Marketing Master Tool
What do you like best about the product?
it makes all website and marketing tasks easy, traceable, and accessible in one place. In addition, it is easy to learn and is remarkably powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the simplicity of the tool can reduce the ability to custom format things and requires work arounds to work the way I want it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all marketing needs and we are currently using it as a tool to gather and organize high-quality applicants
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure they need it - it is very powerful and some small businesses may not need it, be prepared to implement and be committed to figuring out how it will work for you - hubspot is great but it is best to try and use it for as many features as possible because it will get confusing if you are using multiple systems.
Intuitive marketing tools for everyday use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I learned how to create and use the automation tools, landing pages, forms, etc very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble building out content and adding modules in the emails and landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sending automated emails very simply. Is very helpful when there is a lot to carry out over the course of a few weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very fast to learn and perfect for small and large organizations.
Good, but sometimes limited
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of automation is possible to do. Sequences are useful as well as workflows. It's also very nice to know where the contacts went on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's annoying to have to use the reports in order to export a list of contact with some deal properties. It would be nicer to have in in the list section. Also how to set the properties depending on whether you are using lists, workflow and report differs so it can be confusing.
It's hard to find the community suggestion and to upvote solution to a problem that we have on our side.
It's hard to find the community suggestion and to upvote solution to a problem that we have on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time was wasted on rewriting the same email, so sequences and template are definitely a plus.
A decent social media scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
Connection to other tools and easy of use
What do you dislike about the product?
limited social media features (less than what is native in the social platform) & glitches in the posting features / emoticons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management and Scheduling--there are benefits in keeping posts on track and scheduling. Also, their chatbot and web design features are useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need basic functionality for Social Media, it will work for you. However, if you want advanced features go with another provider.
HubSpot CMS loaded with features, developer and author friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other CMS platforms, most lately Adobe Experience Manager. The page authoring and developer tools on HubSpot are superior. Authoring is intuitive, the system is easy to use for non-technical content creators. HubSpot templates and pages are more accessible for developers than any CMS I've used. HubSpot templates can be created or changed via drag-and-drop or straight code. The template marketplace has a rich selection, and templates are easy to adapt for our own brand standards. Emails, social media, landing pages also are easy to create and manage. HubSpot makes it easy to search for images and page names in a complex directory. With a little knowledge and practice, anyone with basic front-end web development skills can customize pages and templates. Web forms and call-to-action buttons are easy to deploy and have analytics built in. HubDB tables enable you to create database-driven content that is easy to maintain. Building global snippets and modules enables you to deploy across many site pages, and maintain it in a single instance. With help from a HubSpot certified partner, you can create a contemporary, well-designed website that is easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's build-in analytics are pretty basic. We use Google Analytics for serious analysis of site traffic. Video capabilities need to be added. They have an free integration with Vidyard that is just a teaser to buy a more expensive full integration. Their HubSpot Academy video training is very good, but customer help resources are disorganized and hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses HubSpot for its corporate web presence, blogs, social media accounts, landing pages and email distributions. This is more of a marketing automation platform than a standard CMS. A customer relationship management system is the nerve center of the platform. Subscription cost is based on number of contacts in the CRM. We use the platform for lead acquisition through email campaigns, landing pages and web forms. We have yet to take advantage of work flows, personalization and online chat for customer service.
Easy to Use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update and manage our website. The ease of posting social media updates in one spot rather than having to log into to each account also saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, all of our needs are met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and making changes to our external site, posting social media and blog content.
User Friendly for ALL LEVELS
What do you like best about the product?
I find the HubSpot Marketing Hub easy to understand, easy to maneuver, and over all a seamless process when building content for our website. I have only been part of the hub for 5 months, but in that short amount of time I feel like I have been able to absorb and develop our divisional ideas through the inbound approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out as an area of opportunity for Hubspot currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I had a great conversation with Nathan S on lead tracking within the tool. I love the attribution reports although we do not have full access they are great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No question is a bad question. Ask Away!
A Marketing Automation Platform to Grow Into
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we were able to start small with HubSpot and grow into the platform as our readiness to adopt it grew. Of course it does everything we need (and then some) - it was nice to not have to figure the whole thing out in order to start using it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all platforms, learning to customize content and make email and landing pages look amazing requires some specialization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking engagement across multiple activities for individual campaigns. We can see what our audience responds best to, and deliver the best experience. We're able to automate responses, and build repeatable processes. This keeps us from forgetting things and ensuring we're not behind in our marketing efforts. We have multiple tools in one platform and it's great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a marketing automation platform you can implement in-house with just a little outside web developer help, this is the tool for you. We're able to build out email campaigns, notifications, landing pages, everything we need. The Zoom integration is fantastic.
Ease of Website Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Hubspot is. I have little experience working with website management tools like Wordpress but using Hubspot is very user friendly. I can drag/drop, manage pixels, push pages with ease. Customer support is very helpful and ease to get a hold of. Also the community has answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deep HTML on pages took a little investigating as did tracking 3rd party campaigns within Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding Data Layer coding to pages and connecting Google Ads with HubSpot. I need to get conversion data or the contact info to push through from Google Ads and I'm working to get that connected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To really understand your website and the needs you have. If you need an easy management system that doesn't require heavy coding or lifting, consider Hubspot.
The MOST user friendly Automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is SO intuitive for new users (plus amazing FREE training resources... no you don't have to spend $3000 to get HP certified), launching new content is simple, and easy for people across teams to create integrated, multi channel campaigns with easy reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email automation isn't as robust as some other platforms, but you can still do plenty of workflows. I'd be more than willing to forego some email features in exchange for the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes collecting & nurturing leads a piece of cake. Instead of a million different pieces of expensive software in your tech stack, HP allows you to build, launch, and report on campaigns from top to bottom.
