In-depth and Resourceful
What do you like best about the product?
The in-depth knowledge gained by the reporting system on the site. It's very useful and helpful information that shows which blogs perform the best and what's not performing, better yet, I love that I can create personas and I can track how I specifically do with that audience. Placing my writings inside of the Inline Editor makes my blogs look pretty while I organize and craft them, other platforms stick with a rather meh and bland look.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to navigate as the dashboard really can get cluttered, but after you learn you'll love it. There's really nothing all too wrong with Hubspot, it's a very useful tool that can show you a lot of fantastic metrics. The certifications are also a little odd and time consuming to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said above, being able to see how I am engaging with certain audiences makes it worthwhile in itself. The metrics and reporting on the site are the best asset and scheduling blogs is a lot easier than most platforms.
Excellent Website Tools and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is HubSpot amazingly easy to use, but it also makes it fun to create content and web experiences. Since transitioning over to the HubSpot CMS for our blog and website, it has been tremendous to have all of our assets in one platform. Now, everyone on our team can make easy fixes to our website and see all of our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across the team, simple website management, social media management, contact/MQL tracking, email marketing and analytics
The most essential business development tool we have besides people
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does everything. In addition to hosting our website, we use it for crm, email automation, analytics and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like PPC ads, are just dumbed down versions of tools you can get elsewhere for free. However, it is nice that they are all accessible in the same place, without having to leave my dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's codeless web design tools have allowed a coding beginner like me to build pages in minutes instead of days. Automation workflows have saved our sales team countless man hours.
Must-have tool for every marketer
What do you like best about the product?
- Seamless Salesforce integration
- Landing Page Builder and Design Manager, HTML capabilities
- Email builder, lists and Workflow
- Landing Page Builder and Design Manager, HTML capabilities
- Email builder, lists and Workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workflows lack some important time filters/conditions, especially when trying to set up a workflow for recurring tasks. Example: No direct option to enable an action after an email was sent out "in the last 30 days" or "in the last 7 days". A more complicated workaround can be created with delays. This is only a triviality though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to entirely set up HubSpot mainly as our lead generation platform for email marketing, with additional automation between marketing and sales teams. Starting this year, I've implemented our account management team into Hubspot with their customer workflows and processes and completely backed up with data from our CRM, Salesforce. Additionally, we use HubSpot for event management, content management, inbound marketing and analytics. Our marketing team couldn't function anymore without HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A solid html template setup is a strong benefit for us. We have 5-10 main templates we use for landing pages and emails (in our company CI and homepage design) that took a while to set up correctly, but are really useful when integrated correctly (with HubL).
Great automation features!
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows, segmentation, automation and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
contacts interface and the fact that website tools are split in two - design manager and page-level editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us segment our audiences and saves time by doing things automatically.
First experience, Smooth sailing
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with HubSpot was mainly to work on the back end of our clients landing page, website pages and blogs. That having been my first experience with the software and that nature of work, I have to say I was able to execute my work with ease and professionally so all thanks to the user friendly and easy to understand interface of the software. HubSpot is a very proficient tool for any organisation to have. It is easy to understand, user friendly and is hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
My exposure to the software has only been limited to the work I was doing involving landing pages, website pages and working on script. Thus with reference to that, It would be nice for the software to have and undo button which is readily visible and can be clicked. It proves difficult for one to make corrections if they do not know shortcut keys for the required actions. So a tool bar of sorts would assist a great deal especial when it comes to areas were text editing is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped make it easy for me to do the necessary edits that were required on our clients website. From editing information on the landing pages, to editing script of the website pages, to organising information on the media/blog pages. The software made it possible to solve all editing issues I was presented throughout the website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is is definitely worth the investment especially for back end work on websites eg. Landing pages, Website pages and Blog which is the space I have worked in and experienced.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Social tool is a bit limited and is not up to other social media management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the nature of the company, Hubspot helped a lot to quickly roll-out blogs in several countries. It allows us to hamonise the communication accross countries and start the conversation and keep in touch with out contacts.
Powerful, intuitive and well-supported tool for inbound marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot generally feels very intuitive and polished, allowing for both the veterans and the new users on our team to perform their tasks easily. Workflows can be easily put together and edited for either outgoing actions or administrative database tasks. Lists allow for fast and flexible slicing of a growing database.
Whenever we do run into issues, the support team has been responsive and helpful, taking time for answering everything from complicated technical questions to relatively small queries regarding minor details.

What do you dislike about the product?
The depth of HubSpot can be a bit hard to gauge sometimes because of the polish. On occasion some confusion can exist. When fundamental changes to the way databases are treated (such as through scoring or lifecycle stages) the analytics sometimes struggle with reconciling the old with the new and there's no backup option.
When using the CMS sometimes it is hard to change certain images on the fly because of cache being kept for too long.
In some cases (lists, workflows) the layout of the tool can be a bit overcrowded, which means that as a user you have to keep an eye out for active workflows that simply haven't been touched by anyone for a while. There's no way to pin or otherwise highlight certain workflows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, everything. We're able to automate a good amount of tasks we'd otherwise be stuck doing manually. We run nearly all of our marketing operations through the system. I honestly can't imagine doing my job without it at this point.
Over the course of our implementation we were able to better analyze, optimize and improve upon our various marketing efforts.

The most complete software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it allows me to create campaigns easily. It is very useful to be able to clone landing pages and also the blogging interface is super user-friendly and intuitive. I love the SEO suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Design tool is quite complicated, I have to contact the support team very often. Once we get the templates after the migration it is impossible to change them and I struggle to use the templates at the marketplace when I need to keep our headers and footers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, I can implement a comprehensive inbound marketing plan, managing content and creating all the elements that I need throughout the process (forms, CTA's, landing pages, workflows...). I need to do everything in one place and fully connected with a CRM. We also needed a system to manage our social media channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it is the best solution if you are planning to implement an Inbound Marketing plan. Compared to other tools such us Salesforce, Hubspot is super easy to use and the implementation is very smooth, you won't need a consultant or anything. There are marketing functionalities that can help you when your resources are limited.
Wonderful for content management and strategy!!
What do you like best about the product?
This product is by far the industry winner in terms of content management. Hubspot Marketing has allowed us to create a robust audience database and content strategy that allows us to understand our audience in a way we have never been able to before!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be quite complicated in terms of features. There are so many things you can do with HubSpot it can feel quite overwhelming at times. A tried and tested workflow recommendation would be great for a website, content strategy etc starting from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation capabilities in HubSpot are brilliant! We have developed 10+ automated email series that are triggered according to our customer's behaviour and data profile. It's a great way to re-purpose evergreen content, establish ourselves as thought leaders and nurture qualified sales leads.
