I think it is a great tool as long as it matches with your business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of social sharing, creativity in workflows, seeing the analytics that come from emails/social, HubDB has really helped us on a complicated project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design Manager! It is not user-friendly and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't assign a contact owner automatically based on a form or a workflow which leads me to manually do it. This would save a lot of time.
HubSpot Has Made My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
While I love the reporting, automation and CRM capabilities, the thing that has stood out to me about HubSpot, far and away, is the support. It's gotten to the point where I actually get excited to encounter a problem because I know I'm about to learn something from the support team. The chat function has saved me a ton of time and has led to an answer probably 90% of the time. Our Inbound Consultant, Michael Slaughter, is phenomenal. He is genuinely interested in our success, and we learn something new from him every time our team connects with him. HubSpot has nailed customer happiness. I have yet to use a more user-friendly marketing automation system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some small functionalities to iron out with workflow capabilities, which is not a surprise. HubSpot continues to implement new capabilities, which is great to see. They are committed to improving the product they have, which is so important in the MarTech world. One of the things I would like to see cleaned up is the templates for landing pages and and blog posts. I understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, automation, automation. It's allowed our small team to increase our work output probably 10X. Workflows have allowed continued communicating with leads and has made the lead nurturing process much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a plus if you are doing inbound marketing of any kind. Hubspot has made this a breeze and has allowed us to expand the output of our small team.
Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use; although if you prefer, you can use the coding features in various aspects of your content creation. For blogs and emails, I like the way the design tools are organized. It allows us to easily make changes to blogs and landing pages, and most importantly helps my team keep track of analytics. I also really appreciate the HubSpot Academy. As an intern, this has allowed me to earn various certificates that benefit my resume and provide me with knowledge that I wouldn't get from the classroom (for free).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the design manager and templates for blogs or emails can be a bit finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps my team post to and keep track of social media metrics, send emails and create workflows, as well as publish blogs.

Campaign management is one of my favorite features. I love being able to control social, email and blogs all in the same space. We even built our website on HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is probably my biggest complaint. It's an excellent, expansive feature. However sometimes it can feel a bit clunky trying to navigate all the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our company to embrace and thrive with Inbound Marketing. Managing campaigns, contacts and all of our marketing efforts is streamlined and easy.

Hubspot has a very user-friendly and simplified interface with lots of features which helps us to focus on our needs and enhance the features on our website.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is noway we can store the data in some database and link it with the website changes, so that the data can be automatically picked from the database and reflected on the respective placeholders on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am updating my company's website to fit in with the market preferences and customer requirements. Hubspot is providing me with those features which can help me in achieving the desired outcome except the concern which i have mentioned above and hence i have to manually update all the dynamic data on the website on a regular basis.
A very useful and easiest tool to make basically everything of your marketing

I like blog posts, marketing emails, customer’s actions tracking (cta or source)
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign results are updated only with customers you already have on Hubspot... this can create a problem if you delete a contact (maybe because he doesn’t want to receive your emails any more).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use basically everything in Hubspot, publish my blog posts 3 times a week with Hubspot cms, send marketing emails with marketing tools, create cta to track my customers’ habits. Basically with Hubspot we can find the right way to satisfy my customers’ needs!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very usefulness and intuitive tool. Choose HubSpot if you want a very complete tool to do your marketing job.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Hubspot for me is the simplicity in which I can create and post emails and social media posts. This is the least enjoyable part of my job (compared to the copy and design creation) and so being able to speed through these areas makes my work life more enjoyable.
I have used certain reporting features for company meetings, as a means of sharing information quickly and easily. Mostly this is just for simple campaign metrics but it still performs to a good standard.
The ability to store content and use some of my design content elements in the drag and drop builder for emails is another favourite tool of mine.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the linearity of the Hubspot reporting. It seems you can only report in the templated ways Hubspot set out, whereas I export info from the platform and input it into an external spreadsheet that displays everything together that I need to calculate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving social media management mostly. It's very useful for having all metrics in one location, easily accessible. I'm also reviewing the success of emails in a fair degree of depth via the system too. Other benefits include measuring content downloads/interactions and calculating the sales funnel deal progress.

If you are thinking of using Hubspot then consider what processes you are trying to conduct in your business, what outputs you are trying to measure and how you might develop all of these. Then contact a Hubspot representative and find out whether Hubspot is a good fit system for these requirements. Additionally, find out how your business can grow alongside Hubspot in order to maintain effectiveness.
I recommend if you are using Hubspot currently, you try and implement as many of your business areas and processes into Hubspot in order to get the most complete experience. Tieing Marketing with sales and tracking data contact and outcomes all the way through the funnel will provide the most to your analytical capabilities.

Functionality is really good once you learn it
What do you like best about the product?
The Designer Manager works really well and hubL is pretty straight forward if you ever work with WordPress or PHP. The CMS also works great and make integration with sales easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Many HubSpot files will break your code until you go through the documentation and learn your way around it. The performance of some pages (i.e. the Blog) are hit very hard by HubSpot pre load magic (not much to do here though I guess).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The modular system makes maintaining the site and creating new content simple. The constant fight is against performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the use of HubSpot for medium to big teams that need to connect between different teams, specially between sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
We host our blog on Hubspot and the features are always extremely useful for our content strategy. The layout is extremely user-friendly and accessible. I recently noticed to optimisation section on the blog which comes with some great tips towards boosting your site SEO. My company has been using Hubspot for a number of years and it was easy to review the existing content and edit with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the ability to transfer content more freely across different accounts, we have one for UK and one for ANZ and it would be nice to have a tool to transfer files across to avoid having to do things twice.
It would be great to get some further personalisation on the backend, suggesting industry specific optimising tactics would be really useful.

We host our blog on the platform, so it helps us to manage content, review content and now to optimise! It is easy to edit and change content/tags/authors etc and will be great at offering tips and tricks to aid you further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are just starting out, Hubspot is extremely easy to use. I begun using it when I was new to my current position and it helped me to explore new marketing strategies. Particularly for SEO and UX. I would therefore recommend it to small start-ups in particular, because it will give you a nice overview of what you should be focusing on during the primary stages of a company. For example, it wont let you publish a blog without a meta description, this is something smaller companies wouldn't necessarily think of and could dramatically help with their ranking.
