Excellent balance of functionality and usability
What do you like best about the product?
Creating templates and editing is straightforward and requires little technical expertise
What do you dislike about the product?
I can think of no significant issues with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started with HubSpot's CMS Hub years ago when I wanted to break away from the tyranny of agency dependence. We've managed to create an effective and functional website at relatively little cost
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's particularly suitable for organisations that do not want to be beholden to external agencies for basic day-to-day tasks
Any flaws are made up for by collecting all your marketing in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a B2B services operation business, HubSpot's CMS is more than suitable to our needs. The biggest benefit is the fact that all your marketing efforts and assets are collected in one platform. We use our traffic analytics to make segmented lists for our email flows as well as notify sales reps internally about new activity on their accounts as well as recent conversions and tracking of them. The interface is intuitive and easy to use as well as providing great preview options and content staging. In Denmark there are not that many developers that know how to code yet, but we have easily found external partners in Germany. The single most beneficial element is the feeling that marketing has "taken back the power" of doing websites and continuously improving efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not that many "out of the box" functionalities that you can add to the platform (like Wordpress plugins), but we have had a few extras developed at a low cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting your marketing in one platform has more benefits that I can explain.
Taking back the power of communication in the marketing department.
Easy administration of forms, CTAs, styling and testing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to get quickly started, I recommend research HubSpot's marketplace for a template pack provider that also can serve as your technical developer for extra improvements. Otherwise make sure you get a proper demo of the back end and interface to see if the system fits your needs.
One of the easiest website builders around
What do you like best about the product?
Having used a lot of website builders in the past (Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, etc), HubSpot is the best example I've seen of balancing both ease of use with the ability to fully customise.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some of the standard modules that make building a website with something like Squarespace, but this can generally be overcome by using the well stocked HubSpot Marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to build a fast, enterprise-level website. HubSpot combines the data security we need with the ease of usability we love.
Plan, implement, review and repeat!
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows us to plan, implement, and track our marketing from within one ecosystem, fully integrated with our sales team and the pipeline. The website builder allows us to quickly edit and create new pages as necessary using drag and drop modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video links can be sometimes temperamental to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joined up a fully integrated system and comms with customers and prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey. Website is easy to maintain and update to ensure relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use and ideal for an in-house team of all skills set
Lots of tools to automate and organize
What do you like best about the product?
The amounts of tools to use to target specific users and then automate the lead flow. Compared to for example Squarespace, I have more control of building my website to look, work and feel the way I like - although at times this control can be extremely frustrating (the level of frustration and exhaustion also correlates with which theme/template you are working with / on, so choose carefully).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still missing, like only pop-up forms have the option for direct file download (automated emails cannot have files attached), facebook messenger cannot be used as a chat widget in your website and you cannot redirect users to correct language pages based on e.g. ip
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of marketing and sales are done through this one platform. Lack of integration and cross-platform work makes everything easier. When doing e.g. email campaigns it is really helpful to see if a person opens and interacts with the email or not, and if they subsequently visit your website. If they do, you will gain valuable info now and in the future (most likely you will know if they visit your site again). All information is stored in one place and you can make informed decisions on who to approach next, and how. With enough targets you can test different for example content by using Hubspots A / B test tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in a startup (remember Hubspots startup discounts!) make sure you, your product and your company are in position to utilize Hubspots tools. If you aim to build a website, be sure to check that there are themes, templates and / or modules that you like. A complete package can be expensive (somewhere close to $1000) and still require some knowledge in html and / or CSS if you want everything to look and work precisely as you want - which has its ups and downs. If you have no coding skills, it might be easier to build a website e.g. in squarespace. But if you do have some skills in coding, then you have more options to do what you like in Hubspot. And if you're in a pinch and need help, the Hubspot community has lots of really talented people helping you out and many answers you are looking for already exist at the community pages. Hubspots own support is fast to respond and are able to help quite a bit, depending on your problem (they are not trained developers (usually, at least), so help with HTML, CSS or other coding-related can be hard to get.)
SEO features in HubSpot CMS are huge
What do you like best about the product?
The strategy of pilar pages in HubSpot are working better than expected.
We have been able to position in the Google Search engine results page more than 1900 keywords. So for us, the strategy that we want to apply to our website is not easy to implement, and with the SEO features of HubSpot we can make more clear the strategy. So is huge that we can put order in this things.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the user experience of SEO features should be better.
When we wont to implement this feature, is not very UX, some thing are not very clear.
Please a wizard would be appreciated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the marketing automation issues. Special SEO Features.
Super intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible the CMS is, I can go in there are create as many pages as I like from scratch (providing the modules have been created by the development team). The drag and drop functionality is extremely helpful and also me to build bespoke web pages, as well as easily being able to add modules to existing pages. I also like that you can preview the changes before making them live.
It's also good that two people can't edit pages at once, as obviously if they could it could get very messy.
It's also good that two people can't edit pages at once, as obviously if they could it could get very messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of clicks if you want to edit multiple pages, and can be slower to load. Also when at the build stage, we need to ensure the developer properly builds the flexibility into the CMS.
I don't like how separated the web pages are to the landing pages - it would be fabulous if the modules built for the website would pull through automatically to the landing page builds (as this is also a website page). Currently, you need to build the modules twice, once for the website pages and once for the landing pages.

Edits are able to be made quickly and easily both my myself (working on behalf of a client) and by the client themselves. The CMS has been build flexibly by our developers, so changing anything from the background colour, to editing modules to be different is super duper easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really easy to use - it integrates with everything with within Hubspot making the reporting really accurate and valuable - it even gives you analytics so you could easily not use analytics.
We also use the chatbot which is really intuitive to set up and easy to edit (assuming you have the sales hub!)
I'd recommend any business looking to increase their ROI to do it with Hubspot, and not just with the CMS - all of the different areas of hubspot work together to create an effective marketing tool.

HubSout CMS Does all that I need and more
What do you like best about the product?
Moving the majority of our website (not the ecommerce part) to HubSpot has been very easy, and the content editor is much better than I have used elsewhere (I've used WordPress, Magento and others for for most of this century). Coding the frontend is excellent too. Being closer to the "single file component" model of modern webapps, it has been easy to develop the frontend my usual way (using Gulp and Node plugins such as Babel and Nunjucks), and then copy-paste my "components" into HubSpot modules' HTML, CSS and JS slots. Getting to like HubL too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say. But maybe locally scoped CSS in HS modules would be a great enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this time
Probably the most intuitive CMS on the maket, zero coding knowledge requried
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using several CMS in my career, HubSpot CMS is the easiest one.
1. The drag and drop interface makes it like Logo toys and you can create a webpage exactly the way you want.
2. There are tons of templates out there, if you don't have any, I mean any, HTML or CSS knowledge, you can use the templates provided by HubSpot or purchase a template package for your whole website, all you need to do is to replace the image and text.
3. It is SEO friendly, you can easily set up your hreflang, canonical tag, feature image, etc. And remember to go to the Optimize tab before publishing, the SEO checklist will save you a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some details that could have been better
1. What frustrated me most id the image editing. When you want to edit/replace an image on your page, you click it, it loads the library, but it doesn't show the original one in the library! You have to search to find the image being used! I really don't get it.
2. I don't know it's HubSpot or me, but I've tried to update the hreflang tags for multilingual pages, I go to the setting, change the tag, then I switch the language, change the tag, repeat it until I updated the tags for every language, finally, hit publish. But it turned out in the page source, only the last language page was updated. for the other languages, although in the editing interface, the tag was updated, in the page source, it remains like before. So I figured out the right way to do it is going to the setting, update the tag, hit publish, then switch language, change the tag, hit publish, and repeat. I kinda understand why but don't think it makes sense.

It really saved me time for page creating

The perfect software suite for marketing intelligence in 2021
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allow my team to work under a single platform, across countries, languages and seniorities. It's the perfect platform to deploy an intelligent marketing strategy, end-to-end.
We are over 20 marketers right now, all across the globe, who can create different profiles, link alll of our accounts, work on several blogs depending on the language and location, and most important: design a global webpage with all our languages necessities. Each local team can create, reuse, validate and share its content. Read their KPIs. Perform their campaigns. All under a single tool that's Hubspot.
Now after the pandemic, where all of us needed to work from home (and still we work from home) Hubspot serves us as a common place to be, to find everything faster, to organize our campaigns without seeing our faces in weeks. It really eases our marketing flow no matter what, as the workflow is easy, intuitive and helpful. We really trust Hubspot and now the whole organization does too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we miss exporting data, reports, or KPIs in real time to other apps (i.e Excel) as not all members of our organization work with Hubspot. It will be very helpful to improve the data analytics tool that could link to other platforms, offline platforms, so the rest of the company can benefit of the data tracked on Hubspot on our clients (who visit the site, which pages, how frequently and more). This way we can define a much more intelligent advanced data analytics strategy involving all the organization.
Other tool sometimes missing is the ads creator for social ads. Even if hubspot has its own, it'd be very nice to have a more visual, dedicated interface where we can bid, optimize and rearrange our campaigns without leaving Hubspot. Also better if we can see data from different ads channel (ie Facebook, KinkedIn and Twitter - all together) in a single tool. This could be a really helpful point for a Trafficker to switch to Hubspot.
These are just the most relevant downsides, but I'd like to clarify that my overall experience with Hubspot is really satisfactory. We also appreciate the new tools, improvements, guides and e-learning you include on frequently, so this is not a critic, just a point to evolve on.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the friendliest, more complete, intelligent CMS of our time. If you are a medium to large distributed marketing team, you should really consider it. Even if it takes some time at first to get confortable on the app, as there's loads of options and tools (and that's a good thing), once you learn a bit about the Inbound Methodology, Hubspot is you best ally to deploy a consistent, modern, 360º marketing strategy.
On the first steps using Hubspot, I really recommend to go to their Academy Section and take several free courses on Inbound methodology, effective marketing and sales, or service modules. Some of them even include a certification when finishing the course that has to be revisited yearly. I found really interesting the course about the tool itself for marketing users - you need no more to start getting the most of the marketing suite. Most of my team has taken one or two courses at least and we review more of them on a regular basis. I think this is a clear difference for Hubspot and a helpful knwoledge suite, I really recommend it.
We started using other simpler, business-bases solutions, and as we start growing as a marketing department we realised we needed a proper marketing suite. Now we all plan our tasks and days around Hubspot, under the gobernance of a global corporate marketing director that ensures quality, brand commitment and uniformity. This organization type work really well with us.
