Exceptional solution - great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
There are many free to use tools and solutions available through HubSpot and the blogs and free additional marketing resources are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I lost my temper with HubSpot was after switching on live chat - the system overloaded me with messages and alerts...I turned them all off but not before I was super stressed by the volume of shouting reminders I was receiving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues mainly - and we've realised a lot of benefits such as all the analytics

Do a lot of reading around all the applications of HubSpot before you implement...because the last thing you want to be doing is trying to catch up on your education of the product when you've gone live and have no idea what you're doing!
Brilliantly slick, centralised system for service, sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Everything (CRM, Marketing Automation, Website and Social, Service, and Sales Tools) are all in the same place which makes cross-team communication much easier. The UX is very slick and their support team is knowledgable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flip side of Hubspot doing almost everything is that it takes a while to get our team members and data on boarded and everyone up to speed. There are also some small details that I would love to see included. For example, the automation workflows have if/then options which essentially allow for a yes/no outcome. Many marketers, including myself, would be very likely to create automations that have more complex outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes inbound marketing and deal management accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. The platform has a well-guided learning curve and HubSpot produces great content on both using the platform and on marketing/sales knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is primarily an inbound marketing platform and as such the system has been designed around this format. It may not meet requirements for other sales formats such as outbound sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SMBs often do not have the resources (people, time or money) or knowledge to have an inbound marketing strategy or deal management system. HubSpot makes it easier for sole traders and owner-operators manage these operations without the need for specialist roles or outsourced services.
Best and only Marketing tool you need, every company should have this!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Social bulk upload, campaigns, blogs, the support, the fact you can integrate your website with it and create landing pages forms just everything. The email marketing is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
How strict HubSpot are on hard bounces etc. When using email marketing

We know a lot about our own and our clients audience, how they engage, which links work best visually, where they spend most there time and so much more

Hubspot is an incredible tool to start setting up a CRM environment for your company. Besides the CRM Hubspot provides powerful and easy to use tools that will improve your performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually in everything I used Hubspot for I have never been really disappointed. For some tasks where coded i needed it can be a little bit tricky to understand Hubl code but luckily there is a good support on the knowledge website for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I'm saving time on tasks that can be automatized and it's really convenient to centralize multiple tasks on one platform for different clients.
Could be nice if the design manager could propose directly Hubl language with autocompletion to make it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very interesting and I like it very much, it is a 100% free sales CRM and it allows me to manage all interactions with my clients, there is no need to install any program to start using this great tool. From day one, it is also fully customizable, allowing you to maintain an organized contact base for your company. Where I can automatically record all customer movements regardless of the channel: Phone, Email, Chat and forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing wrong to add about Hubspot. This tool is amazing and makes my job easier. which allows me to meet my clients and determine what they are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining the best clients has been a difficult task for my company and that is the basis for success in the business world. Hubspot makes all this possible, thanks to its integration with the free modules I can generate marketing, sales and services. Thanks to this I can know how many clients visit my website, with whom they have spoken or what responses they have given me to certain offers, giving me a deep insight into all sales. This tool has helped my company a lot and now we are more productive.

Hubspot has a great support team, they are great at answering all the questions that you may have. They also provide answers to your questions very quickly!
The templates are great for emails, and it makes it easy to manage email marketing, sales, and our website! We also use Hubspot for Social Media Posts, and love being able to schedule through Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows could be a lot better. I wish you didn't have to choose "center around a date" to choose when emails are sent out, so definitely better scheduling. The software to edit website pages could be updated better, and the ways files are organized can be a bit confusing sometimes. Sometimes email deliverability and the way Hubspot determines low-engaged contacts is confusing!

Following up with clients is very easy and we can keep track of our MQLs and SQLs.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we replaced 8 pieces of software with this all-in-one platfrom for analytics, marketing automation, sales enablement and customer service / support. The power of setting up a single dashboard aligned to our key business metrics with 12 reports updating live means that everything is predictable and we can see what is working and what is not every day, as we scale up and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback has been the learning curve of all the functions in what is a complex piece of software. It has taken us 6 months to get to grips with and truly leverage the full power of the platform. The support and training in Hubspot Academy is superb, but you need to allow 30 hrs per week in the early days to truly understand how this can benefit your business. The alternative is to find a Hubspot Agency in your area to help you integrate, set up and use the platform - the big advantage is that they will get to know your business and your growth goals, challenges and gaps to ensure you make your investment drive 20 - 30% year on year growth.

The biggest problem we have solved with Hubspot has been the power to scale effectively by aligning our Marketing lead generation, Sales customer acquisition and Service client engagement to give us a real competitive advantage. This alignement through Hubspot has resulted in the benefit of our business being completely buyer focused and a constantly innovating our user experience at every touch point.

I recommend doiing your research and ensuring you commit fully to get the most from the platform, as when you do this is a game changer for your business. I would also recommend local help from a Hubspot Agency, as while the direct training from Hubspot is good, it is very scripted and templated - not personal to your own business circumstances, which can make the process of learning it longer.

Marketing and sales strategies are crucial for business growth, I like this platform because it provides a fantastic help desk environment, complete with built-in reports and automation, totally free, when you start your packages are quite accessible and also packaged with hubspot CRM, with the I have a sales and marketing funnel, with a clean and efficient board that connects everyone involved in the process, in this panel I can sort offers by name, quantity, and the stage in the funnel where the customer is located.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version you can see many disadvantages, because it has a limitation of number of users the system gives access to basic functions, so you need a paid subscription, the data stored on the server is your responsibility, in addition to a storage limit, as it is free technical service is deficient.

In my company I began to use the program for free and as it was implemented I used the paid program, among its most appreciable features are the amount of automated emails that are delivered automatically, satisfied customers, and advertising that was handled objectively, quickly and effectively, is an all-in-one program.

I would recommend trying hubspot to see if it works well for your business, it is completely free for the base product, so there is nothing to lose, however it is possible to need customized, just consider other hubspot products to see if they fit your needs.

I like the application architecture. it is very useful and easy to understand. I like page builder and custom module options the most, very easy to create, easy implement, and reusable.
Besides this, I like the support service. I got a call from HubSpot everything I requested within in few minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything on HubSpot but I face a problem when I tried to upload my custom module on the Marketplace. It would be great if HubSpot can make this process easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like the most as a developer, Hubspot has its own version controlling system so here we do not need any SVN and git repository to manage and save a copy of the code files.
Besides this, I also like the module interface when we have a separate code section for CSS and js. so the CSS and js only include when the module used on the particular page.
