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every business can use Hubspot.
Good for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be used for the website and marketing automation software. Doing both gives you a decent amount of analytics surrounding prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a terrible sync with Salesforce. At two different companies, I had major issues getting records to sync properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides a place for housing prospects and sending out automated emails. It was a good tool for a small business, as it's easy to use without much training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large or growing company, this may not be the best solution for you. If you are a small business owner, this would be a great product.
Amazing, robust marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it’s marketing automation, landing pages, blogging, website hosting, social media, emails, a CRM, chat, lead gen tools, ppc & Paid social - and that’s just the marketing side (which is all I know). Plus you can track and report on literally everything I listed and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blogging tool is super sweet, but it has to be a blog.domain, which can present some design and SEO challenges if you have an archive of blog posts you’d want to bring over. Then again, I haven’t visited this I several months, and it would nor surprise me AT ALL if Hubspot fixed it in this time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking marketing efforts, tracking revenue, generating leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it. Take the online training, get certified, pay the $500 for the in-person training classes, and start doing better marketing.
Great software for monitoring the customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can monitor the user experience, analyze it and then improve it! It has helped me enormously in the past, especially when I was more of a newbie int he field. But now, being more experienced, I find I can use it to improve nitpicky small details to create an absolutely perfect website with an outstanding user experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a little problem learning all that I wanted to learn at first but after some use I understood most of it. I experienced some technical issues with the software in the past but not anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helped us understand the costumer experience when navigating through our website. We realized our website was a little too complicated and the costumers weren’t able to find important parts of the website easily. So, we solved it and now the user experience has definitely improved.
