What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop templates, ability to schedule in advance, social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management and it's ability to sync seamlessly with other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The struggle of having to learn coding and know HTML inside and out is no longer a struggle. We have realized it's relatively easy to build and create custom templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot creates a connected technology stack for our business. We run our blog, website, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media scheduling all through hubspot. It is so easy to use and looks very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does need some custom coding every once in a while that can slow down our processes. This would be one of the only current drawbacks with hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place. Hubspot creates reports and analytics for us. We can monitor all our marketing efforts through hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really take the time to understand what your company is looking for. HubSpot has a ton of bells and whistles that you may not need. IT is an investment so do your research.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to use a wide spectrum of marketing tools and implement them on the website. Amazing service and support, great email deliverability, great pop-ups, and easy database segmentation.
There are bearly any marketing boundaries when it comes to Hubspot. SEO control and Ads Control starting to look very impressive, they are almost there when it comes to these areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of ability to drag and drop and to create subdomains website look like the website itself without using outsource services and the lack of optimal analytics that will describe in 100% how the Hubspot assists to increase sales, the lack of ability to connect the revenue to SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all website data to 1 place, social media reports are great, creating funnels from visitor to a paying customer is so enjoyable to create.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the minimum account and grow from there.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep track of leads and use Hubspot as a content management system to nurture those leads into customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features to learn about for someone who is new to Hubspot. It would help new users greatly if there were more training programs with how to use the software made available tailored to unique to that specific business's goals. Maybe a one on one zoom meeting with a Hubspot rep that can walk through the best practices for running and managing your Hubspot account. Also the software is a bit on the pricier side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An all in one CMS/CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hire an implementation specialist to assist with technical setup and training of the software to get your money's worth. (Measured Results Marketing was a great help in helping us set up the software for CSI).

Excellent for Simplifying B2B Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot brings all of the elements of content marketing into a single platform and makes it easy to manage complex tasks and schedules with automation. Landing pages, website CTAs, blogging, SEO, emailers, CRM and an entire ecosystem of content can be easily managed and monitored.

It took the creative work we have been doing for years and brought order and transparency to all of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides only that it takes time to use it all and understand its full capabilities. You can solve a lot of marketing challenges with it. You might need an expert agency to maximise its potential in your business. The training is a huge help and really brings a lot of its capabilities into focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have brought all of our marketing onto a single platform, simplifying our processes. We have also gained visibility into what is working and what isn't. It also enables us to track sales from the start of the process through to sales and after-sales care. We're seeing the benefit of formalised processes and

If you're in B2B marketing, it is an excellent choice and far more intuitive than other options. The support and training is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me develop my work in a more organised way, since it allows me to personalise which modules I want to work with so it avoids a messy workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubl is not as easy to understand at first, and even if there are many modules, there could be even more -and creating them requires understanding of logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use HubSpot for building websites and landing pages. I like having all the content in just one site but in different templates at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient! You'll eventually get the handle of it :)

Hubspot Makes Marketing and Content Management Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is well known by most people in the marketing world. Not only do they provide great resources for learning and earning certificates, but they have many programs that allow our team to handle social media and content management more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I've found to dislike about Hubspot yet. Overall a great platform, but I am fairly new to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows our team to align on marketing topics by all collaborating from learning from their courses. However, it is also a helpful platform for social media management and content management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to get to know the platform and all that it offers. Hubspot offers many different services to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Good interface once you get familiar with it. Plenty of scheduling and posting options for social media accounts. Easy interface for making and sending newsletters. Tons and tons of options I've not had time to dig in to as well, so there won't be a lack of opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve at first can be a bit much. Social media accounts need periodic reconnecting which is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all social media and blog posts for a small start-up.

All of my marketing needs in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot since 2015, and it makes my job as a marketer so much easier. Our website is on the COS so I make updates to it regularly without the need for a web developer. We publish blog posts every Monday through Friday so I can easily edit in the system and have them ready to go in the queue. I also publish all of our social media posts through the platform, which saves me time from having to publish/schedule in each channel. We also send automated emails/workflows for anyone who downloads a resource from our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot provided more one-on-one strategy help for their clients. I attend HubSpot's conference INBOUND every year to learn about the latest features, but it would be helpful to have someone to discuss strategy of implementing those features with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of not having a mobile-responsive site by moving to HubSpot's COS. I no longer need the services of a web developer to update my site. The biggest benefit of HubSpot to me is the time it saves me since all of my work is done in one place, the Marketing HUB.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider whether you are outsourcing jobs to others (web developers, etc.) and see what a difference it could make if you could have control over everything you need to market your business in one platform.
