Well rounded and straightforward to use
What do you like best about the product?
One feature I like most is the use of modules for webpages as they can be modular and used across various sites and pages. The helps keep the look and feel of the site consistent and easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you are unable to schedule a page update on a page that has changes while the previous version is still live. The page becomes a draft and no longer accessible as a live site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with HubSpot is daily web updates that need to be made across all site pages. This is made simple with HubSpot through the interface which is easy to navigate through.
Easy to manage CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Pages a simple to create and maintain, and also fully customisable to our design.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use translated pages, which is a great feature, however this consequently means we cannot make use of the staging feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the website through the marketing team, having full control over the website without the reliance on IT or tech teams.

Hubspot acts as both a CMS and CRM. With everyone in one place it is easy to track information about our new leads and tailor our message to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They try to do everything and you can't do everything well. There are some features that I wish they had but it takes forever for implementation.

Marketing automation is a large portion of our sales process since we have such a small team.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has simple, intuitive and easy to use interface. It is the centralized location for all of the online marketing efforts which includes housing the website, emails, social blogs, landing pages, content offers etc. The HubSpot Academy is the best resource to learn about online marketing. It is well integrated with other applications such as Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated with CRM, which makes dealing with the third party partners difficult. The A/B testing cannot be implied on automated emails sequence. The template designs could be a little more flexible so the changing them around does not become very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you are interested in marketing campaign and wants to keep track of what is working and what is not, and how your leads are doing in general, it is the best choice for you.

Through a Hubspot, a developer can easily develop an e-commerce website. This saves the time and cost of production which means this is so reliable and effective for making eCommerce websites.
This software is also easy ot learn which means a developer can easily learn this in a less time which also save the developer time which is a good thing for the developer and client aslo which means if a client gives a project to fresher on this software a developer can easily learn this and develop a site a less time.

One thing which I face in this that some commons are not develope for use at more places which makes difficult for a developer. And sometimes it also takes time to publish things on live sites which makes a user irritative. And sometimes a publish things are not reflected.

Sometimes publish changes are not visible on the developing page. Which makes developer nad tester irritative.

Quality Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Better pricing models than marketo and pardot, but still has direct integration with SFDC. Easy to create emails and web pages, and intuitive workflows for lead flow and attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less feature rich, and lacking some dynamic features that are available with Marketo. Integration with SFDC lacking compared to Pardot for attribution of campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, email reporting, campaign attribution, emailing of prospects and customers, landing page creation, form management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use SFDC for CRM be aware of the limitations of the integration. Also price this competitively with Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot to see who can offer the best price since all are very competitive with their feature set.
A necessity for email and digital marketers to track their value!

I love HubSpot's usability and integrations with other tools. They are always improving their layout and listening to customers to better design tools and features that we rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a little more customization with some of the email reports but other than that nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to see what is working and what is not working with different campaigns. It allows me to better segment and customize campaigns tailored to specific audiences. I am able to measure our web performance and campaign performance and show direct links to qualify marketing leads. HubSpot reporting allows marketers to show their direct impact on the bottom line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is easy to use and has a library of knowledge available at your fingertips allowing you to dig into all the available functionalities and possibilities within its bounds, which is quite a lot! HubSpot makes my job much easier and helps me quantify creative efforts, measuring the success or failure of different campaigns. It also allows us to have a closer working relationship with our customers and contacts, so we can deliver the best content for them.
Must Have Software for Start-up Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a fan of HubSpot from the first time I got a demo. It's a powerful tool that you can use in a lot of creative ways. It's not just a publishing and email tool. If you take the time to organize and use your contact list, you can personalize your content to match their needs. it was by far the most used martech product by our marketing team.

We became power-users and there were a few things we wished we could slice and dice better in terms of analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
1) I enjoy using HubSpot because they provide all of the knowledge required to succeed as a powerful marketer. They make it easy to understand the design and features of their platform in relation to the latest marketing concepts and trends. Bouncing between the admin dashboard and the HubSpot academy proves to be a great opportunity to self-onboard. The training and support HubSpot allows one to grow as a marketer, even when having little to no background in the field. We're able to expand our website by building landing and pillar pages, monitor our website and social media traffic, experiment with different types of gated content, enhance our email campaign efforts and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
2) I thought the organization of the Admin dashboard was difficult to navigate at first but taking the Marketing Fundamentals three-day in-person training helped to connect the dots. One big setback would be the missing feature of copying work done in a Sandbox account over to the live account. We're a small marketing team and use the automation features in HubSpot to our advantage but having to redo work in both accounts takes way too much of our time.

3) As a small marketing team working at a global company, the integration with our Microsoft CRM has made it easier to compile the right contacts into segregated lists and takes away some of the manual admin work. Another advantage as a global company is that it’s an easy platform to share with marketing teams around the world. We can look at each other's communications, ask questions, recycle/copy content and run our own social platforms. To be able to automate emails and schedule social posts is a big timesaver. It takes time to create gated content and now with HubSpot, we are able to monitor and analyze the traffic looking at and downloading the content to see what works best and is more sought out by end-users. Using the Email feature has been giving us great insight as to who is looking at our communications and even helped us troubleshoot why some partners have been missing some mailings. Our team is not too technically savvy so the design tools to build forms and landing pages is a huge help. We’re able to expand our website without having to know code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small marketing team, the automation software is a huge help. If you integrate with Microsoft CRM, make sure you have internal support that can help to oversee the syncing process. We used HubSpot partners and we had a really hard time fixing issues through a ticketing support system that was offered. If you are going to be the admin, I suggest reviewing the video training in the HubSpot Academy to familiarize yourself with their marketing concepts and how they layout the admin features/tools in the dashboard. Then, sign up for the in-person, three-day Marketing Fundamentals class, and this will help you to connect all of the dots and have a hands-on experience. It was a great way to network to see how others are going to use the tool and to already meet people in the local HubSpot community. The Community Social platforms are a great resource, too!
