Hubspot- A must learn tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is being used extensively in our organization. Tracking leads, designing, landing pages, website pages are all user-friendly features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this tool is not a website development tool; it can do better in managing the content card module. When there are many items it is not that user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out mailers to internal and external customers. I am able to design good mailers without using HTML code.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great software to build Templates/Landing pages/Forms etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to see forms revision history
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes easy everything to me. I'm using HubSpot as a CMS as well. Along with marketing tools, this is very useful to AB Testing and variations.

HubSpot - First Class product

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use when creating new web pages and the simple tracking of campaigns. HubSpot is the benchmark for me in a marketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being relatively new to the market still, HubSpot keeps on involving, so things move around a bit and options change, so I have to sometimes go looking for things when I thought I knew where they were. But that is a champagne problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all campaign activity and being able to segment my contacts with various filters in my list ensuring I target the right people at the right time. Setting up workflows to automate some of the more mundane tasks that a marketer needs to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think of it as CSI Digital, you are the team behind the 2-way mirror watching your customer interact with the world on the other side. You are able to pick up all manner of insights from their digital interaction with you so that when you interact IRL you are knowledgable on what will engage with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to engage with a prospect as soon as they hit your site to the moment they bring you more customers. Hubspot lends itself perfectly to enhance the buyer's journey at every stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts that could be more detailed and more organized. Folders in workflows are now a must because we use so many. The if/then decision criteria could be split into 5-10 way options rather than just 2 (yes/ no). This would allow us to do so much more on a much simpler scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to segment / separate prospects really well by persona/ job title/product interest. We want to be able to use a lot of automation but still, speak only relevant content to each prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the training videos and play about with the free tools! You'll be amazed by what you'll be able to do

Hubspot Everything You Need & More

What do you like best about the product?
The tools, of course, are wonderful but Hubspot Support is remarkable. I always know that if I am unable to make something happen all I have to do is reach out to Support and someone will get me an answer. I love knowing that my success is just as important to Hubspot as it is to me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that chat support was online 24/7. I know that they are available a lot, but there are quite a few times when I need to chat with someone right now and chat will be unavailable. I find chat easier to use than email or a phone call because I can continue to work on other things while I'm waiting for the Hubspot support person to help me come up with an answer to my question and know that we are taking care of the issue in real-time instead of waiting for an email response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management, deal management, website design, and marketing promotions with social posting and newsletters. Also, managing our Podcast promotions with a dedicated blog page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot offers a great integration of many tools and services all under one roof, which makes it easier to keep track of all the processes necessary for running an online business simply and accurately. Stop missing steps because everything is piecemealed together with an assortment of tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform that allows sales teams to get started quickly without making much of a change in their existing workflow. Provides tools that can help with blogging, social media, email, landing pages, marketing automation, and web analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some good features are just available at premium membership. Tools have to be used by your team since it won't automatically do it for you.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use with it well designed campaigns and it also integrate other social media platforms this increase customer access. It is easy to to generate content and capture leads and get notifications when a lead visit the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sale and Marketing is all about reaching to many clients and customers and this tool has given us that platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to solve customer issues since there is interaction. It is simple to advertise in other social media platforms. One can manage the content in social media platforms.

This tool of marketing and sales reaches all those customers and clients, it allows you have an interaction with them get their insights and views. I recommend it as a tool of progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited amount of licenses that our contract allows for is great. The usability is great and with the right agency, we are able to get what we need with SFDC integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it requires the right agency for SFDC integration. The CRM function is odd and a bit redundant since use SFDC>
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all of our digital marketing efforts. Having the website on the same platform has many benefits with regards to forms/
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For smaller companies the included CRM is a great feature.
The integration with SFDC is not as great as some of the other MAT's out there, however, with some coding work on the SFDC side, there are ways to overcome that

What do you like best about the product?
Content calendar organization. It is nice to see a calendar view of when content is pushed, and then have the ability to click on the content to view it. However, it would be nice if you could export this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool is clunky, and it is hard to export raw data reports. It would be nice if you can export the content calendar, to view marketing efforts within an excel version. It would also be nice to add in marketing activity and links to this activity that were not implemented through HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website content and marketing content. Also, trying to use it for reporting, but reporting capabilities is not great. There are also large differences in metrics on HubSpot vs Google Analytics (specifically, email clicks to your website vs landings from the email).
