One of the best marketing tools

What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to have a tool that has allowed us to have a communication with people in charge of external sales to be aware of the situation and accounts as the services provided by HubSpot, the facility to make every customer register on the website provides more performance in the administrative work of marketing, being able to connect the results given from cities, states and different countries, and has a variety of functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool has been difficult to teach new users, the large number of functions it has has tended to confuse some features with others, and although it has good initial options is too much to learn in those who just want to increase the margin of people to join the website or register them as an external customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot was a hurried decision, but I knew, seeking to maintain more control over the follow-up of customers who resorted without many processes to retain information about them to contact them again and without greater controls when handling the projections on social networks and the website, the recommendation received to direct these processes mentioned along with the sales record, has been by far a great benefit for the administrators who manage this program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program has to be tested before making decisions that correspond to the issues concerning the communication networks to produce a better efficiency in sales, register customers, maintain contact and trust with them, the trust of making sales with secure processes. No doubt an opportunity to this program should not be overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, available in the cloud. All departments from operation side can work together in a single interface. Easy to use website cms. Great video academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application does not support full functionality. Not possible to set location of chat pop up on website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion. Support of existing clientele. Website content editing. Marketing campaigns.

I'm in Love with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customer-oriented Hubspot is. They are always looking for ways to improve their product and working on enhancing their features.

Hubspot is a user-friendly tool and I like how much can be done within the platform. Our website is hosted through Hubspot and I have really enjoyed the ease in making edits and creating new pages. It's relatively easy to create landing pages, forms, and CTAs. Hubspot is an all-in-one marketing and sales platform. We are able to address so many needs with one product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is because the company is always working to better itself, there are frequent changes to the user-interface. Hubspot always provides its users with warnings that a feature may be going away or where a certain report is usually viewed is now changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use many different functions of Hubspot. Our website is hosted on the platform. We use Hubspot to create all of our landing pages, forms, and CTAs. We use the CRM and email tool to communicate with all our contacts. We utilize the Workflow function to segment our contacts and ensure they are receiving the right communications.

Before using the platform, we did not have a CRM. We love Hubspot's CRM. Hubspot Analytics has also improved our reporting. I can see which blog posts are resonating with our readers. I can see how many people from our Facebook page have turned into enrollments. This kind of data helps us make data-driven decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may take a bit to onboard your team but the results are worth the work involved. Our team loves this product and how it has streamlined many of our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the agility it gives me to manage our website and marketing assets from one place. The on page editor is super easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with chatflows, they honestly seem to piss off more people who interact with them than it does help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website management has improved EXPONENTIALLY. Before we had a 3rd party manage our site and getting changes made was a real pain in my ass because I would have to go back and forth with a developer and wait on them. Now if I need to change something I can do it quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We love having everything in one place. It's our portal to productivity, organization, and success. Customer service and responsiveness are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content editors are sometimes flaky. Would like more choices in fonts and customization options for design and appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows and relationship nurturing are excellent. Customer loyalty and engagement are advanced using HS tools.

Use their vast learning resources and reach out for help when you need it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a great job of balancing ease of use and customization and features. This makes it very easy for everyone on our team to use the software regardless of their technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot caters to the users with minimum technical experience, the software can leave you wanting more in the customization department. I have often found myself wanting to do what I thought were basic tasks that are simply not currently present in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are now generating more leads than ever. For the first time, we were able to create a website that users found beneficial and it is showing. We have increased our lead generation over our last website on an in house CMS by over 300%

Single source for sales, service and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Full 360-degree view of all contacts activities and which web pages they have viewed, which digital ads helped the conversion and total customer value. The sales tools are invaluable to our team. Notification when an email has been opened, email templates and snippets make seller much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Does require time to set up and a number of instructor lead training courses that should be completed to get the most out of the Hubspot sales and marketing platform. Setting up a website in Hubspot does require some knowledge of coding or this needs to be outsourced if you do not have the skills in-house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time interactions with prospects are something we never had before. Knowing the source of where a deal came from and seeing all the touch points.

Build your website in Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive to use (for people with experience with other platforms or content management systems). It's also fun to use. Whenever we get stuck, their support is right there and we've successfully been working with some of their partners for specific requirements for years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Europe is still new to them. GDPR has been arranged for, and they are investing in multi-language capabilities. But one does still realize that this is a US company when it comes to features. That said, their local customer success team is great and they try their best to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our entire website run on Hubspot, in three languages. We also use Hubspot for our marketing automation and are now evaluating Hubspot CRM for our sales colleagues.
Managing the website, mailing, and social media with Hubspot is actually a breeze. Our general marketing approach, as well as any kind of marketing data tracking, was mainly informed through Hubspot, meaning, Hubspot helped us to grow up as a marketing team. Meanwhile, we have added dedicated tools for specific needs, but the technical home base for everything we do is Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you look at Hubspot (or any tool), look beyond the feature list you'd like to check. The support is fantastic, the community extremely helpful (especially for newbies to inbound marketing), the INBOUND conference is really top-notch.
And check out their academy. Their onboarding to inbound marketing, functionality, etc, is the best I've ever seen.

My Favorite Marketing Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many marketing automation platforms and HubSpot is by far my favorite. They are always improving, provide excellent support and the tool is user friendly and easy to learn. If you have a question, you can find answers on their blog/HubSpot Academy. With meaningful data packed in one place, we can build all different reports and dashboards while gaining insight about how each of our campaigns is directly affecting our sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep price increase and contracts are annual - it would be nice to have more flexibility here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating processes and efficiency throughout the marketing team. Our web pages, landing pages, forms, lists, smart lists, email and reporting are all in one place. HubSpot is also integrated with our Salesforce.com, iCapture, GoToWebinar, Slemma and SurveyMonkey.

Negotiate and make sure you choose the right HubSpot tools for you!

HubSpot Pros: Data Insight, Marketing Automation & Free CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple business functionalities integrated in one platform meaning we get a single source of truth for all touchpoints on the customer journey. The Marketing Automation elements at the Marketing Basic and Professional levels have drastically improved our process efficiency and accuracy, and have provided far greater insight into lead engagement across website, social media, eDM. The free CRM tool is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some seemingly obvious and fundamental tools are not available within the platform i.e. lead lifecycle stage customisation, de-dupping tool for contacts (only just rolled out this month), the reporting tool feels a little limited at times meaning we often have to look outside of HubSpot to resource our business requirements. HubSpot Support on the whole is valuable (aside from the fact that Chat and Call options are often unavailable for New Zealand based customers due to support staff based in Asia or US) but can be quite rigid in their approach to customer queries and what level of support they can provide within the limitations of the platform. We felt we were led to believe that we would receive a higher level of support, particularly within the back-end tools for website and eDM dev work, than what was available in reality. What was sold as a largely "drag and drop" website build tool, required vast HTML experience, which, as a marketing team of 2 people, we do not have. HubSpot Support were not able to provide support in this area so we had to spend $s on hiring an external website developer to assist with new website build.s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much greater visibility into the end to end lead journey; source, engagement, conversation etc. We now have the data to test existing beliefs held on target market, assets driving revenue, drop-off points to drive our marketing efforts to focus on the most valuable journey points, leads and assets.
