All in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
The CMS portion of Hubspot allows the end-user that might not be knowledgable in development to easily edit the content and layout of a webpage. Therefore, I can have my team create a landing page or web page template and my clients can easily edit in the future without the help of a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides to using Hubspot. I love all aspects of the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The addition of Hubspot's CMS platform allows for my team to track leads from the start and puts our sales funnel into actionable steps. It is with us through our whole process. From sales to marketing to account management. There is nothing that Hubspot doesn't help with!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's just like an apple product: pretty, intuitive, and incredibly difficult to creatively customize to your needs without shelling out for templates or knowing significant coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built in analytics have allowed our growing team to look backward at historical performance without having consciously built those materials for analytics tracking the first place.
Well laid out, latest innovations and ease of use, helps create professional easily adaptly pages

The Templates and the ability to change them up according to requirements is fairly easy, and if I have any questions, I always get an answer from HubSpot quickly if I need help.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot did have some familiar drag and drop elements I have seen in Joomla page builder and WordPress Elementor.

Most Intuitive CRM, Website and Marketing Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can schedule all social media, emails and manage our website all from the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the custom modules because they require someone who can code to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of our analytics in one place with HubSpot which makes it easier to adjust our marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not a web developer, make sure that your web developer is familiar with HubSpot before committing. We have had a hard time finding web developers who are able to help us trouble shoot issues because they are only familiar with WordPress or another platform.
Great platform, if you're B2B
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great CRM & fantastic easy website platform. The CRM side makes most sense if you're using as a B2B company, but the website platform is great for any small company looking to build an easy webpage that's template based
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM can be very confusing to use / attribute fields to if you're not a B2B company, so proceed with caution if you're B2C

Customer info in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that team members could communicate on specific customer pages we had set up. We had tasks within them as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of customization. It would be nice to be able to organize sections and the content within them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used HubSpot as our main page for tasks and how to keep updated on customers.
Solid, all-around CMS and marketing automation.
What do you like best about the product?
There are myriads of options out there when it comes to CMS for B2B companies, however, Hubspot is the only one that brings marketing automation and content management system functionality under one hood. The site builder interface is very intuitive and a pleasure to work with. There are countless themes to choose from on the Hubspot Marketplace (some are even free). We were able to find the perfect theme for our business, and configure it for our brand in a matter of days. As a marketing manager, I was to build and maintain our website without having to hire a developer. Most themes also come with matching email templates, which ensures brand consistency and deliver a wow effect to your marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's lacks a bit of flexibility when it comes to styling forms. You will need to have a developer on staff or hire a freelancer to style the forms to match your site or landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed us to automate all of our marketing in one cohesive platform. Instead of having to rely on separate tools for every aspect of our marketing (email, website, campaigns, project management), Hubspot brings everything under one roof which saves time and money.
The other benefit of having all your marketing in one platform is the ability to track customer behavior across every channel (email, website, campaigns, project management) effortlessly - something no other platform currently does.

It's good to be back... on the best platform ever.
What do you like best about the product?
After nearly four years at a company using Hubspot I decided to join another organization that had Marketo and Word Press entrenched into their marketing technology stack. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated with the clunky interface and lack of insight across my digital programs. Thank goodness, I am once again back on a platform that is built to streamline process and provides access to critical data, all with a single login and an elegant platform. If you are working at an SMB there really is no better choice than Hubspot. Trust me, I know.
What I like best re the work flows and the website management system.
What I like best re the work flows and the website management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub can be a bit frustrating as my team demands pipeline reporting and tracking that is inline with what is available in SalesForce and the current structure just does not support the visualization and data structure they demand. Also, you can't do formulas or have make data fields dependent/required based upon another field activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the Hubspot platform as a landing board for all digital marketing activities. From website management and SEO to marketing automation and tracking. It saves me time and money as I able to manage and report on critical data streams such as website activity/sources, registration, and
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an SMB this is the best platform out there. In the past 15 years I have used numerous platforms and Hubspot is far superior to any of the clunky software programs out there.
Expensive, but feature-full
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has so many resources and features that you almost don’t know what to do with them all. From sales to marketing to website development, there are analytics and gadgets galore. Their systems for managing contacts and creating lists are a bit confusing at first but extremely helpful once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, and their website/email development/formatting system leaves a lot to be desired. You can only use the existing templates and can’t move boxes or images around in a way that you can in most other formatting systems. Hubspot is also pretty complicated when it comes to managing lists and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really great way to collect information in an automated system. The form submission features allows us to throw a form up on the website if we need specific information from people and they can submit it and hubspot will collect it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large number of contacts and sales funnel hubspot is great for managing those processes, though it is expensive, you are getting a lot of features.
