It's been a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, easy to learn, and eliminates the stress of too many hands on the cookie jar.
What do you dislike about the product?
This one is hard. There is slightly more coding needed (for my designer eye to be satisfied) than originally thought, but it's all been pretty simple so far, so easy to navigate around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed we (the marketing team) have been able to implement updates on the site, running campaigns, and revamping out of date content/pages has been phenomenal! We are able to focus on our achieving our goals and pushing for bigger and better goals, instead of pushing for help to get our goals in motion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! We should have made the switch years ago! The CMS tool took from a 4-6 week process for simple changes on our site (on an expedited request) to a couple of days (on a really busy week). It's fast and easy to pick up.

All the tools you need to be successful, convenient and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I really like their website building platform. It was a great tool to work with as I started managing website responsibilities at my job, knowing very little about how to do so. It gives you basic tools to make things work and look well. As I progressed and learned more about what I could do and how to do it, the same tool easily allowed me to apply that as well. Being able to mix and match easy to custom was a huge help.

Second the support and various other teams have been wonderful. Always happy to help and go the extra mile. The development team also was wonderful. I participated in several beta tests for new features, one of which I even recommended. I always felt like my opinion really mattered in our conversations. When feedback I gave made it through to a live version, that really shows they listen to their customers. Not something so common lately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple quirks with things like publishing a new web page onto a current domain, prebuilt modules don't always behave like you would expect in all situations. Minor things that are easy enough to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've taken a lot of separate software services and been able to get everything we need done in Hubspot. Gives us full control over what we need and no more keeping track of who has what, who does what or who isn't doing what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other options out there, but most of them don't cover everything offered directly. Plugins you have to go to that developer, for each different plugin. Hubspot even the custom made templates and modules, all made under the same tool. So whatever comes up you'll find what you need on Hubspot. It's a great tool to cover a wide range of experience, from very basic to advanced giving you an option to hire a broad range of people.

A Terrific "all-in-one" CMS for Professional Marketers

  • November 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives experienced marketers the tools they need to create and distribute content and advertisements across most channels. It works very well for us - we've been using Hubspot for about 8 years.

I like the list management tools. The filters allow you to create very specific target lists for campaigns and monitor performance.

I also like the blog and email tools. Hubspot makes it easy to send very powerful workflow emails and specific journeys for your segments. Delivery rates are generally quite high (98+%), however you cannot always count on your entire list making it through your target's ESP filters.

Hubspot's SEO tools allow you to create very power "pillar content" pages with many supporting blog and product pages to increase SEM and relevant traffic.

Finally, the social media content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring is easy and effective allowing you to make the most of your blog posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Finally, finally, the reporting dashboards are good - allowing you to quickly filter views by date range and share reports with Leadership, Sales and Product teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the custom reporting was more flexible and that there were more chart options.

The integration with Salesforce is good, but it could be a lot better. Understanding that Hubspot wants you to use their "Sales" feature to replace Salesforce is understandable, but SF is too far embedded into many companies ops, so it's just not going to happen.

Would LOVE to see the ability to add more than 20 report tiles to a dashboard. Not sure why it's capped at 20 tiles...?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Demand Generation and Brand Building via:
Blog Content
Email Newsletters and Journeys
Behavioral Triggers
Case Study Workflows
Landing Pages

We are targeting a very specific group of B2B buyers in a very competitive SaaS restaurant software space. It's important that we create meaningful content and campaigns that bring value to our audience and drive them further down the sales funnel. Hubspot allows us to deliver compelling content to a specific audience and measure what works and what doesn't. We can adjust or refresh content easily to improve its value and keep things current and topical.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Hubspot for your CMS, consider the Sales side as well. I think you'll be rewarded for using the both sides of the Hubspot coin. There are limitations if you do not use both -- especially on the sales enablement side.

HubSpot's website pages are easy-to-use!

  • November 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly adding in new tools based on customer feedback! I love that they deploied the new web design features. Makes my life as a non-web design a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the global content was easier to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps to allow me not to always have to outsource our web work. I can make small changes on the fly or redesign a page with the new editor. The reporting features are AWESOME, too! I used to live in excel making reports for days and now, with HubSpot, it's automated, on a DashBoard and easy-to-use!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a small company, HubSpot is the best CMS for us. It's easy-to-use and the support is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Speed - quick to load, quick to publish updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little difficult to edit design wise. It's a little clunky in this area and sometimes even code is needed for minor edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website load time is much faster. We are able to update and optimize our web pages quickly for better SEO and increased traffic. The HubSpot optimization notes are also convenient and help to make sure all the boxes are checked.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and I find it easy to understand all the tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the smart goals on emails could be improved and give more flexibility. Analytics is still not very strong piece of the CMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing emails, Transactional emails, CRM, Blog

HubSpot CMS: An all-around powerhouse tool

  • November 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CMS is a great marketing tool to use in your toolset. I enjoy all of the helpful academy sessions that are available to you for learning and bettering your skills. I also thoroughly enjoy the workflow tools, social scheduling, blog publishing, and time zone sends for emails. Of course, the SEO tools are also great. Honestly I don't have much negative feedback. The team at HubSpot is constantly at work building and optimizing the user interface, making it easier than ever to find what you're looking for and get the ball rolling. They also produce top notch blog content which is especially useful when you need an answer to a common problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about HubSpot. Some of the reporting tools are a little vague but really that is just a personal preference. Other than that, the HubSpot tool is a vast and detailed tool. Email, general marketing, social media, blog, website - it does it all. Not to mention the support is top-notch. I can always rest reassured that I am in good hands with the HubSpot team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a variety of problems - especially on the blogging and website SEO side of things. HubSpot has a built in SEO tracking tool that shows you what can be improved upon and what you're already doing that works. I went through and fixed each error that appeared in HubSpot and now our site is a step ahead of the rest!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! It is definitely worth taking the time and exploring what they can offer.

Amazing product

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Integrate all your marketing activities into one view
What do you dislike about the product?
More than one domain becomes expensive which is a shame
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total control of our own website for immediate changes, updates, etc. without needing external companies. Full interaction with all our other marketing tools such as social and email campaigns etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it you get a lot of tools to give you everything you need. The out the box templates are a little lacking so you need to look on Market Store and perhaps purchase a template set to get a quicker setup. No major negatives, it is a fantastic tool.

Intuitive to build on and simple for Marketers

  • November 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I like about the HubSpot CMS is that visual interface. Being able to see the pages as your building them. For those that are visual creatives, this is a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The staging environment could be more friendly and in-line with the rest of the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems we've solved is giving our marketing team control of the website. We moved from WordPress and the way we've built the modules and templates gives Marketers so much more freedom - combining this with personalisation, it's a win for our visitors too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're currently using HubSpot, it's a no brainer you consider a CMS that allows you to integrate with your CRM. Being able to personalise your website content based on who's viewing your site will help you take your marketing efforts to the next level.

Hubspot is the Ferrari of the CMS

  • November 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, workflows, and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it has videos incorporated, right now it makes it difficult to work with video without a provider like wisthia or vidyard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the hubspot to build our sales pipeline and to manage the membership applications to our virtual community. Also, all the email marketing and the website is managed by hubspot, and it works very nice
