Everything ACTUALLY in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It can do everything and connects everything together - CRM, CMS, email marketing, asset libraries. Instead of pulling from 6 different systems we can just use one. So easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
FORMS! The forms never look how they should. We always have to get them custom formatted. Such a shame as they are such a powerful engagement tool when on the side of a page. Also, I would like it to be easier to edit source code and copy custom modules between pages on the website - sometimes the formatting goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM has been an issue at previous companies I've worked at, taking up time, energy and budget. Hubspot CRM has meant these issues are a thing of the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To get best use out of it you will need to ditch your old existing CRM/CMS/email marketing. So be prepared to do so for the best results.

What do you like best about the product?
It's just so EASY to use and to explain to people. And the features are there to help you be better. Nothing complicated, just tips and tricks that help you get better as a marketer and a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to figure out the website building unless you're a developer. I wish that was easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking! When I got to my current job they were sort of tracking with GA but nothing else. We've actually been able to tie our efforts to revenue now. I would like to learn more about how to generate an ROI on these things.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which I can take an idea and turn it into a functioning email/landing page/feedback campaign or whatever else I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest frustration I have is that when creating a social media post from scratch you can choose which of the connected accounts the post will go to, but when you customize social posts from a blog article you cannot choose, its all default or nothing. Please fix that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated follow up is the biggest one. We're a service company so follow up is critical. Workflows and templates make that a lot easier. Lead gen would be a close second - utilizing landing pages and forms to collect interested prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gets all the basics right and can get very detailed if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot campaign reporting features and their AMAZING customer support.

The HubSpot Academy has been a gold mine of information helping our team get to know all the different features and how to use them.

HubSpot has made it so much easier for me to report on the performance of all our integrated digital marketing efforts and relieved the need for 101 different tools. It's helped our marketing team be more agile and responsive, and build beautiful emails and landing pages without the need of a full-time developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't aware that the social ads tool required an upgrade after a certain number of impressions. This was a bit frustrating because our ads stopped gathering data on engagement mid-month but we only realised the problem at the end of the month–throwing off our report.

Also, the campaign reporting tool would be more accurate if we could set a campaign date range and sales were attributed according to last-touch before becoming a customer. It currently attributes sales retrospectively which means that months after a campaign ends people that convert to customers are being associated with a campaign, simply because they engaged with a piece of content associated with that campaign. It would be nice to be able to see what campaign drove the sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to refine our campaign reporting to prove ROI to upper management. We are also able to effectively nurture leads and optimise the customer journey. The biggest problem we had prior to getting HubSpot was not being able to effectively build beautiful emails and landing page templates without the assistance of a developer - this meant we had a much longer turnaround time when creating marketing material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has a free version of it's marketing CRM with limited access to various features–so it's a great way to test if it's a good fit for your business before going all in and signing up for the full paid version. It also makes it easy to scale your marketing efforts as your business grows.

What do you like best about the product?
All the automation setups, ease of contacting and nurturing the target audience. I really enjoy creating pages / blogs & emails on Hubspot. The platform has opened so many doors and is just a pleasure to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could look at adding drop and drag email building feature to landing / blog / web pages

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy ability to post across multiple social media platforms, blog templates and customer development tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we are missing a CRM tool that is HIPPA compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our brand in our community with HubSpot through education with blogs and increasing awareness to special offers through CTAs, landing pages and social media campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the seamless integration with Salesforce and how intuitive the marketing platform is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are hosting our website on Hubspot and the page builder seems dated and clunky compared to Elementor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify high-potential leads quickly and understand how they have interacted with us and their interests.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows increase efficiency and create more organised internal processes. easy to use marketing email templates and landing pages to create beautiful marketing collateral for our platform users. The service hub is great to manage queries through tickets, host articles on the knowledge base and provide excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had one wish it would be to have deal automation as an individual cost instead of having to pay for Sales pro if it's all you use from that module... Also to have project templates on deals so that deals and projects could be better linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach thousands of users using emails and workflows super quickly. It helps me save time and increase productivity. I can ensure better internal processes within my organisation through the use of workflows, pipelines, projects and tickets.

Best Marketing Software and Support Available Today

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and effectiveness are critical to maintaining a strong marketing campaign - Hubspot enables me to get so much work done and I can count on it to function properly. If something somehow goes wrong, I know I have robust support to back me up. Email, Social Media, landing pages, lead processing, blog posts, SEO - we try to use every available tool within Hubspot's vast toolbox to keep our marketing engine rolling along smoothly and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very little criticism of Hubspot - it surely gets the job done effectively and if there are issues, I can get them resolved. The support is 24/7/365 and US-based - we have a similar system for our own customers and it is one of our best selling points so I know there's real value in providing effective support. Thank you for all your hard work and for your wonderful software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing inbound leads from social media and email regularly - with Hubspot's CRM ingetration, much of the lead processing minutae is bypassed. I don't have to work on social media posts every day to have social media content sent every day - I can load up the calendar and trust that the social media posts will be properly disseminated to our audience (customers and partners) in a effective time table.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to make the best use out of all the tools available on Hubspot - there are many.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the easiest CRM I've ever used. It's very user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS side of things could be a little simpler. The modules are a bit hard to use, and I'd like a bit more functionality in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main goal is lead generation and Hubspot makes working with social, email, and content very easy.
