Workflows make categorizing contacts much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is intuitive. It categorizes subject matter and I find it easy to understand and know how to move forward. Keeping everything together is the main benefit so that I can easily see my contacts and promote our products and services to them in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the ability to build every component I may need, but sometimes that means I have to build a lot and it can be hard to keep track of the components in their relation to each other. I'd like to be able to visualize that more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can use workflows to define "interest areas" on my contact profiles based on specific pages that visitors view on our website. This populates lists of users that I can easily reach out to and promote relevant products that benefit them--and not send them irrelevant information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is bigger and more well known, sure. But HubSpot is easier to install and manage and a better fit for small- to mid-size teams.
Couldn't have implemented our new Sales and Marketing strategy without HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes the SEO optimization component of blog writing extremely easy and helps increase organic traffic immensely. Being able to create and easily manage pillar pages has been very useful. Since HubSpot's platform is so intuitive it's easy to be responsive to changes in our audience's desires. Making updates, even major ones, is not the headache it can be with other CMS's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using a Mac to post causes major issues. Certain characters do not translate properly when viewing on another Apple device. The blog input screen is extremely glitchy on Macs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a new platform to host our website and be the catalyst for our new content-focused marketing approach. HubSpot gave us so much more versatility in creating and sharing videos, blog posts and other content as well as an abundance of visibility into our analytics. Being able to track our marketing efforts' returns has been a major struggle for us but HubSpot has made it not only possible, but efficient and fairly simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, the insight into inbound marketing the platform offers is worth it alone.

Tools within the system are seamlessly synced with each other providing an extremely well rounded tool box

The new landing page editor requires too many clicks to reach points accessible in the prior
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems relating to contextual marketing and targeting. The benefits of targeted, relevant marketing to potential members AND current members of our platform has been mind blowing and has driven us to achieve goals that would not be possible without a tool like Hubspot.
Just found the easy button!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating blog posts are easy with hubspot - I create them in batches and then decide later which ones I want to post - I schedule them all at once and then they post when I want and where I want with the social media posts happening at the same time. EASY! I set them up months in advance so when I get busy I don't have to stop my projects to work on blog posts. Life just got way easier with this HUBSPOT tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any - maybe the price? Some services can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings. I can create all my work when I have the free time and SCHEDULE everything to post - run - do - at a later date!
Great Program with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and the customer service is great! I can use it by myself easily (I have been using it regularly for 1 year now) or if I need help I just reach out and I can get an answer in 24 hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that the language and setup that they use for their developer tools take a little bit to get used to. I also have been coding most of my pages and emails until I started using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently have created a landing page that houses images from our Video Library. We were trying to find the best way to see who is click on what and who is visiting the page and after some debate, we decided to make all fo our "links" to CTAs and then we were able to see who was visiting the page and for how long!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning on trying to use this software, and have taken a look at other CRM and Contact/marketing management tools... Hubspot is amazing.. and a lot of stuff is FREE. Keywords to a start-up business.
Hubspot us user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this tool is user friendly. Creating assets like emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media statuses and workflows are simple, to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot sort out certain users analytics when it comes to reviewing data on social statistics and blog posts. It would be nice to see certain HubSpot user statics versus everyone as a whole, especially when you have more than one account tied to one HubSpot instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to do just about everything in this one stop shop. Our website is hosted via this platform, along with all of our leads and contacts who are housed within HubSpot. All that, along with the ability to create just about any asset we need.
Marketing and Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for marketing techniques and lead generation because we easily tie it to different tools we utilize in our business, including SalesForce to track contacts and leads through our Sales Team's pipeline. This allows us to connect with our subscribers and interested clients on a deeper level and ensures all parties are informed. By having such a customizable platform on our side it's great when we decide to change up the flare of our web pages or emails, the only downside is that we have to utilize a specialized HubSpot designer and find them on our own with an agency to make these changes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve involved in becoming comfortable within the platform, but once you get to that point much of it is extremely customizable. Outside of that, once you become comfortable within the platform it's awesome that you can reach out to professionals at HubSpot on chat to help you with your issues, the only downside to that is that oftentimes they can't solve the problem and they have you refer to a Graphic Designer or a Code Developer outside of Hubspot or your organization that you need to find yourself to fix your issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Landing Pages we are able to recognize subscribers whenever they download content from our site which helps us collect information and add more contacts to our Newsletter List and stay connected with subscribers, clients, prospects, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering using Hubspot it truly does have everything you need (outside of SEO) to further engage your prospects and capture leads with your content and marketing strategy. One piece of advice when you jump into the initial period of learning the platform would be to utilize trainings offered from the community and the experts working at Hubspot.
Easy, quick, pro blog look

Our blog on HubSpot easily fits with the theme of our website, making for seamless viewer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't upload multiple photos on LinkedIn through HubSpot. URLs posted to social are changed to Hubspot links.

You MUST use HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is all-encompassing. We use it for our website, email automation, CRM, and more. I love all the resources that are available to me via HubSpot's own marketing and academy. I even have two of their HubSpot certifications. Not only is their platform awesome, they are always sending our educational blogs and resources. Their annual INBOUND conference is also amazing for marketers across the nation!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's dashboards and custom reports are a bit hard to understand. You have to be very specific and sometimes create workarounds to pull the data and reports you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, all users having access to notes, emails, and calls within a contact record if they're sharing an account, being able to make easy updates to our website that doesn't require coding, and more.
HubSpot is Command Central for our growing company
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything centralized and connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The evolution of the various features and functions is constant which can be a little tricky to manage as our team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our brand new sales team with detailed insight on their clients and prospects. Being able to develop new pages or tweak messaging on the fly is fantastic. Workflows have been instrumental in our ability to scale product roll outs and staying connecting with a growing client base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep your eye on the big picture/long-term applications of custom and standard fields during setup of the CRM. Get team input in building out use of Deals. Partner with a top HS provider on creating or updating a website.
