Everything you technically need all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly adding new features and the blog and help tools are amazing and always pretty up-to-date. HubSpot Academy provides helpful tips and best practices to make HubSpot users even more effective at their job. The customer support team is also very helpful in resolving technical problems, sometimes even fixing things for you. Personalization tokens add a nice touch to your drip campaigns and automated customer service emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a stronger community of module and template creators, or, lacking that, a larger library of preferably free stuff. I appreciate having all the high-level tools I need in one place, but unless you have programming experience or some budget for custom things you'll risk looking amateurish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If all you're looking for is something to host your website and blog, you'll find there are many other more robust creator tools better suited for you. This is NOT as simple as, say, Wix... But, if you're looking for something to host/manage your online content AND schedule your social media AND manage your automated marketing (emails, surveys, etc.) AND integrates with Google Analytics AND provide reporting for all of the above, then that's where HubSpot really shines. It is a great marketing tool for small to medium-sized businesses, especially those in the need for marketing automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user friendly and not over complicated. You can get the CRM up and running at a high level without having to pay a company for implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a more complicated set up and like to run very customized reports and workflows, you will hit road blocks due to a lack of features or features that aren't thought through all the way. Hubspot is almost there but will be best for less sophisticated business cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage sales and onboarding. It's easy to work out of and keeps the team focused and on track. Reports and dashboards are easy to build out.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is able to allow me to manage multiple clients and their work all within the same application. The builders for landing pages and emails are easy to use and look great. I also really love the "campaign" aspect. Being able to put everything into categories helps separate content instead of having a sea of emails or landing pages and getting lost looking for one. I think it would be cool to be able to connect campaigns with each other. Like if I'm running the same campaign for a different year, I can easily look at everything else in the past campaign but still able to notice that it is old content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about HubSpot. If I had to pick something, I wish things like footers were more customizable with the formatting. I also wish the mobile app had more capabilities. The ability of the desktop app and the mobile doesn't match up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to understand the best times to send emails to improve open and click rates. The analytics are conveniently connected to what I need them for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at everything HubSpot offers. Even though you may not need something now, doesn't mean you won't need it later. Something as simple as the email marketing tool can come in handy when running campaigns and can help group everything together and make it easy to analyze.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use. Creating, managing and editing pages withing the HubSpot platform is very simple. Their tool set is very intuitive for every skill set, beginner to expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features I'd love to see HubSpot have that they currently don't. One would be a customer portal. Two would be the ability to build out an intranet page. Only other issue I experience is within chrome a contact or company record page will not fully populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing friction for our clients. The ability to know what they are looking at, experiencing and being able to put them at the forefront of our mind. Helps with our website for the simple fact the CMS platform is simple to use and we no longer need an agency to maintain our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot have a beautifully designed product. Given the complexity of marketing automation software, they have done a great job of making it intuitive for small business owners with little or no coding ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot troubleshooting can be difficult and I have found the staff to be unresponsive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing one platform for a one stop shop for marketing and customer development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to receive training before hand because the scope of the platform is quite exstensvie.

Marketing hub tools, CMS and the freedom of creating workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
when I first wanted to buy, there was a huge mix up and low customer service and success team to help me on-board properly. also there are some limitations to the reports that i would like to customize

website tracking, social media tracking, workflow for sales people, round robin calendars

if it's about integrating with other softwares, you will need to ensure that these other softwares have a strong and customizable integration to suit your needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a software with full integration of sales, marketing, service, external tools (analysis, administrator of tags, WordPress, pixels, advertising platforms) makes organizing our sales and marketing Be much easier and practical. In addition to being an application to automate it works as a sales page as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the following concerns me about Hubspot: it surely does the job effectively and if there are problems, I can solve them. But sometimes the automation system gives me many obstacles and the customer service is not very good since they take a lot in responding, but the rest of the application is quite good, fulfills its work is easy punctual and practical to use I hope for the improvement of the aforementioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me a lot to save time. It has allowed me to track methodically and in the short term But automated that gets more business. Integration of all systems through the tool to
connect the dots and see the board better. We are managing incoming potential customers of social networks and email, the truth is that this software has helped a lot, I wait for many more updates, I will be a customer faithful of this platform keep up the excellent work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HUBSPOT is a bit expensive software, thinking that there are others who do things similar to this for less money per month, but it works very well and requires little technical knowledge for its implementation. We save on external experience and we put the money in a simple system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of switching templates without losing the content on the page. And I really like how easy it is to add modules to each of the individual templates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint the CSS that is causing behavior issues within a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has made the process of analyzing how a website is performing, what pages resonate the best with our customers. The reports are also really helpful.

Well integrated CRM and CMS with in-bound tools

What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate the way HubSpot integrates its various functionalities. The CRM part of the system is well integrated with the CMS part, and this makes use of additional tracking codes etc a thing of the past. We also appreciate the automated log and track functionality in the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CMS still needs a bit of work to ease the work for non-html users. The need to work both in design tools as well as website pages is a bit cumbersome. Yes, you can use website pages only and custom modules, but these have too many limitations in terms of lay out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the fully integrated product, with CRM, CMS and all the marketing and ad tools available. The calendar functions is both effective and efficient.
