Good features for basic development, limited for advanced development
What do you like best about the product?
All the features and possibilities Hubspot provides, like the blog/landing page/website functionalities, the tags and the easy setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
For advance users (developers) it's quite limited and you really need to think out of the box to fix issues that in other platforms (like Wordpress) would be easier to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coding issues. For example, having more than one template for blog posts. Hubspot doesn't allow you to change the template in the blog posts so we needed to code something different to make it work in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a good platform to create a blog for your company, Hubspot is a good idea. But if you are looking for a complete platform to develop a sophisticated blog and sophisticated landing pages, stay away from Hubspot, its limitations will be really annoying.
Easy to use marketing automation tool - CMS whys is not the best option
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows in Hubspot are very easy to make and very useful. Also capturing leads with the forms is easy, making fully automated lead flows as a result, you can create continuity in your leadfunnels. The support is very easy to use and pretty fast. Mostly the answer the same day or a day later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS of hubspot is not that user friendly, there are not that many templates/themes and plugins that you can use. Specially for ecommerce Hubspot is not the best CMS for you, we are building our own ecommerce/webshop in Hubspot now. Also building templates is only easy if you know the theme very well and when you build a template it is not always user friendly for a content marketeer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, CMS of two websites, Forms, Leadfunnel are filled automated.

Easy to use marketing automation tool, saves you time in getting leads.
Great tool, minor glitches, BRING BACK KEYWORDS.
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the social tools, the emailing capabilities are easy, and support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to resize images for appropriate social media posting in the social tools. There is a cropping option, but no resize option. The sometimes weird kinks in the system - i.e. it was showing the wrong pictures for days and no one could tell me why. I also do not like that they got ride of the keywords tools and do not like the pillar content building tools. I find them ineffective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have problem with social image resizing and sometimes with glitches in the blog, but overall a good tool. Bring back keywords and I will sing your praises to the world.
An all-rounder for our entire sales and marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has allowed our company to integrating the strategy, informed implementation and analytics of our marketing, alongside our website, which is also built in the platform. It also hosts our CRM, used by the sales and marketing teams, so all activities across staff and contacts are integrated and captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downsides are that the platform changes a lot - which, although is important for development, it can cause disruptions and delays in the workplace. Additionally, there have been many discrepancies between figures on Hubspot (eg. social media interactions) and on the platform itself. Additionally, the live chat service has thus far proven unusable for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped enermously particularly in the areas of recording data, automating workflows such as email sequences, management of content marketing such as social media and blog posts. However, it has made the most difference to our reporting and analytics, which has been made far more simple and comprehensive.
Website Pages and Landing Pages
What do you like best about the product?
The customization options and the possibility to use it properly even if I am not a Web Master! Easy to use also the Social Media Scheduling option, that let me schedule many posts on Linkedin Twitter Instagram and Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the templates purchased are not very easy to understand and to work with! I would really appreciate if I could also post videos on Instagram, but I understand it does not provide the appropriate APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a Web expert, yet I had the possibility to make an entire Website and many landing pages on my own!
Simple, but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very simple to use, yet has many functions. It is all-encompassing and can handle a large variety of tasks, ranging from dealing with your website to send out your emails. Its analytics are useful in helping to see how well certain pages or posts are doing. Being able to do bulk uploads is useful, and having a ready-made template makes the process a whole lot faster. I also enjoy the blog post writing space as it is easy to be customized to the way you want your post to look like, and doesn't limit you to a certain type of template. There are many capabilities of the program, and it can handle many things. The builder function on the website has many tools and options, allowing you to make your pages exactly how you want them to appear and be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy for things to get cluttered very easily in the lists. A better filter system may help in searching for specific pages. For our company that has loaded many old pages too, its difficult to find certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics help see what is attracting potential clients. This helps us figure out and isolate what content is doing well, and what isn't do as well. From this, we can determine a plan when trying to come up with new blog post or social media post ideas. It's a great way to tune in on how people are reacting to your content.

I think it's a great platform that can perform a wide variety of functions, rather than having various platforms doing separate things. Its analytic tools are also impressive and useful in helping your organization determine and tailor blog and social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great because everything you need as a small to medium sized business is available out of the box at an affordable price. The platform can be built and added to with HubSpot's add-on features, the native customization available in the platform, and partner integrations to match the growing complexity of processes that come with scaling a business. This is a very powerful, user friendly tool to make marketers lives easier, and I would definitely recommend it for the functionality and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a sandbox environment to practice with new product features, train new team members, and complete practical exercises for the certification outside of the company's live portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hubspot is to use. Once I went through all the trainer and actually started using most of the features available it became my best friend! I love creating workflows, landing pages, custom create emails, track the leads and schedule social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to the system. You will actually need to study and learn certain skills. It isnt completely intuitive.

The simplicity mechanism to design and create a landing page. Even we can download and use existing template and put the content directly.

No ability to create AMP landing page like Instapage

The platform makes testing a breeze! Publishing, editing, and creating a consistency of experience for my users.

Highly recommended! Best tool in the business, I've implemented it in two companies and for my own small business! The Support is phenomenal, the implementation is smooth, and the growth potential is what's needed for long term relationships.
