Seamless marketing experience and easily accessible metrics
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a variety of other tools, Hubspot has significantly enhance our ability to create and implement our marketing activities in one platform and given us easy access to metrics to evaluate our success quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little trial and error to figure out how all the features work together and how to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been an incredible experience to have social, website, email and marketing campaigns in one location. We don't have to try to integrate multiple tools or check multiple systems and dashboards to evaluate how we're doing. Having so many add-ons to provide templates and additional features has been really helpful as well as the number of Hubspot partners willing to share tips and tricks and expertise.
Easy to use, nice design, would be good to have more content marketing stats/help
What do you like best about the product?
breakdown of dashboards, easiness to write blog posts, visual-ness of it
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the ability to tag individual people on Linkedin (not sure if this is a privacy issue), to be able to enable twitter cards from the blog, and to have some kind of marketing expert/guide to help you use the app as with Hootsuite/Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working on content marketing, so trying to drive traffic through blog and social.
You are missing out if you're not using HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of everything within this platform and how easy it is for multiple people to use it. Our whole digital marketing team uses HubSpot - from blogs, to emails, to scheduling social media posts, we can do it all in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has recently changed their reports to "simplify" them, which seems at first like a good thing, however, with these simpler reports we've lost access to a lot of data points we used to rely on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best tools I use is scheduling out social media posts from 5 different accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using HubSpot to anyone in the Digital Marketing space.
Simple user interface with room for customization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to be fully in control of our operation. From CRM to our website's design, Hubspot gives you all of the tools that you need in order to build your business's presence online. I love the tools for handling email communication. We use campaigns to control our followups and it has saved me 100 hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools for building pages can be a little less than intuitive. When I go to make changes on my website, I'd love the ability to click directly within the layout to open up the editor, but sometimes it takes a few clicks to get exactly to the block I need to edit. The web editor seems a little bit bloated, and I think it could benefit for a minimalist design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email communication - Our team is communication more effectively with outside partners.
Analytics - we can see exactly what impact our content online is having and what changes we need to make.
Marketing - Targeting our desired audience with helpful tools

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simplify landing page editor
Easy to use and results drive
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the marketing functionality HubSpot brings to the table, it is easy to use and easy to teach others. The platform allows me to easily see our relationship with a contact, take action to help them convert and also give the sales team vital insights. From a marketing perspective we use the landing page functionality to process all of our inbound leads and the process is easy to use and more importantly easy to teach with little or no coding skills required.
Customer service has been by fair the best I have experienced with support only 1 click away.
Customer service has been by fair the best I have experienced with support only 1 click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some functionality I'm used to in other systems, like deeper reporting and revenue attribution isn't there. The reporting tool is basic and as a growing business I need to provide as much evidence on ROI as possible and HubSpot is not the best at showing actual revenue processed, especially if your system is tied into a different CRM for finance. We have had to work with an external partner to make this happen.
In addition with email and landing page templates that are available, the level of customisation seems to vary wildly depending on the developer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not getting a full picture of our leads and how best to engage with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend running a free trial and exploring the different functionality
What you see is Not what you get
What do you like best about the product?
The autosaving and clearly labelled menus
What do you dislike about the product?
The WYSIWYG cannot really be trusted and I have to spend an awful lot of time in html to get the content how I would like. Very easy to have bad page design/CMS accepted as valid and this causes some of the problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To maintain sections of our website, create customer emails and develop landing pages. Within the limitations outlined above I am now able to maintain and improve communications with key sections of the audience
Easy to use and lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media via Hubspot is really easy, as is measuring the success of content with the 'reporting' function. I feel my team and I could do with formal training to ensure we use all features effectively. That being said there are lots of training videos available (too many if anything!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Building emails can be frustrating as it's hard to undo just one or two steps, you have to view previous revisions and due to the autosave feature these can be old and don't account for recent changes. Autosave in general has caused me a lot of trouble when doing HTML emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing content management into one place, measuring email and content success. Managing all marketing efforts in one place.
I work in a Marketing agency and I use HubSpot for managing our customers marketing projects
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows us to better qualify contacts coming from web channels thanks to the function of the scoring, but the function which I most like is the possibility of creating workflow and automatize almost every digital marketing flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the function of "live chat" not every person of our team can received notification about who's writing in real time, but just the person who's being assigned the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the free CRM, our Marketing Department can check if the leads we generate are (or not) been contacted by the sales team. In addiction I could create a workflow, through which I can managed and address the requests made on our online chat to the right person in charge.
All-in-one Marketing Platform With GREAT Educational Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from all of the tools that are in one place, I LOVE the educational side of Hubspot. All of the courses have great information that I've implemented in branding, content strategy, and social media tips.
I also love the amount of integrations you're able to have. While we only use a few, I'm sure there's others out there that really take advantage of this ability.
I also love the amount of integrations you're able to have. While we only use a few, I'm sure there's others out there that really take advantage of this ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having 300 workflows available for our plan and not being able to publish videos to Instagram through the social media tool. On the topic of social media, it would be amazing if Hubspot could automatically size the same photo for different platforms instead of me having to make multiple different sizes. I also find sometimes the Salesforce syncing to be inaccurate but nothing too crazy that manual intervention can't fix!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking away the pain of manual offline processes and having multiple different software to do what Hubspot can do as a complete holistic software has been a large benefit in terms of saving us time, money, and energy in our efforts.
Despite the high learning curve, Hubspot teaches then allows for precise execution of my efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the downloadable templates. Designers, although, necessary, are getting to overcharge in a climate where aesthetics are necessary - but Hubspots templates make for a nice middle ground to get your ideas down and make them digestible and increase the content's value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is dense and the high level concepts are talked about and educated thorough out courses and tutorials but the very nuts and bolts part of doing anything takes time, trial and error, and a little confusion. Their help chat is very responsive and helpful but spending more time or multiple practical demos would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team uses it in various degrees and in different areas. So, Hubspot is great at having uniformity across all of its departments, therefore, we can all discuss and help each other figure out the software. For marketing specifically, although it is hard to organize, it gives me a channel and the onsite tools to help SEO, transactions, and analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take each course slowly and do the practical walk throughs of the actual software processes. You can always try the marketing things or download helpful templates and white papers but going through the steps and organizing it immediately will benefit you greatly.
