It helps to automate marketing workflow, especially when the internal marketing team is small

Jumping into HubSpot w/out agency support
What do you like best about the product?
The small business I work for was in the process of ending their relationship with the agency that launched the site on HubSpot, when I joined the team. Jumping into and using HubSpot is intuitive and when I run into problems the customer service is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see definitions of data fields. I've made a few educated guesses which haven't worked out. Because there are so many pieces of data that can be connected to a contact, I'd love to have more insights into them and how to adjust for my companies needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incredible easy to update/build webpages for a variety of needs. Biggest benefit of the tool in the CRM and workflows. Great insights into moving prospects into the marketing funnel.

Thinking through upgrade paths and what your business needs now and 24 months from now.
Easy to navigate and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
24/7 chat, phone email support that is very quick to answer questions. I find the navigation is very user friendly compared to other lead generation/demand generation tools that I've demoed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could A/B test on blog posts and CTAs, not just emails and landing pages. Social media tool not as strong as others (so we don't use it for social). There's not a strong App.

Lead generation, marketing automation, content generation (we host our blog), workflows.
Great CMS/COS and getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a coder so need an easy, intuitive WYSIWYG interface to manage the day to day changes, updates, and content additions to our company website. HubSpot delivers on that and provides great analytics, dashboards, and utilities. Most of our content is done using the HubSpot blog tool. It is easy to add new blogs, videos, case studies, news, and events which are displayed on listing pages. They recently added native video hosting which is awesome. I no longer need to host my videos on YouTube or Vimeo. I just import them into HubSpot's file archive and embed them on my site from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot recently removed the Undo/Redo buttons in the page editor. Silly mistake that I hope they will fix. I have also been asking for the ability to globally block specific domains on all forms simultaneously. Many other HubSpot users have upvoted that request from over 1.5 years ago and HubSpot has not yet provided a remedy. They seem to think its ok to make users touch EACH and EVERY form on their website to block a new domain. If you have 50-60 forms that takes some serous time to update. How hard can this be to fix?!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot enables me and my team to manage most changes/updates to our web site internally without requiring a web master to do a lot of custom coding. We only recently upgraded to Pro and are starting to use some of the expanded features for lead nurturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review your requirements for a CMS and marketing automation platform. Understand the skill set of those who will manage your site and determine if a platform like HubSpot best meets your needs. We have been very satisfied with HubSpot.
Amazing Tool | Automation for life
What do you like best about the product?
The use of Workflows has been fundamental to be able to support the commercial management in Siigo, being able to contextualize the commercial advisors on the behavior of their prospects and clients in interaction with emails, content downloads, reading blogs and viewing videos as demos or product functionalities has been important for their management of closing or negotiation of monthly sales. So they can speak in the same language with their prospects and be more direct in their speech.
Without the integration between HubSpot Software and iSiigo (own software) that was achieved in conjunction with the development team this would not have been possible, the HubSpot API allows you to do many things and that has given us freedom to fine-tune our growth process as a company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows at the contact level should already have the option of "going to other actions" such as company workflows. This would optimize the creation of multiple processes and bifurcations that make workflows extremely large and difficult to audit and optimize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to improve the smarketing process within the company, the sales area has more confidence in the marketing area and believe more in digital tools such as hubspot. They value it and believe they can sell more if we continue to improve the processes. We are behind implementing the Lead Scoring strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very complete tool, you have to use it 100% of the time to understand its full potential. Although there are features that may be missing, HubSpot is always at the forefront, I hope to continue living new experiences with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
As our company has recently merged with other companies it has helped ensure our clients and prospects aren't being prospected by other people on our team. It has created collaboration and teamwork among other companies when prospects and clients are shared. It has provided our sales team with the tools to be strategic about their sales process and reaching their goals. It has also provided our sales and marketing team with the analytics to be more strategic about our marketing efforts based on campaign performance within each practice group (main industry).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to bulk update reports- I create over a thousand reports and due to the layout of our companies structure when I update one I have to update the rest individually. We have 4 different fiscals and I have to update each report to match those fiscals every new fiscal there is no option for a rolling date option for a specific date. Restrictions on secondary owners and multiple companies associated with a contact have cause a lot of issues in reporting and creating workflows for syning properties through contacts, companies and deals. Lack of freeze pains in goals, deals and anything else in board or table view. The scroll to the left and right should always be accessible and you shouldn't have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get it to it. Same with names and dates in the goals section so its easy to navigate to a month and contact if your fiscal and goal needs to be updated in the middle of the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation and Client Retention by pushing content production and marketing campaigns. Building up our following and brand awareness through social and blog posts. Helping the sales team become more strategic at prospecting by providing analytics of their efforts and our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use support during your build out and implementation to ensure you are maximizing it's capabilities. Create a master-sheet for your workflows to ensure none of them are overlapping or cancelling each other out. Update and look at it when creating new workflows.
Hubspot has helped our school grow and makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and has many tools helpful for today's marketing or sales department. The best feature is the Workflows. I can keep in touch with leads and contacts easily by scheduling email campaigns. Hubspot support is also always amazing, always helpful, and always timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools, I struggle to keep up with them all (but that's more on me than HS). HS Academy is great at solving that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with contacts regularly is huge. Being able to have anyone on the team quickly update site pages, schedule blogs and social posts, etc is nice b/c it's so easy to use. They don't need a background in web.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to have a customisable CRM easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our CRM gets messed up with cookies and it overwrites our contacts. This is the biggest issue we had so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great that we can build or update our website and manage our marketing on the same platform and without exporting or converting our data. The customer service is always approachable and fast in finding the best solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Everything can be easily accessed from the menu and everything you do—from blogging to workflows to emails to reporting—has helpful prompts and little windows that explain what everything is so new users aren't floundering. Also, HubSpot's support team is the best I've ever encountered, bar none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more warning when things are moved in the main menu. It can be a bit annoying to have to look for things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're converting more leads and reaching more people than ever before. Our marketing-sales team is a well-oiled machine thanks to HubSpot's forms and workflows.

If you're looking for a platform that has pretty much everything you could ever possibly need to market or conduct sales for your company, look no further. HubSpot is a user-friendly and insanely intuitive platform that integrates with pretty much any third-party service you're currently using or will use. Also, their support team is absolutely incredible.
Website Pages - User Friendly for Non-Coders!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless experience by utilizing existing templates or creating one on the fly! Clear directions, simple tool with enough flexibility to make a good looking page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spacing of modules can be a bit difficult sometimes to adjust. At that point I believe you have to dig into the coding to adjust some of the breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a more comprehensive yet seamless user experience. We realized the need for segmentation for our audiences and had the tools to do this quickly.
