Easy to use, organize, and view!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new addition of the hubspot tips that remind you what you could/should add to social posts, blogs, etc. to make them the most optimized for SEO and similar goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit finicky to edit blog posts and it takes multiple clicks/attempts to change the position of a paragraph or the size of a headline, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization for SEO is definitely a plus. Also, knowing what our email open rates are is perfect for A/B testing and re-optimizing email marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to watch their tutorials and you'll get the hang of it in no time! It's very easy to use once you know your way around and will save you lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so nice being able to manage so many marketing tasks in one place. It's so user-friendly too. It's also a great tool for keeping your team organized and in the loop. Since I run our company's social media, it's extremely helpful to be able to manage all of our account so easily and so quickly in one place. If I have a post I need to get out quickly on all of our accounts I can essentially get it out on each of them in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the analytics were a little more in depth. With the amount of content my company has on Hubspot, some of the graphs and charts become a little less meaningful and harder to read. Making them more user friendly would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing what types of content we need to do more of, and what content we need to be building on more. We've been able to get our audience the content they're actually interested in.

Content Management and Customer Management In One Place

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes site management easy. I am in charge of three sites and three blogs - this could get messy without the seamless management I have because of HubSpot's one stop shop processes. On the occasions I only have a small amount of information about a customer, I can easily look them up and get the information I need - whether it's contact information or just how to correctly spell their last name!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that videos can't be uploaded to Instagram, but I understand that is actually Instagram's settings. Whenever I want to post a video to Instagram, I have to use my phone. It's a pain, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blog organization & continuity, Ease of content change/updating, Bulk emailing - very simple and organized

If you are looking for a content management system that is easy and well organized, HubSpot is it!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot fully integrates Website, blog, email, marketing automation, social publishing, CRM, analytics and much more in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are comprehensive but are not as flexible as is Google Analytics. Also the web chat is limited compared to other chat vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working across all Marketing functions, HubSpot touches all of our campaigns and programs. One system to learn and integration across its functions are great benefit that creates efficiencies for our team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before purchase consider the features you will need and who will be using it. I strongly recommend using a local Hubspot consultant to support initial setup, especially for the website and blog.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbound methodology is changing the way we do business, and hubspot is all about implementations of best inbound practices
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no mobile version for the CMS so its basically an all-desktop site for marketing teams

Integration of sales and marketing teams, customer service, social selling and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of feature to use. Workflows and website management tools are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price - it's quite expensive. Most of the best features are paid, so it can be quite challenging for small companies to make full use of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for most of our marketing activities. From blogging to email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I've seen some others CRM and I think this one is the best in terms of organization. Design manager is good and wordpress theme migration is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Maybe just a little pricey, but it offers lot of features

What do you like best about the product?
We were on a budget for our non-profit team and this hit the nail with it being free for us to use. It's easy to use and organized. Everything is in tabs, like folders so we are looking all over the place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does reduplicate contacts if entries are not the exact same. The form function has limited functions and would be nice to be able to integrate Google Forms into the forms function and track analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to build forms for our website and manage our existing client and volunteer base. We also will track emails to potential donors and volunteers to see how engaged each party is.

An easy to use, dream software!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to navigate and implement. Their support team consistently reaches out to confirm we are understanding things well. Extremely impressed with Hubspot! If I had to choose the best feature, it would probably be the accessibility with creating blogs and adding social sharing to them. Our company has seen incredible growth from this and enjoys the comment section!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides in my experience. When creating emails, I would appreciate more freedom and flexibility in terms of adding photos and text without a structured template (think photoshop accessibility-- free to put things wherever you see fit.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a better grasp on email blasts and can fully understand the impact of our content. Our audience reaches us more efficiently because Hubspot successfully connects all of our avenues -- comments, form submissions, and even opened emails help tell us how our audience is feeling.
